I started going to LiveWell Chiropractors after my daughter and my 4 year old Grandson who is non verbal and on the spectrum went!
My Grandson is so regulated, calm and actually sleeps well after his appointments!
Dr. Kris and Dr. Anna are so amazing just after a few visits my energy level, hormones, and digestive system have already improved!
I highly recommend seeing them! The staff is always so friendly, courteous, accommodating, and understanding!

So far so good. I have confidence in the doctors there and the research they do into the personal history side to better understand how to correct the issue at hand. Super welcoming, professional and eager to please staff.

We have been going to Livewell for 6 years now. Dr Anna is our regular chiropractor and she is incredible. She goes over and above and is by far the kindest human being. I am honoured to have had her treat our family throughout the years and we are absolutely broken to be leaving her. We tried everything to be able to stay giving it time and grace so we didn’t have to leave but it just keeps getting worse.

However, over the last months the treatment of our family has gone downhill. We had a staff member mess up our appointments a little while ago and the issue was never rectified, no one tried to follow up or help make sure the issue wouldn’t happen again. We also started having billing issues where they were overcharging us for our visits. We were getting frustrated because every time we tried to book appointments for our whole family they got messed up and we could feel the negative treatment of our family when we attended.

The office manager Patti started treating me poorly as a result despite having a great relationship with her in the past. We tried giving it time for it to resolve and see if perhaps it was just another underlying issue unrelated to us.

However, we booked an appointment this past week for our family of 6 again and they booked us for a time that wouldn’t work for us and we’re running late, despite us needing to be somewhere else by 10: 45. My husband was frustrated because he had left work and for an hour unpaid time didn’t get an adjustment.

When I called Patti this morning to cancel my upcoming appointments unless we could hopefully find a resolution going forward I was met with rude attitude and made me cry so badly I had to spend 15 minutes collecting myself after the call. She made me feel unwelcome and small and in so many words basically said they were happy to see us go. After 6 years of attending their office and having it feel like a home away from home to our family. For a company that says they are a “family chiropractor” being told it’s a lot to try and fit a family in for adjustments was not appropriate. We’ve been attending for years and never had a problem before. Dr Anna did our kids first adjustments quite often being their first outing at a few days old.

This place was our joy to attend for 6 years and I don’t know what has happened since the spring but it no longer is a welcome place for families and being made to cry on the phone because someone is so hostile, rude and dismissive of customer concerns is no place I want to take my family. As small business owners we wouldn’t ever dream of treating a client like this by how she spoke to me this morning nor make a client cry like that.

If Dr Anna ever branches out on her own we will not hesitate to be the first ones in line. She is incredible but we can’t deal with being mistreated by the staff at this office anymore, especially Patti.

Dr. Kris and his staff are kind caring and knowledgeable. I love bringing my whole family into the clinic and knowing we will be taken care of with excellence. The clinic is always cleaning and welcome. Would highly recommend anyone looking for a family chiro clinic to visit Dr. Kris.

Amazing work, great environment, great people I can truly say nothing bad about this place. Loved everything about Livewell chiropractic and they have helped me a lot with my lower back pain and neck pain would 100 percent recommend to others to give it a try.

The workers at Live well are absolutely fantastic! They really want to help you get better and to have a good time when you are getting better. I am very grateful for all their help so far!

The doctors are extremely knowledgeable and truly care about my well-being. Even sent me flowers for my birthday!

The clinic atmosphere & staff are so welcoming and friendly! We saw Dr. Anna and she was phenomenal! We were going for my 1 year old daughter and she was always so patient, gentle and so knowledgeable! Cannot recommend the clinic enough!

Dr. Kris Stepney and the team at LiveWell Family Chiropractic are the greatest people ever. Not too many people can say they love going to the doctors or getting their spine adjusted, but I seriously love going to LiveWell. Dr. Kris and his team are highly educated and super friendly. In fact, I'd consider their team my second family. They really care about my progression and well being.

Patty at reception is always a pleasure with appointment bookings and Dr. Chris and Dr. Anna are great chiropractors!

I've been going here for five months started with 3 times a week to once a week. The staff are friendly and they genuinely seem like they want to start help you out at first but it's time goes on they seem to overbook and you end up waiting an half hour for a 10 minute adjustment (They don't do direct billing) initial consultation is expensive with x-rays was $300 before they adjust your back. I've had billing issues overcharging my credit card that was rectified eventually. If you don't value your time and you don't have to go more than once a month, they're pretty good place to go.

I’ve been writing this review so many times, Dr. Claire has made such a huge difference in our life
I met her and the clinic when I was 36 weeks of my 2nd pregnant, after only 2 weeks I started to feel much better, I was able to walk and stand more than before but more important for me was that the baby change his position and wasn’t breech any more, the birth was easy thanks to that! I immediately realised Dr. Claire is one of a kind, so I start to take my toddler seeing her, and he is falling in love with her, my husband, which his back pain & snoring issues become better within each adjustment! And of course 2 days after the birth Dr. Claire have met the baby and started to taking care him, his latching is getting better and he’s much more relax after every time we see her. All the staff in Livewell is welcoming, specially if you come with your little one, someone will always take care of them and give them the feeling as they’re the only one on earth, I think every one should meet Livewell clinic and being treated by
