Old staff was great. Today they are unbelievably incompetent! No one ever answers the phone. Would definitely go to another pharmacy except for the fact my doctor is at Superstore. It’s too bad because I’m sure customer frustration has many people not going to the pharmacy. Therefore not shopping at Superstore also!
Horrible wait time.no one acknowledges you at counter.they tell you 1 hour.you give them more than a hour and prescription is still not ready.they haven't even looked at it.there is at least 6 persons behind the counter and so slow. Plus not the most pleasant sandy brown blond lady either.try somewhere else.there are options
I have been getting prescriptions filled at this pharmacy for many years. Over the last 2 years there has been a drastic decline in service. I would do a phone refill, then call and ask if my refill was ready told yes only to find out at the pick up that it wasn’t even processed! So frustrating. This was happening over & over again especially in the last 6 months. I’m not sure what the issue is? I have moved my prescription to another pharmacy.: (
Terrible customer service. I was standing at the prescription drop off window and after sitting on her computer ignoring me for a good 5 minutes the lady snapped “do you have a question? No prescriptions will be filled today” as if that was common knowledge and I was an idiot for trying to drop off a prescription. Definitely will not be returning!
Service has gotten so bad lately. Hold time to speak to a pharmacist should not be 40+ minutes just to show up to prescription not even being ready days later.
Very slow, precriptions are not ready, drop off and still after a week not ready. Don't explain why. Told me to go to another pharmacy for they won't be able to fill for a week. Difficult to explain and understand some staff due to language barrier Staff not friendly, but maybe because lack of support from loblaws.
I've been going to this Pharmacy for years and after today I will be switching over to another pharmacy. This year they have been consistently late in refilling prescriptions. What is the point of calling in a week early only to get there and be redirected to the drop off area to start all over again. Terrible terrible service this year
Fill my prescription properly. Explain if you don't give me all of my medication. Never have prescription ready on time. Terrible pharmacy go literally anywhere else. I will be.
I've been using pharmacy for years and level of service has declined. I just spent 5 mins on hold and finally hung up. Lost paperwork for refills. Maybe I'm asking too much but at least answer your phone. Maybe i need to change pharmacies.
