In receiving department tha old lady is soo rude she is bhevivor like a hittler and also unloading is two much time i am wating 5 hours all guys is not good

Was in the receiving area and noticed that the note on the window was in some scribble language with no English or French. At what point do we stop the invasion. If you want to move to Canada ok please come but your coming to Canada for Canadian culture if you want your culture stay in your country. I moved to Canada for Canadian culture not to the Middle East and this is a massive Canadian company doing this.

So dumb shunters and everyone they don’t know how to manage app at 5 am and now it’s 7 am still waiting uneducated receivers

Appt made for 2 PM. Arrived and check in about 1 hour earlier. Got a dock right away. You have to fill out a form at the receiving office: phone number, trl number, and indicate if you have other stops (freight) that does not belong to them. Got unloaded at 3 PM and had my call 15 minutes later to get my paperwork. DO NOT PULL AWAY FROM THE DOCK EVEN IF YOU HAVE A GREEN LIGHT. Once they call and you have the paperwork and green light you can leave. Great place to make a delivery.

Checked in at 6: 30 am and out at 1 pm
Took them whole day to unload 20 pallets
Never coming back

Good friendly service a bit slow unloading, not much street parking a truck stop across the road has limited parking spots

I recommend everyone never to go in this company. They treat their employees like animals. Their has no rules and regulations. I had left my good job to work there and they treat me so badly. I have no job right now because I trust this company. They harass their employees even force them to lift items above their height which is risky. No one cares their for the employees. They always said like this if you want to work their you have to pick heavy loads without any break. A lots of politics there. I was harassed their and it was a big mistake of my life that I worked there

Loblaw OTR unit #24007 parked illegally on a city street in Helena, Montana yesterday. The street sign read "No Parking Anytime" so the next time this happens the city police will be notified with photos and video so the driver gets the attention they deserve.

Security is very disciplined but some of them are with no good attitude. As of shipping clerks they are not very much attentive.

This is my second visit to this location to deliver load. NEVER GONNA COME BACK HERE.
But i dont know why person at recieving desk is always rude to drivers.
Previously they had filipina lady who infamous for arguing with drivers.
Now this red head old lady just got angry for no reason. She was sleeping when i arrived at office.
To Loblaws Management, if feels like its all happening under your protection.
I hope she learns the lesson very very hard way. No mercy for this piece of s**t red head old lady. Learn some manners

Loblaws shipping and receiving is amazing. Kind friendly and professional. The women and men in that office are hard working good people. I always enjoy going there.

Very slow take forever to unload and lady at the receiving was very rude security guards was also unprofessional. Very bad experience never again

Extra plus sized red head lady working receiving needs to be put on leave or fired. Her attitude towards drivers is down right terrible. Always a complete grouch. Never friendly. Super lazy.
I am at the point that if she is the one working I’ll gladly come back another time. I would rather pay the late fine than deal with that grouch.

I just don't get what is taking them so long to unload. I thought local delivery only take 30mins to 1 hour top to get unload, seems this place is far worst than waiting 24hours loading in US side.

Got there to drop my trailer was told not to because they would load me right away. 18 hours later they finally loaded me. If they tell you to stay hooked up tell them no drop your trailer and go somewhere more useful

Very bad service by receiving.at receiving one old lady she is most annoying person here at loblaw Freeport may b her name Debbie she don't care anyone you have to Wait 15 to half n hour to check in.and they take 4 to 5 hours normal to unloading trailer even you have 3 to 4 skids overall very bad experience from last 5 years.

Every loblaw is same. They ffff waste ur alot of time. I came here at 5: 10 pm and got unloaded at 1: 00 am. They was not even busy still took so much time to unload me. Plzz pllz chnge ur managment. If u can’t fff take deliveries on time don’t fff make appointments.

Customer service at recieving front desk is 0.3-4 hours waiting is just below than normal for these guys. I wish god would never send me here again.

Receiver behaviour is not good with driver, North America I seen only this Wherehouse there’s not driver respect. But shipping side is good there is Manager in transportation He name Steve He is good man

Nice and pleased stuff.

Office staff were rude to drivers. Seems they're on a power trip. Was our (drive team with my significant other) first time there, I was polite, was very early for our appointment and had zero issues with waiting to be unloaded. The process was not explained as every loblaws is doing things differently because of covid. Drivers bathroom was clean when we first got there but deteriorated on my second visit significantly. I know that's on the other drivers and not the warehouse. I've worked in warehouses. There's no need to be rude when asking questions about how things are done.

My overall experience was pretty good, got unloaded within 2hours,
Employees were minding their own business no one was rude as other reviewers mentioned

No overnight parking available. You can park at Petro Pass across the street. You can check in two hours prior to your appointment. Park your truck in front of docks and check in. I delivered load here couple of times, once they took me one day prior to my appointment. Variable unloading time from couple of hours to 5-6 hours. Paperwork and counting takes more time.

Takes forever to unload but the staff are friendly about it. Appointment times leave lots of time to watch a movie or two while waiting.

Slowest places to unload you.if you miss your appointment they dont take you.even if you make it to your appointment time, they will minimum take 7 to 8 hour to unload.

Make sure you have food for this time in your truck as all you will be eating is candies.
I am a truck driver and i wish not to go there to deliver.but what can we do.

Some people are working with expired work permit.mean no insurance no safety.no status in Canada while some other people waiting for job with years experience

Here is it a gamble, sometimes you can get in and get unloaded on time and the paperwork is done in a timely fashion and the next time you can wait for hours and hours and the paperwork takes hours to be done

The lady at receiving desk was so rude and she was busy with her own stuff like grabbing her coffee, reading news paper. She was so annoying and being racist, don't know how to talk to people. I don't know why Loblaw hire these kind of stupids, who don't know anything about business and customer service.

The dispatcher wasn't very friendly. In fact she was plan rude.

I tried to explain that it was my first time bring a trailer here. She was dismissive and abrupt. I was sent back to my truck and told not to come in until I was phoned. 3 hours later I went in because my phone died and I didn't have a charger.

I tried to acknowledge that she told me not to come inside unless I was called. I had to stand up for myslef well still being respectful and explain that my phone died and I was a local driver that left my charger at home. Then I mentioned I came inside because the light on the door of the dock went from red to green. Normally, that means that they're finished.

That's when this woman said "oh no we'll need it for a few more hours. Now I was so frustrated. That if this woman had given me the decency of letting me speak when I first arrived I wouldn't have spent 4 hours in my truck doing nothing when I could have left gone about my day and return for the trailer when called.

Needless to say, the service was not professional, polite, or considerate.

This is one of the worst places I've ever unloaded. Ever. You will wait minimum 4 hours and I've waited upwards of 12 in the past. The staff do not care at all about the drivers and are generally very rude. The only bathroom here smells of urine and doesn't appear to have been cleaned in days. I wish I could give negative 5 stars. If you can get a load into Calgary for less money that doesn't deliver here then take it, you'll be better in the long run.

So unprofessional.often very long waiting times for unloading and changed appointment without to notice anybody. I would give zero orno star at at all

Very bad place. I trying to avoid all the time but unfortunately my dispatcher sending me some time here.appointment at 10: 00 pm finished at 4: 30 am and the staff is very rude. Except the security at the gate.
I wish I could give 0 star!
