Quick and fantastic service. Our apartment was handled by Matt from lock surgeon, who provided timely and an accommodative service

Nobody wants to spend money on a new chipped key fob for their vehicle, but when mine bit the dust I got great service at Lock Surgeon west end. Tyler S had me up and running again with a new key fob for my Lincoln in 10 minutes. Very friendly service and key fob works perfectly. Thank you!

I was extremely disappointed with the service and attitude of all the people I dealt with, Tyler laser cut a key that was an older key but it was definitely not correct and the difference can be seen by the naked eye. I return the next day and he was eating his lunch at the front and had stated we interuppted his lunch, there were three staff that were trying to help and basically told my mechanic (who has been fixing cars for 40 years) that he didn't understand how keys are cut. They said it might be the actually locks on my car and proceeded to spray them with WD40. In the end the key (even though they try another new one) the other key did not work and reluctanly gave me half my money back because they had to use their $30,000 dollar machine. My husband went to a different lock place and couple of keys were cut successfully with one that was programmed and it cost the same for two keys that they were charging for one.
I will not be recommending this company but the other one

I should have looked up at the pricing board before having you guys copy a couple of keys for me. For four keys, you charged me $60. That doesn't even come close to the price that Canadian Tire charged me for the same keys. Your price was $13 each and I was able to get the same keys cut for $3.49 each

Looking for a solution in the market when every said No. Met here Patrick amazing person with very good knowledge and experience. My trouble was resolved in mins.

Matt helped us out after I got stuck attempting to replace a lock cassette. On arrival I explain the situation to Matt and he very quickly understood what needed to be done. Walked thru the estimate, approved it, and he got to work! Excellent job removing and replacing the lock cassette that I had attempted. Explained all of his work extremely well. He did not attempt anything without my prior approval. Very professional, knowledgeable, and skilled. Came the next day after I called. Door locks are now working better than they ever have thanks to some TLC from Matt! Highly recommended.

Jason and Co have been amazing at helping me with everything I need. They arrive very quickly especially when I’m in a real jam!

ETA: I’m a pretty high maintenance client and they have continuously met and exceeded my expectations! It’s almost become a joke that they need their own fob for my office haha

Jason did an amazing job fixing our patio door. He was quick, efficient and knew exactly what the problem was and how to adjust the hinges properly. We’ve used Lock Surgeon in the past and are impressed with their expertise. They should change their name to Lock & Door Surgeon because they are more than just locksmiths.

Patrick was friendly, helpful and got my replacement Honda key cut and programmed despite some technical issues. Happy with service. Wish it wasn't so costly, but it works.

I would not use them again. The $129 service call fee, just to get them to your door is high. I reluctantly agreed to pay it because I was in a pinch. The technician who arrived was friendly and seemed to know what he was doing. Since I was already committed to the $129, I figured I might as well pay him to do the required work, even though the hourly rate is steep. All in all, I paid $600 for 2 hours of work. I purchased the hardware separately, so the $600 was strictly for labor. I was glad to get it done, especially when the technician assured me that his installation was guaranteed and that if there were any problems due to the work, he would come and rectify it. About 5 weeks later, one of my doors stopped working. I called and asked them to come back, but despite it being a clear case of a problem with the work, not the hardware, I was told I'd have to pay the $129 again, just to get them to come out and fix their own error. I declined. I am very disappointed in the lack of post installation support.

Justin came to our office on -28 coldest day to fix out office main door. He was very professional and friendly. He fixed our door and lock and was done in a timely manner. I highly recommend Lock Surgeon and Justin.

They had exactly the part I needed when several other locksmiths didn't, and the gentleman who helped me was very friendly. I will definitely be back to have other work done should the need arise.
