Dr. Wu is amazing! A coworker sent me to him back in 2016 and he has made such a difference in my life. Every issue I bring to him he has been able to fix. I had seen a different acupuncturist due to closer proximity but one of the sessions went poorly and I went straight back to Dr. Wu. He treated me with great confidence as he always does and I felt better immediately after. I highly recommend Dr. Wu for acupuncture/massage. I also love that he is always teaching! He is very passionate about his practice and demonstrates great expertise and professionalism.

I highly recommend TCM acupuncture Dr. Gui Chao Wu’s treatments. He is very knowledgeable with his work and helped me through a nagging shoulder injury I suffered in the gym. His clinic was very clean, had friendly staff, and was just a good energy all around.

I've been a patient of Dr Iyer for 2 years and I've had other therapies in this clinic as well. I started seeing Dr Wu for acupuncture for a hip, and lower back issue and now also for a stiff neck. He impressed me as he is super knowledgeable, kind, and my pain is more than controlled now, when I went one day not being able to move my neck at all, after the appointment I could do normal movements, I cried with gratitude. The group of specialists in this clinic have made my life better and I keep motivated to stay healthy as I know I have their support.

I was very sceptical of Chinese alternative medicine and it took me a while to make a decision to go and try. I have been seeing Dr. Wu Gui Chao for a few years now. After my first visit I realized that it works for me and I instantly started feeling different. At that time I was seeing Dr Wu for muscular issues as being a contractor and work I do is very hard on my body. I kept going with treatments as I felt a huge difference in my body. I was really amazed how much acupuncture helps with the overall well being. Unfortunately last summer I had a very bad accident at work where I ruptured my biceps tendon. I had to go for a surgery and after 6 months I am still in the recovery process. I am going through physiotherapy, massage, aqua therapy but acupuncture is showing to work the best. Even after the first treatment with Dr. Wu he literally proved to me that I will be able to lift my arm as I wasn’t able to when I arrived at my appointment. For someone who doesn’t like needles, I have to say knowing that is helping me so much, I keep seeing Dr. Gui Chao Wu as I know he is going to help me with my recovery. Dr. Wu Gui Chao is an extremely knowledgeable Chinese Medicine acupuncture doctor and I admire his work a lot. I would recommend anyone to try alternative medicine and I want to emphasize don’t be scared of needles … and eventually you will keep coming back as you will realize how much acupuncture helps. Dr. Gui Chao Wu has helped me immensely over the last 15 years. He has been able to help me reduce pain and inflammation when others could do nothing. He always has a very upbeat, positive attitude, and is a truly caring individual. Always extremely thorough through the whole treatment explaining what he is working on, from acupuncture needles to cupping and massage. But tries to get you fixed up in the fewest amount of visits possible. He asks lots of questions about symptoms and pains, and how your body is feeling and reacting to treatments. Absolutely the best, can’t recommend him enough.

Dr Gui Chao Wu is the best acupuncturist I have ever seen. He knows and understands the body so well. He knows exactly what my body needs. He is professional, kind and thorough. I love his fire cupping technique. My energy, vitality and overall wellness has improved and I trust him explicitly. This clinic has potential but their lack of organisation and poor communication skills between staff members and / or staff and clients make it a zero star review if I could. Plenty of more much better clinics in Calgary.
