Lloydminster Honda

Bought a vehicle for $30,000 and they assured me I’d get new tires, I was told they’d be a Revelo (cheap but we’d run them before and they were fine). Well I did get new tires, not the brand mentioned, and in fact EVERY review of these tires have said they are literally DANGEROUS on anything but dry pavement. First snowfall of the season and yep, those reviews were on point. All wheel drive vehicle, super cautious driver and I still slid around. All wheel drive does not help a person stop better on ice (duh), how they thought these would be okay on a Canadian driven vehicle that transports two children is beyond me. So now I make a car payment AND have to buy new tires. Gotta cut corners somehow I guess. Extremely disappointed in the entire purchase.

I am super impressed with the professional treatment I received at Lloydminster Honda! From beginning to end Michael Lindskog provided excellent guidance and advice so that I could navigate purchasing + delivering to my daughter in Saskatoon, a gorgeous brand new Honda CRV EX-L. Thanks to Mike's encylopedic knowledge of the vehicle I was able to pass along enough information to my daughter to get her comfortably on her way! As I was picking up the car I was warmly greeted at the door by a cute little puppy named Bear who led me to Mike and then even posed for a picture with the new car! Shout out to Rebecca Domes as well for her excellent assistance with the business details of the deal! I highly recommend Lloydminster Honda!

I would never buy from this dealership, the service department tried to charge me for things done to my bike that were never asked for nor confirmed with me. I then had to fight to get my instore credit that was promised with my deal. At the end of this all I ended up walking out paying $80 and no clue what they even did on my bike. When I asked service for some sort of paperwork stating what had been done, they told me there was none. NOT recommend dealing with this dealership

If i could honestly give them 10 stars i would. Chris never pressured me into the first car i drove. He allowed me to be annoying as all could be until i found my car. Becky in loans is one of the best. Even when they where going to let me test drive a nissan and i said oh heck to the no, chris had my back. Will be going back there for my next vehicle.

We've been dealing with many dealerships lately trying to find a vehicle and Deryk was the first salesman to offer solutions to our problem rather than restating the problem. He worked hard to keep things within our budget and guided us through the process of buying a new vehicle for our first time.

Don’t deal with anyone other than Mike L.in sales! First guy to the left when you enter Honda! He literally will go above and beyond for anything including service and warranty. He was amazing from start to finish and answers all questions. I’m beyond satisfied with the sale he made to my family. Will be back!

Great SUV, the sales service at this dealership is nothing short of horrific after the sale. Mike the Sales Manager is unable to make decisions, points his finger an awful lot and the general manager deals with nothing. I am filing a complaint with the BBB against this dealership.

Traveling by motorcycle, I needed some emergency help and they took me in on short notice and helped me get on my way. Needed rear tire change and they also did oil change and fixed an exhaust clamp. They understood my situation and went out of their way to help. Thanks so much particularly to Kevin and the mechanic.

I bought a used vehicle the tire fell off on highway same day getting it and now it won’t start I will never buy from them again but the sales guy was good

I was interested in purchasing a 2022 Ridgeline Black Edition in white and they had none on the lot, however, Jason said he would be back to me in 20 minutes, and he did. He located one in Calgary which was exactly what I wanted. He made all the arrangements to have it transported to Lloydminster. The whole experience was smooth and trouble-free. I recently, due to an rv dealership in the city not doing its job correctly, had to finance a generator and both Ashley, and Rebecca were wonderful to work with. At 3pm on Friday afternoon coming up to the long weekend I contacted them and by 5pm everything was settled and all I had to do was go in, sign the paperwork, and bring my new generator home. The unit worked perfectly for keeping my trailer powered all night and was so quiet I could barely hear it in the trailer. We are talking about quads in a couple years and I will definitely start looking at Honda Powersports in Lloydminster.

Recently purchased a new CR-V. Still waiting on delivery at the moment, but the sales team was excellent, and financing was easy. Staff was friendly and and worked with me for a week before signing the deal. Even threw in a free hat with the vehicle. This is my second vehicle from Lloydminster Honda, and I have never had any complaints about the service. I always bring my vehicles in for parts and service as well. Highly recommend.

I purchased a lawnmower here in the beginning of April. It was an excellent experience. I am very happy with my lawnmower, and I am sure it will last me a long time. I will be shopping here again.

Made a purchase here for the 1st time. Made an appointment, Owen was a good rep. The facility was clean, well lite with floor models to look at. Covid supplies were readily available. Kevin was knowledgeable about the warranty and financial services that were offered.
It was a great experience.

Purchase a motorcycle from them on Monday morning at opening time, which according to their records was Available! Placed deposit on it, build of sale was being made out and then the General Manager claims (?) to have sold it on Saturday. Basically I got screwed over! With sorry even though I had a legal claim to the motorbike. I wouldn't shop here ever again. Notified Honda Canada of the situation also.

WOW! What a fantastic dealership. I was very hesitant to buy right now as I assumed I would be pressured as sales might not be very good during the pandemic. Anita listened to my needs and was honest from the get go. Yes honest! The whole team at Honda did an outstanding job to get me the best deal and protection down the road. The process was so easy and the best experience buying a car I've had. I regret not coming in sooner!

I drive honda and regular visitor to this place as they have amazing staff specially in services department. But, last friday I booked a services on evening (it was after hours and they were closed, so I visited the website and booked it from website, I got email confirmation also text message confirmation too, And when I went there on monday morning, They said there is no way they can take me in for that day, As I was not even there in system. When asked I told I booked it online, and they said, they dont booke services online as there is a problem with booking online, So they prefer phone calls.
Understand and such things happened, BUT when felt it so inconvenient and decided to give them a call that if I can talk with some one regarding the issue. I called the receptionist she told me Their GM is approaching towards reception area and he will assist me, But then she told me she missed him and If I give my name and phone number and I will get to hear from someone very shortly. Its one week and I didn't hear anything from them, Then I booked my service somewhere else.so is this place is only offering good services if you buy your car from them but not from somewhere else (even if it is a different honda Dealership)?

I blew the front tire on my motorcycle just a couple km's east of town yesterday. A really nice guy named Kevin stopped who lived in Marshal and he got me a tow truck to bring the bike into the Honda dealership. Mel who runs the Service desk was great at finding me a replacement tire. She had to make a lot of calls but she found one in Edmonton that they could Perolator in that day and Mel would get the guys to put on asap so I could continue on to Manitoba to see my Mom in a Care Home. She has even threatened to send a ride to the hotel I'm at in the morning to bring me and my gear there so I don't need to cab it.wow.thats service!
As an aside the tow truck driver told me I was #9 flat that he had to deal with on that section of road in the last week so there is something that is flattening tires between the refinery entrance and the road into Marshal.beware.

Update

I did get a new tire put on and it to got a flat soon after I hit the road.they immediately sent their own guy out with a trailer to pick me up and get me back to the shop. The owner took one look at the tire and said he had never seen a fail like that - one side was perfect and the other bulged out all over. I ended up renting a car from Enterprise so I could continue my trip east while they looked for another tire. I got a call from them saying they had found one in Winnipeg of all places and I insisted picking it up and bringing it to them. The plan worked well and on my return they had it put on and I was on my way home in short order.everyone there at Honda did everything they could to make me feel welcome and really pulled some strings so I could get back to Manitoba and see my Mom even with things going wrong for me. I can't thank you all enough for doing this.you guys ROCK!

Its time to cross train the Parts and Service front end staff. One parts person and mechanic helping a customer. One parts guy hiding in the back, service girl unable to assist. Frustrated former customer.

I just wanted everyone to know this is one of the best automotive experiences in my life.
I called the Friday before the long weekend to book a service appoint, and the person I spoke with got me in for a same-day-appointment. (WOW)
As soon as I arrived, I was greeted by their reception desk who directed me to the service department, who took my keys and then brought me over to the waiting area.
The got me in/out within an hour, and they also gave my car a complimentary inspection which included a road test. I very much appreciate the gesture as they picked up on some maintenance items that need to be addressed to keep the vehicle in good repair and to extend it’s lifespan. I also very much appreciate that the mechanic (Spencer) who worked on the vehicle gave me the keys and chatted with me for a few minutes about some of the maintenance items. I can tell that he is passionate about Honda’s and keeping them in good repair for the drivers/families that own them.
Our Honda Odyssey is our family vehicle that works for all of us including the dog. We take a lot of road trips in to BC and back so it’s very reassuring to have it inspected, and kept in good order. As my father used to say “Preventive automotive medicine is worth a pound of cure”.

Rave to Lloydminster Honda. I purchased a generator in the fall of 2018. It was a large purchase for a single casual use item. But I have no regrets buying the generator it has came in handy countless times camping and around the apartment. (Yes I have used is while living in a apartment) well this spring I did a once over on the generator added fresh fuel and it would not start. I dropped it off at Honda and there staff where friendly and quick to help and unload me. With in no time the generator was fixed and ready to pick up. It turns out that I had made a simple mistake with the fuel and that was the issue. They made me feel comfortable with my mistake they did not belittle me for not knowing how quickly fresh fuel spoils now. I have had bad experiences with other dealerships over simple things Lloydminster Honda worked for me definitely recommend them for your generator needs.

The salesman was very informative and pleasant to deal with. The store was very clean. Was able to get what we were looking for. The parts department was very helpful also.
