Wonderful little shop! Very helpful & knowledgeable lady working the front! Will recommend to friends and will 100% be back! I also always look at what the outdoor sign says! Hilarious!

RUDE! I would give 0 stars if possible. I brought a perfume up to my nose and just gently pulled on my mask so I could smell which one I wanted to buy and the lady aggressively told me that I wasn't allowed to touch anything and to pull my mask back up. I recommended that they should put signs up saying that you aren't allowed to touch anything and she her tone was rude when responding; saying that it was just common sense to not touch or smell anything before you buy it? And that it was problem because of AHS which I can understand, but as I proceeded to make my way through the rest of the store talking bad about me to her coworker, pointing and staring. As I felt super uncomfortable i started to make my way out and she had her mask completely off behind the desk, whilst shoving food into her mouth with a store full of people.

I would like to put out a huge thank you to the girl with glasses working on tuesday night, you made my first experience in a store like this very positive. She was very friendly and i didnt feel judged for what i was getting. I will definately be coming to this location for any other needs

I called to inquire if they carried a certain product, and the service over the phone prompted me to come on here to leave a 1 star review. The woman was very short and quite rude and seemed like it was a total bother to even answer the phone. I live closer to this location but would rather drive to Bowness to get the better service.

I absolute love this place! They looked after me after i required a slightly larger than normal toy ;) my boyfriend and i have regained our sex life after they got me what i needed.

I missed the Tuesday sale and they would not even entertain the idea of an extension for me today.

I would not extend it for me iether, but the why I missed the sale was of such a nature, I would have extended the sale if I were the owner, I would have.

I came in early by a fewfdays to make a list of what was buying on Tuesday, and trust me it's pretty easy to spend $1,200 in this store. Before this experience I rated Little shop of pleasure a five-star review. Every experience there has been fantastic, the staff are knowledgeable, and when they aren't they simply say I don't know enough about this product but let me find someone who dies, for instance the owner knows a lot about toys that involve electric stimulation. I have never been disappointed by any product I've purchased at this store where I know many are disappointed when getting home with a sub-par costume like novelty device. Which adult source seems to corner the market on. I am a frequent patron of this store, and have introduced my friends who used to shop at Adault source, and when I found out where they were getting their items, I immediately brought them down to this store. I find it nearsighted when smaller boutiques that don't have to follow corporate policies, do not go out of their way to accommodate a customerhe the next sale isn, t till until boxing day and that means my Christmas presents for me and my partner will not happen. Unfortunately this is the type of customer service behavior large or small the unequivocal value of one loyal customer. Companies fail one customer out of time no beca I know they say each customer is worth a hundred more. 30 years of spending in that store would have significantly affected

What should have happened

CSR- "Hello, Little shop of pleasures, how can I assist you"

CUSTOMER- Hi, I was in a few days ago with a friend picking out items for your sale on Tuesday, but unfortunately due to unforeseen work circumstances I was unable to make it in"

CSR- "oh, I'm sorry to hear about that, we do have additional sales boxing day and the first Tuesday of each month would that work for you? "

(CSR offers the most convenient solution without any loss or bending of company policy) which would be acceptable in most cases.

CUSTOMER- oh shoot, unfortunately that will not work, I had planned on buying quite a bit, and most of this was going under the Christmas tree.

CSR- "well let me see what I can do, I've looked you up in our system, and yes Mr Smith you are a regular customer, and we really appreciate that. I see that you have brought in in a few friends who have become regular customers. Now in any other circumstance I would not be able to extend the sale for you but seeing how this is before Christmas and you had come in earlier, planning coming back on Tuesday for our sale, we will this one time give you 20% off regular price items that you planned on purchasing.what were some of those items maybe I can start bringing them to the counter for when you get here.

CUSTOMER- really that is fantastic I knew there was a reason why I shopped here not only but do you have great products wonderful staff and slightly overpriced underwear, but you're epathetitco my situation and not lost aasake or a loyal customer who has also provided new customers.

Is losing 20% off regular price items truly worth losing a long-time customer and cash in hand? I want even get started on future spending and wordo of-mouth advertising and the value of that, and the loss that this review will generate.

Thank you for being "past tense" a great store, I will come in and spend my credit. And start looking for a new store and bring my friends along.
