This was my first time there. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. When leaving I noticed that they knew their clients by first name so they must have a good relationship.

Eric added some new features on my hearing aids that make my experience better for crowds, television and I can hear the birds singing once again. Thank you Eric.

Let's start with the lady behind the desk was absolutely fantastic pleasant polite informative very welcoming, the wait time was 5 minutes I think maybe and then I was seen by the very talented young man who performed the removal very precise and in a very timely manner.

Staff are awesome at the Belmont location. Friendly, welcoming, efficient and professional. Eric was great as well. Very experienced, explains the procedures beforehand, and always checks to ensure you are not in any discomfort throughout. Helped get rid of a blockage quickly, painlessly and effectively. I would definitely visit this branch again.

Very experienced Audiologist! Has helped by making an inner ear impressions (mild) for my custom in ear monitors for concert and singing purposes. A process which is little more involved than the typical ear impressions for hearing aids. Great work and very good bedside manners.
