Be careful when shopping here, you really have to check expiration dates yourself because the staff clearly isn't doing it. I just bought a jumbo pack of hot dogs, they expired yesterday. With the price these crooks are charging, and then they don't do due dilligence to ensure your food isn't going to make you sick. I'd avoid if you can.

This place is very organized and clean. They had great deal when i was there. They sell hot food and awesome sandwiches and paninis which you can either eat cold or ask them to heat up, they have good prices/deals on the meals and sandwiches. The staff are nice and very helpful. Even though its a bit far from where i live, im thinking of doing my grocery shopping here from now on.

I work downtown. It's nice alternative to fast food and I can pick up groceries on the way home. Helpful staff and reasonable prices are why I keep going back.

Staff doesnt seem trained very well. Night manager didnt know how to get cigarettes and made me wait ten minutes just to be told to use self checkout for my other items

Nice store. Nice variety of goods and reasonable prices. I bought a strawberry cake and it was to die for. It was fantastic, I can't tell how light and fluffy the cake was. And the frosting was so nice. To cut it was like putting a hot knife through butter. Definitely recommend one.

Overpriced, security follow you around unless you're wearing a $1000 Canada Goose jacket or a Hugo boss suit

A much welcomed addition to the downtown Edmonton grocery store scene. It's located on the second floor of a building in the Ice District, but access is easy because it has an escalator. Due to it being a medium sized facility, selection is adequate but not as varied as larger strip mall stores. Prices are midrange to high. There is 30 minute free parking on nearby streets (after that you have to pay).

What a great addition to the downtown core! Great selection, prepped food is delicious, and so conveniently located. Staff are wonderful AND the prices are the same as other Loblaw stores.no "downtown" gouging. Brilliant addition

Went into this beautiful store while staying at the JW Marriott. Friendly staff. Great service, and someone that really stood out was Jonathan. He was able to point me in the right direction, and insured I found what I needed. Thank you for taking the time to make sure I found exactly what I was after. Above and beyond service. Thank you.

It's nice to have a grocery store in the area. The prices are steep and selection is limited compared to other grocery stores not too far away.

I had a few bad experiences here. I bought bagels that were moldy two days later, I bought potatoes that they just put out that were green (and after getting sick I found out green potatoes are poisonous), they couldn't find the price of a cereal becaise they didn't have it programmed in the system (they had the family size programmed but only carried the jumbo size boxes) and so they added it in manually which later when they fixed it found out they over charged me. Lastly, every time I had a deal in the app the self checkout doesn't understand and so need to get someone to help, and then they have to ring it up and customer service. So if you're using the app for discounts you may need to just go to customer service to ring up your purchases.

It's a great location with a great selection - super convenient as I live only a couple blocks away.

As with all my reviews, it's the staff who make or break the customer service experience. Unfortunately, the staff here were not very helpful.at all.

I'll give it another shot to ensure a comparable experience, but if this is how customers are regularly treated, then I will be spending my hard earned money elsewhere.

It's OK. The prepared sandwiches are mushy and soggy, the rotisserie chickens are dry AF and nowhere near as good as the ones from Save on Foods, and the store is chaotic, disorganized, missing a lot of items, and is grossly overpriced.

But it's convenient for anyone living in the area. And, the staff are sometimes great, and other times they just don't GAF. 2.5/5.

New place, staff appeared to be pver engaged with own activity than customers around them.
Noticed workers giving directions by pointing and leaving customer to wander in general direction still lost.

Convenient location for essential items but have seen lots of expired food on their shelves. Bought cheese and English muffins that went mouldy within a couple of days of buying it. Hard to trust their product.

Just like the first one in the brewery district, but smaller and cuter, and more convenient for me, across from Rogers. Staff have been super so far.

Great market. A bit pricey for Loblaws but it's a great location for a grocery store. Definitely caters more to the deli lunch crowd than the family grocery shopper. But a great place to get a few items you might need

A small grocery store somehow stocked with all your essentials. The bakery is amazing if you need to buy a custom cake or pastries. Be sure to try out their Hawaiian donuts.soo good!

Very clean, staff is super nice and I particularly enjoy the fresh produce and the opportunity to buy food at a reduced price via flash food. Loblaws, please give Ange a raise! They work very hard and have an incredible attitude, it is always a pleasure to see them!

The store layout is easy to navigate and well lit. I tried the deli pizza, thinking it was made in store. The slices seemed more like frozen Delissio pizza cut into squares to make it seem like it was store made, definitely a pass.

The ready to go meals options has a wide range of selection, from small eateries such as sandwiches, subs and wraps to a full on meal including rice, soup, pasta, pizza, bbq chicken and much more. The canteen serves freshly prepared satisfying meals, much better and healthier options than fast food. In-store bakery has a great selection of freshly baked in-store products ranging from muffins, donuts, cookies, buns, bread, turnovers, cheese bread and other style loafs. Also, customized cake option is available. The produce department offers great selection of fresh veggie and fruit platters. Deli offers perfectly made cheese and meat platters. You can place customized platter orders in advance, perfect for your office parties and family dinners!
They also have customer sitting area where you can sit, relax and enjoy your food. They also have a microwave for customer's use, how perfect!
Customer Service is top notch. The staff is friendly, eager to help and they acknowledge every customer. As a customer, you definitely feel welcomed and valued!
Moreover, Free Underground Parking in Downtown is super convenient. Just bring your parking ticket at the customer service and they will validate it for you.
PC Express is an additional service you may want to take advantage of. Place your groceries order online and the staff makes your order ready in no time. Hassel free and convenient as they load the items in your vehicle as well. The staff provides timely updates over the call about the status of your order.

A Perfect, cozy yet elaborate store, definitely a perfect place to go to!

This is the kind of venue that downtown has long needed! A fantastic store with a wide range. There is also complimentary coffee. Parking is free for one hour. Also a great location to work!

It's really nice inside, decent size for location. However I do think alot of products are marked up in price.

Has everything that most people consider essential like bread, milk, eggs, butter for example. While I wish I could do all of my shopping here it is nice to have a place I can quickly go to and pick up a few thing instead of having to freeze in the winter time to take transit elsewhere.
