I was hospitalized for a very bad motor vehicle accident in 2016. I had suffered multiple injuries. The worst being a SCI which left me unable to return to work. The driver who hit us was responsible for all of this. Insurance companies are difficult to deal with. The staff led by Jonathan and my lawyer Clint were both amazing to say the least. Any issues were promptly addressed and fixed. In the end, I realized I couldn’t of chosen a better law firm to handle this matter. They went above and beyond my expectations. I’ve had friends and family who have went though the same process with mediocre results and zero empathy from their representation.

I never thought I’d use a lawyer but after trying to settle a claim on my own I realized I had no idea what I was doing. From my first visit to my last, the staff at Litco Law were amazing. They answered all of my many questions and were very upfront about expectations and fees. They communicated with me every step of the way. I was incredibly happy I decided to use them.

Currently my cases are in progress. Due to time constraints, I went with Litco because a statement of claim needed to be filed quickly. Their fees seemed high.
After posting my initial review, I was contacted by the managing lawyer for the firm. He apologized on behalf of those involved in the oversights I had experienced. In a quick phone conversation today, he explained how to access the clinics they work with for various treatment modalities. While I could have benefitted from this information weeks ago, I was happy I would be able to continue attending treatment, and not be burdened by the expenses. I am updating this to 3 stars for now, as my cases are still open.

I was with this company as a client for 3.5 years and then passed off to another lawyer who was the best, however because of the low communication with what 5 lawyers we were passed off to within the company I lost my shorts after having a knee replacement and teeth removed and concussion that was depilating ended up with 40,000.then had to pay new lawyer out of this.this company does not care

I couldnt find another way to write this without rating. So dont mind my rating. But one thing for sure i just want to let out is I have never felt meaningless and bias like I’ve felt with litco. I have fallen much more in depression because of there unresponsive as my own lawyers for whom I had trusted with my case than my own situation of disability due to the MVA. I have been with them from the beginning of my MVA. I have decided to write it down so maybe I can be able to heal my heart that I will never get help then maybe accept that I will forever be limited to living my life like I used to and start being grateful that atleast am breathing even with the worst pain in my body. Maybe i was naive to think that I could be helped or maybe they have not been in my favour after all.

My experience throughout the entire legal process was good; as soon as we contacted them for the first time, they set up an innitial appointment to go through the details of the motor vehicle accident. I was in an accident in 2018. When I first went to Litco, they told me while I certainly had a case, it was their ethical obligation to let me know that I pursue the case on my own. This is much appreciated, as they certainly didn't have to tell me this.
I did so and got the run around from the defendants insurance (TD insurance) company for a few months.
After that, I decided I would lawyer up, as the defendants insurance did not care to perform due diligence as they didn't even call the witness.
Litco was great, they kept me informed where we were every step of the way. Even if they were waiting for something out of their control, they kept me informed by email.
In the end, they won the case, so I am grateful that I went with Litco.

Very disappointed with their work as they are very hard to get ahold of and everyone that I was speaking to was very rude to me. Filled out the claim form on their website and did not hear from anyone. Called them many times with no answer as well. I have never had a worse experience with a company, it was awful, would give less than 1 star if possible.
