Got my lashes done by Hannah. She is very professional and very in to details. She did my lashes the way I wanted it. And also her hands were so light. I almost fell asleep. Definitely gonna come back

Great experience at Lola with Morgan! I was referred by a friend and I’ve been back for 2 more services since then. The entire staff are so friendly and knowledgeable and I feel amazing when I leave.

Renae was very kind, and helped remove the leftover mascara I tried to wipe away from the night before. However, usually technicians use eye pads, but instead I believe it was strip's of tape, which left creases under my eyes.
I looked on reviews and someone else had the same experience a year ago, where "the service itself was having the full weight of a hand resting on my nose and subsequently blocking one airway completely". I also kept flinching in pain as I would get my lashes pulled every so often and I was close to just leaving. The lashes themselves turned out alright. When I got to my car and looked in the mirror, there were single lashes scattered across my face, including on my cheeks, nose and lips.

Just got my lashes done with Hannah. She’s very detail oriented and super patient.
Absolutely obsessed with my fluffy lashes now;)

I had come to Lola Lash downtown multiple times with Morgan for a lash lift & tint and she never failed to amaze me. Since she had her baby I had to see another technician who didn’t even introduce herself so I’m unsure of her name. My lashes didn’t last half the time they did with Morgan and for the price it disappointed me.

Went to this location of Lola Lash Bar to get eyelash extensions for the first time and it was such a great experience! I had Christina as my lash tech and she was so kind and knowledgeable, and really took the time to answer all of my questions. She did such a great job and was very meticulous. She did the lashes just the way I wanted them and I loved the end result - really looking forward to getting them filled just in time for my wedding!

Love Renae at Lola lash down town I had been going somewhere else for years thinking my lashes were fine and when I had to try somewhere else because my usual girl at another place was away I couldn’t believe the difference! Haven’t looked back!

Went to get a full silk set of lashes today at Lola, and saw Renae.

Just like the last time I was here (was for lash lift previously), only one staff member was working and had to cut into our appointment time in order to call and reschedule the other staff member's appointments who had called in sick.

Not so much a commentary on the service but a poor business model to have one person doing their scheduled services while trying to manage visitors, reschedules and walk-ins at the same time.

Several times during my appointment, Renae had to get up and go deal with whoever walked through the door, resulting in the service being somewhat disrupted.

The thing I especially didn't like about this is that there was no sanitizing or hand washing after using the computer and rescheduling someone's appointment, before going right back to resuming my lash treatment. Which I found a bit unsettling as the eyes are a very sensitive area.

Renae herself is a very sweet person, and I feel she is good at her job - however, my right eye was significantly fuller than my left when the service was finished and there is a large gap in the extensions on my left eye.

My wedding is on Saturday so I will be going to another location to get the uneven-ness fixed.

The other thing I didn't love about the service itself was having the full weight of a hand resting on my nose and subsequently blocking one airway completely while certain lashes were applied - it seems like this could have all been done using the forehead as an arm/hand rest instead, like was done for the majority of the service.

Overall I don't feel that the service and experience was worth the $120.00 cost today.

This place was very disappointing. I had booked my eyebrow lamination and wax appointment a month in advance. I showed up on time and no one was there. I waited for 30 min! 30 min…. Once someone did show up, they told me that the person who was supposed to my eyebrows just had her baby. I totally understand that. However, someone could have emailed or called me to let me know what was going on. The lady just said sorry and just took the next appointment next. It was very frustrating because I booked my appointment in advanced and waited for 30 min. The least she could do is tell me when the next available slot is.

Luckily, the Lola Lash Bar in the SW apologized for the inconvenience and booked me at a later time.

Overall, I had a frustrating experience at this downtown location. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.

If I could give 0 I would. I was contacted Monday because my tech was sick and I couldn’t get my service done. I rebooked for Wednesday and it was cancelled and then again for Friday and it was cancelled. What irks me is they have several techs that do this service and my next available date was 10 days from now. When I said I’d likely find somewhere else because they’d cancelled on me three times without any concern the girl said “oh no problem” and hung up. Poor customer service

Faith did my eyelash extensions a couple times. Honestly for over $100, my mascara could have done a better job. I laid there for an hour and I felt barely any lashes event applied. I don’t know what she was doing the whole time but I paid attention and I felt hardly anything. The first time I felt more attention to my left eye and when I left, my left eye looks fuller than my right eye. Second time I went I for a fill and my eyes didn’t look much different and my right eye looked fuller than my left. Again didn’t feel much going on on my lashes, I don’t understand what she was doing the whole time. I ended up getting my lashes removed because the price was ridiculous for the outcome, and I lost 75% of my lashes! It took me over 6 months to get some growth back. My eyelashes will never be the same again.
Don’t waste your money, you can do your own cluster lashes for way cheaper with no damage!

My experience with Lola Lash bar has been horrible. My first set fell out almost completely in less than 5 days (picture attached), at which point I contacted the salon to cancel my 2 week fill appointment. I had volume extensions for over a year in Kelowna so I am familiar with proper care and how long they should last etc. I knew that the extensions should last at least 3 weeks. The receptionist at Lola offered me a "complimentary fix" which I accepted however I never recieved another email response and had to call in to book the appointment myself.

When I came for my "complimentary fix" the staff were polite and the technician explained what would be best for my natural lash health which I appreciated, however the "complimentary fix" was in fact not complimentary at all and i was charged $120 for a new set which I did not find out until AFTER I had sat for an hour and a half and had the lashes applied to me.

I had no intention of returning to this salon after my first negative experience, and I am incredibly upset off that they invited me to return for a "fix" and then charged me for it (The receptionist lowered the price to $80 for me after I stood there in shock for a couple of minutes, but regardless I would NEVER have come back if I had known I was being charged for this service).

The facilities seem clean and the staff were mostly polite but I would not recommend this salon for lash extensions.

LITERALLY GO ANYWHERE ELSE!

Came in for a fill on March 18th and left without any lashes:) I was originally planning on getting my hybrid lash extensions filled since i had an important event the next evening, and was leaving for a trip the day after. Whoever did my lashes said that they were “damaged” and it was best to either get a half fill or take them completely off. Both options were equally bad so i chose the latter. I was quite distraught by this, as having lash extensions is what made me feel more confident ; and all that was completely gone. I thankfully was not charged for the removal, but not wanting to do a fill on “damaged” lashes because “I can’t bring myself to do it” is some terrible reasoning. I had no problems with this place until then! I was able to find another place to get a full set with the limited time I had. Until then, do not come here unless you want to leave with bare eyes and a lack of confidence.
Probably won’t return here <3

I usually go to the salon on 1st street.couldn't get in- went to the one on 85th. Within 5 days my lashes on my right eye were falling out and I had a huge GAP. Michelle was kind enough to offer this service for free even though the mistake hadn't been made at their salon. She did a great job, knows what she is doing, and is very accommodating to her clients. I was very impressed by the service and also relieved- it was my birthday weekend celebration and I didn't want to look like a pirate!

I went in for a lash lift and tint and what a great experience. When I walked in the door I was greeted by the staff and the place was so cute and very clean. Morgan explained the procedure to me step by step and made me feel so relaxed! I would highly recommend Lola Lash downtown! What a pleasant surprise! I will definitely go back and will be asking for Morgan.

Place where you enjoy being. Good quality and fair price. Faith is my favorite lash specialist. Every time she does my lashes I don’t have to worry about make up for at least couple of weeks!

I recommend a hybrid eyelash extension appointment with Michelle R. It was so relaxing and she gave me the look I was hoping for. Michelle takes the time to make sure your lashes don’t stick to each other and she is great at making choices for you that maintain the health of your natural lash.

I have been seeing Morgan H for lash lifts and just recently added the brow lift service and my brows have never looked better!

I got an eyelash lift done by Morgan and it went great! Used to get them done a lot in Edmonton and was looking for a place in Calgary and I think I have found it! Lasted a long time and very careful during the process:)

I went in this past Wednesday (Dec 1) after not having lash extensions for quite a while, but I have to say - Michelle brought my lash goals to life! She was gentle, but also SUPER thorough. I was actually blown away when she revealed what they looked like. It's been a couple of days and my confidence has grown so much - plus it is an absolute godsend not having to put on mascara. I have come here twice to get my eyelashes lifted and tinted and loved the experience. Morgan is so lovely to talk to and made me feel very comfortable during the service. My eyelashes looked great and I will definitely be coming back!

I get my lashes done by Faith, she does such a good job. The process is always comfortable and the result is always thorough and lovely. It's a friendly, accommodating atmosphere and booking an appointment is fast and easy!

I had Morgan for my lash perm and she was so sweet and professional! I go for lash perms often and I have a history of feeling uncomfortable from the lash solution however I felt completely comfortable this time - I even took a nap! Kind of pricey now, but worth it for occasions!

She is so friendly, funny.yet extremely professional when it come to her work! She is beyond knowledgeable and her work is hands down the best. My lashes are GORGEOUS! I would highly recommend this location and especially Christina!

I absolutely love getting my lash extensions done here! They are in such a convenient location, just a few blocks from my house and Morgan is absolutely AMAZING! She is the only one I get a lash lift with. She is super friendly and nice, she cares, she's very professional, answers all of your questions and leaves your natural lashes looking so beautiful! I started going to Lola about a year ago and I have been seeing Morgan for eyelash perming every 6-8 weeks. She is such a doll and is so lovely to talk to.
She's respectful and in tune with each person's needs. I love going to see her!

Im updating my review to 1 star simply because I had a volume lash application and 6 day later I had to return to get my them done again before my 2 week vacation for a friend's wedding.

While on vacation, I did get a call from the owner I presume, asking why I had left only 4 stars - I explained my situation and appreciated her call.

Another week went by and nearly ALL my lashes had fallen off! I am no stranger to getting lashes and the reason I switched to Lola
Lash is because it's close to home. Within 1 week I was missing 50% of my lashes. I had to buy strip lashes at Wal-Mart for my friends wedding that I was standing in.because nobody in the town did lashes. I am SO disappointed and cancelled all if my upcoming appointments that I book until January! I will never ever return here!

I was living in the United states and had been getting eyelash lifts for the last year and my lashes were really rough feeling and sore to touch but i thought thats how it was supposed to be and i liked the results so i kept doing it. I recently moved to Calgary in may and was looking for a place to do my lash lifts. I researched places close to downtown and booked at Lola Lash Bar with Morgan. She was thorough and made sure i was really comfortable, plus she's just a rad person who made hour and a half fly by! She also checked in with me the next day to make sure i was happy! If that's not going above and beyond, i don't know what is! I can honestly say that my lashes look amazing and are back to being soft again and no longer hurt.

Morgan did a Lash perm and lash tiny on me and it was awesome.she's easy to talk to and professional

Lola is a beautiful clean studio and all the staff are super sweet! Faith is a great lash tech. My lash extensions always look very natural and the application is fast and smooth.

I used to wear lashes but stopped due to them being uncomfortable and stabbing me so I stopped. Then I found Lola! Faith did a full set of Silk lashes on me and they're honestly the best lashes I've EVER worn. Super soft, didn't feel them at all. Faith was also super fast and gave me exactly what I wanted. Best lashes in town! You'll be seeing me every two weeks!

Went to the Crowfoot location and was super convenient, parking right out front. Before the pandemic I went to their downtown location and loved it, then lockdown happened so I haven't gone back until now! I booked with Irene at Crowfoot and she was awesome! Asked me questions about exactly what I'd want and prefer for the lash extensions! Will be coming back every two weeks:)

I have been getting my lashes and brows done by Morgan at the First Street location, and I can’t say enough good things about the service! She is very professional and always does a great job! The lash lift & tint, and brow lamination & tint does wonders for enhancing a natural look! I have been beyond impressed by the results each time!

I got my first lash lift and tint from Morgan 6 weeks ago and it was a fantastic experience. I was timid having someone so close to my eyes and my lashes are short so I was concerned a lift would curl them too much. I expressed all my concerns to Morgan and she was attentive to my needs, and was so gentle. I got my second lift and tint with her again and love my lashes even more than last time. For laying on a table for over an hour, Morgan makes it fly by! She is easy to talk to or respectful of when clients want to just relax.
The studio feels feminine and relaxing, and is always clean and comfortable.
I highly recommend visiting this location for your lash needs!

I tried making an appointment from their booking on my phone, but it froze up, so I tried on my laptop but still no luck it kept taking me back to to start like a loop hole. Hope you can fix this problem.xx
