I called and asked for a citizenship cake for a nice woman who described this as her "Most important day in Canada". I originally asked for a picture of Canada with words over it, when I found out they don't do screen printing we agreed on a Canadian flag with script that said "Congratulations on your citizenship, Name. " They specifically said they would draw the flag.
Instead they threw a piece of plastic on it and had a child print the words (no script) crookedly over the cake. They also very obviously misspelled "Congratulations" and tried to fix it (smudging).
I had a last minute request for the bakery on Friday (someone forgot to order earlier, not saying any names) I needed 22 dozen rolls for Monday. The young lady that took my order was friendly, helpful and not surprised. I had a host of options, she was patient as I tried to figure out what was the best for me. The rolls were ready on time and of wonderful quality. I would recommend them for all your general and special bakery needs though I can only attest to the rolls.
Just started shopping here and Superstore after exclusively shopping at Walmart and I can safely say I won’t be going back to Walmart. Co-op doesn’t make you ring and bag your own groceries and their prices are fair.
