I got some TTRPG books printed, as some are out of print, others are PDF only, and a few are rare, so I want to protect their integrity.

Quality. Great paper and saddle stitch binding.
Time: one time the first time. The second… well, a machine broke. Beyond their control. I’m a small biz owner, I get it.

Service: polite, accommodating. Owner offered to give me my order for free, due to the delay, but really? It’s not entirely his fault, and my order was for hobby goods. (Maybe if I had biz docs for a million dollar deal… but…) there’s no need, I paid the full amount. But I appreciate the offer, that shows integrity and belief in their biz.

Overall, highly recommended. I know I’m going back.

Did a one day order on the 8th and never received a pick up notification on the 9th. I called the company on the 10th and was told they're having issues with their printing and it would not be available until the 13th. Customer service rep didn't seem to care about the lack of communication or lack of one day delivery service I paid for and they confirmed but did not deliver on.

Beware if you're a small business looking for quick printing and good communication. You’re order will be at the bottom of their priority list.

Better than 5 star service. Books were printed perfectly for a fair price. Customer service was tremendous.

We had a wide variety of items printed for a large event including signage, menus, tent cards, booklets, programs and more. All prints turned out perfect and we were incredibly impressed with the quality, cost and speed of service

For a print shop with premium fees, their service falls seriously short. My booklets came out with random marks which weren’t on the proof or PDF. They dismissed it, accused me of being at fault, refused to take ownership and then insisted on having the booklets returned before refunding.
The ordering platform is good, but it doesn’t make up for a lack of integrity.

Little Rock has been a solid biz for many years. They're usually faster than you think they'll be. They're very fairly priced. They're reliable, good problem solvers, and extremely professional. They've done me a few favors (rush orders, quick fixes, etc) and I can't recommend them enough. Plus, the printing always looks awesome!

I reviewed Little Rock a couple of years ago, and they were phenomenal. I wanted to update to say they still are, and always go above and beyond the order. I am always so happy with anything they have done. There is never any hassle, everything is always done on or ahead of time, and always even higher quality than expected. They are almost too good to be true, except for that I have used them so often I know they are just that great.

I would highly recommend using them for any projects, whether small or large.

My husband and I got married at the Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise on August 5 and used Little Rock Printing to get our seating chart printed. The poster board came out perfect and we absolutely loved how it looked! I was worried about having our seating chart printed and picking it up the day before our wedding, but we had no choice since we were coming from New Jersey, USA to get married in the Canadian Rockies. I cannot speak more highly of the level of service, expertise, quality, and timeliness that we received from the entire team at Little Rock! We used Little Rock to print all of our wedding signage - from welcome sign, menus, invites, and more. My wife designed all of our signage and when we ran into an issue with our files not exporting correctly, Little Rock worked with her to make sure everything was exactly as we wanted. We'd recommend everyone to use Little Rock to print anything!

I made a 4x6 thank you postcard using an online vendor with design templates, and sent the finished PDF to Little Rock for printing. The ordering process was very easy and my order was ready very quickly. I am impressed with the cardstock quality and am glad that even though I needed a small quantity of cards, I was able to order (many shops implement minimums which are unrealistic for people who don't run a business)! Will come back again for my printing needs, much faster and cost effective than ordering online and having to pay shipping. And also love supporting a local business.

I was planning a destination wedding in Canmore and found Little Rock through a Facebook page. I was a bit hesitant to order from them since I have very little printing knowledge and there were so many options to choose from. However, Little Rock delivered above and beyond. The ordering process and pickup was extremely easy. We did big head cutouts of our dog, our foam wedding posters, table numbers and various wedding signs. I received so many compliments about the quality of the prints. We were very impressed with how sturdy they were. They also gave me extra copies in case, which we didn’t need to use but were grateful for. I’d recommend them for any of your printing needs!

I cannot hype this company enough. I've worked with them on a variety of projects and they always come out looking incredible, at a timely pace, and for a great price. At the end of the day, you feel like you are dealing with real humans on the other end of the line who are there to make sure you get a product you are happy with. Additionally, I find their website so easy to use and straightforward to upload things to. Use them for all of your printing needs!

I can not recommend this company enough. My wife and I used them for our wedding signage, and the results were incredible. I placed the order for pickup in 5 days, and I received an email the next day saying it was ready. Incredible work!

Overall amazing process and final product! Being able to print a free test copy made me feel a lot better to see what I was going to get. Communication was fast and they answered all my questions! Final product was right on time and turned out exactly how I wanted:)
