Tried this for the first time and hooked fresh Ingredients tasted amazing and the price is so good 100% recommend try it well worth it

I LOVE this place! I used to order the food here 3 times a week for almost 2 years, and recently rediscovered it again! I called a little late one night, wanting some Pho for the work gang, and he stayed open and made me everything and never once didn't have a smile on his face! PLEASE support these guys! Amazing people, amazing prices, and amazing food!

Little Saigon Subs exceeded our expectations and stands as the best Vietnamese restaurant we've experienced in Red Deer thus far. Their spring rolls were grear, awesome flavor and perfectly crisp. The chicken satay sub was a standout - tender, succulent chicken combined with flavorful spices made for an exceptional sandwich. We can't wait to return and explore more of the menu.

I have never had better satéed beef in my life. All the food we had was great in all aspects. Sub is one of a kind with a different variety of toppings not offered in generic food store. Great prices and super friendly staff.

After reading some reviews I had to try this place.

I ordered the standard fare of salad rolls, spring rolls and special pho.

The shrimp salad rolls were freshly rolled and soft and really delicious.

The spring rolls were crispy and delicious.

The pho was delicious with clear broth. I was initially disappointed with the amount of meat and thought, “they should just charge more and add more meat. ” Then I looked at the menu board and it was $3 for more meat. Damn, should have added that to my bowl.

Anyways, very delicious.

I have my preferences in that I like mint or basil in my salad rolls but I’m fully aware that it’s not a mainstream taste.

Anyways, for Red Deer, this is a really good find. I will definitely return.

One of the best Pho Soup, you will get in Alberta. Small location BUT Fantastic Food. Salad Rolls were made with Great care looked like Art, fantastic also pork spring rolls house made some of the Best ever.

Spoke with other customers who were ordering they ALL said best in Red Deer NO other place is close to quality.

The skip the dishes were not stop and take out orders at 3: 00PM off hour rush were crazy busy. Tells you great food

Omg! Those subs! The bread is crispy on the outside, and so soft with a little bit of chew on the inside, just perfection! So much flavour, and a great variety of toppings!

You will Not be disappointed, as other reviews suggest excellent soup and wonderful Sub large sub buns, fresh ingredients. Great Staff Family operation.

Fresh ingredients and delicious food! Their subs are the best in Red Deer and the rare beef soup is super yummy (add veggies, though). Their vermicelli bowls are also good, plus the owners are so nice and hardworking. Highly recommended!

If you aren't coming here for lunch, then what are you even doing in life? I also always get a side of the shrimp spring rolls or the spicy wings!

Best Pho in town for me and a must try. Iced coffee kicks strong! Much fun to dine in and have a chat with the owners!

Have ordered here a couple times, the taste is great, 5/5, but we've found the portions to be extremely small for the vermicelli bowls, compared to other places in Red Deer.perhaps because they don't include spring rolls in their dish. Overall, a decent place.

Prices are fair and the food is amazing.the subs pho and springrolls are my favorite.highly suggest.

My wife and I love this place. We started with a bowl of Rare Beef, Flank & Beef Ball, and Noodle Pho (first time having this). Finished with Sate Chicken subs and Pork Vietnamese Spring rolls. So much food! Huge portion of Pho, and it was absolutely perfect in every way. The subs are always tasty and balanced in flavor.

I stopped in for lunch and had a sub. It was served warm and ingredients tasted nice and fresh. Overall it was quite tasty. The owners were friendly. I would like to go back and try some of the other offerings.

This was my second visit to Little Saigon Subs and the food was just as delicious as when I first tried it. The subs and bubble tea are absolutely delicious! The owners are very friendly and sweet. I’m looking forward to trying some of their other menu items on my many future visits to this little gem!

Staff was very friendly and made it easy to make a group order. We had 9 people ordering and she kept it all organized. We had a mix of subs and vermicelli bowls and everyone was very happy with their order. Thanks again we will be back:)

My husband loves pho and Vietnamese subs we've tried a bunch of places here in Red Deer and they're all pretty good but in my opinion this place has the best versions their beef was delicious in the soup and the sub wasn't soggy it had the perfect amount of crisp on the shell of the bun tasted delicious and I'm usually not a big fan of this type of food but they won me over it was amazing

Best pho, vermicelli, and lemongrass subs in Red Deer! Love the couple of compostable packagings - obviously not every container but a move in the right direction! Solid delivery food.

The food is great! Friendly staff who are always pleasant. Best to go early or late for lunch (off peak). It can get busy and a little slow. NOTE - the location shown on the map is not accurate. It's in the same complex as The Bra Lounge, not further south.

Great food and good value, love the vermicelli bowls, spring rolls and salad rolls. Kids just love the wonton soup. Wings are also very good and well worth trying. Has been great every time.

I enjoyed lunch here yesterday. I recommend the spring rolls because you I have never had tastier rolls! The wings were crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The sauce is hot and sweet which makes them unique! I can't wait to go back and have a noodle bowl because honestly that's my favourite!

Great Food! We had vermicelli bowls that were amazing, shrimp salad rolls were excellent and topped it off with delicious bubble teas! Fresh prepared right before your eyes doesnt get any better than that. Check it out this family run buisness will not dissapoint.

Shrimp salad rolls and ice coffee both were on point. Shrimp salad rolls were tasting fresh and delicious and the Vietnamese coffee was delicious too. I’ll be coming back here to try different things on the menu with my friends and family. *Edit* So I was still hungry after my salad rolls and got a satay chicken sandwich, holy dam try it! I assure you, you will be happy with this decision.

I have been looking for a great Vietnamese place in red deer since my favourite one shut down along time ago. I found it! Spot on spring rolls, vermicelli bowls, and fantastic subs! Chilli oil and fish sauce made the right way! Thx (although new exercise routine needed)

Best Pho I’ve had in Red Deer! Staff is extremely friendly and willing to please. They always go above and beyond to make sure you’re happy and full! I swear that every time we go there their soup gets better and better! I can’t wait to visit them again.

Best sate! Ate here for lunch with my son, he had a chicken teriyaki sub and I had the sate beef vermicelli bowl with spring rolls. They were both delicious. Excellent flavour. Will come back again.

The absolute best Vietnamese food in Red Deer, heck Alberta.the pho broth is fragrant and full of flavour, the spring rolls are house made and beyond delicious, and and sour sop smoothie is a must have! Like a fantastic combination of coconut and apple, it was my first time having it and I'm hooked. The family that runs this restaurant are kind, helpful, and always happy to answer questions or deal with modifications. I'm a self-described problem customer and they have never made me feel that way, and have always been helpful. If you haven't been DO IT! GO NOW! Don't waste another minute you will not regret it.

Really enjoyed this place! Ordered take out for a large group of people-ordered spring rolls and subs. They were all wonderful and everyone really enjoyed the meal. Would happily eat there again. Owners were helpful and customized our order as requested (all hot sauce and jalapeño's were on the side).

Just stop by new Vietnamese cafe. Order the subs and they were amazing. Had a nice family Panic at rodeoy park near by.
