Little Caesars Pizza

The last 2 times I ordered, the order was wrong. This time half the order was missing. Service is so poor it seems intentional.

Ide like to start off by saying that they have great customer service and a freindly environment but the food is terrible. The pizza is never fresh and the breadsticks are always hard and crunchy. Ive been here 3 times and each time was no different then the first. Sorry guys!

Went in tonight for crazy bread for the kids. This is not the first time but the last time I will take an order away from this location.
If you want full payment, stop digging to the bottom of your warmers to give hours old rock hard product away. I asked the kids why they were not eating their crazy bread. Pulled one out of the bag. You could play hockey with it.
Sick and tired of having to drive back to complain at this location.
We have learned our lesson.

Was lady at the front desk does not have communication skills and she made my order wrong and it seemed like she just didn't know what I was talking about the whole conversation

If I could give no stars I would this place is absolutely horrible order on skip and waited over an hour and it still said 45m wait time if you have the option to go somewhere else do it this place shouldn't be open

All the employees are very kind and professional. Very good option for ready to eat. Always delicious.

I haven't been to Little Ceasers Pizza in close to a year.the last time i bought one that was ready to go it was so much bigger and $10.00 now the ready to go pizza is half the size and $16.00.really.i mean really.it was dried out from lunch time.i got it at 7pm.and the crust was so tough I couldn't chew it.when i got home 40km away.i threw it in the garbage.please fellow pizza lovers.do yourself a favor and get an extra large at Niza Pizza in St. Albert for $29.00.great crust and a lot of toppings and cheese. I won't go BACK EVER to Little Ceasers.that franchise has cheaped out on their food with me for the last time. NEVER again!

It’s sad to see employees not trained properly and unsure what to do on basic situations. Like my order I got one Quattro pizza a 591 ml pop and one dip come to 14.41 I stopped and kindly ask if I could just change the order to the deal they have same Quattro pizza but with a 2L pop and crazy bread for 14.99 I haven’t even paid yet lol and was informed it was too late cause she put it in on the till lol and that just tells me either poor management or lazy staff. But if it’s that difficult I can definitely find other pizza place lol so the public know make sure you you get your order right.

Found Excellent Place For Pizza, Tons of Compliments for the Girl who Was Working this Morning. Grabbed my Lunch from there best Pepperoni Pizza ever got.

Cheese pizza was freshly made, so it was ok. But customer service is severely lacking here. She was mad because I ordered a Cheese pizza with light sauce, because she had one with regular sauce already made and in the warmer.

No pizzas hot and ready. Was told the wait time would be 30 minutes. Showed about 30 minutes later and waited another 15 minutes. I ordered 2 large pepperoni pizzas and the pizzas had other toppings just piled in 1 area on the pizzas (see pictures). Staff appear rushed and overwhelmed.

If I could give zero stars I would, I worked here for a little while and then eventually ended up getting taken off the schedule due to the fact that I was “volunteering” instead of working for pay, the owners are horrible people who will take advantage of their workers and are rude to their employees. They had students working more than 30 hours even though the legal limit is 28 hours, didn’t give any paid breaks and would constantly yell at their employees. They gave me grievances for not knowing how to do the job on my second day! All the 5 star reviews are from their employees who they beg to leave reviews for their personal benefit, they took me off the schedule after I called them out for not having any workplace safety and paying us with private cheques to avoid taxes. As well the food is handled without care and most employees don’t wash their hands before dealing w food

On the last Friday of the year 2022 at lunch. The lady working the lunch shift made me the best ultimate supreme deep dish pizza. Thank you!

I went here two weeks in a row for crazy bread as it’s my favourite. The first time it was made fresh but burned. I figured I’ll give them another chance as we all have off night and last week got it again and it was old and hard and disgusting! I couldn’t believe it. I haven’t lived in the city for years and just moved back and I missed the crazy bread! I thought maybe this is how it is now?

So today I stopped by a different Little Caesars by my work and it was awesome! Just how I remember it. So I won’t be going to this one ever again.

Quick service fresh ready to go dishes
Food is well made and properly cooked and packaged then placed in hot and ready warmer

Crazy bread had timestamp of 3: 20, sold to me at 6: 25pm. Old, hard, inedible.
