I had a opps with my durmax. DEF IN Fuel. After getting a high quote from the dealership I took it to lowmax and had it back on the road in a few days. Highly Recommend these guys!

Extremely happy with this shop awesome guys no there stuff brought my 2001 f 350 diesel to get some work done they did an awesome job anytime I’ve had issues even when there busy they have made time to look after me not like the other shops i will only deal with these guys! Thanks Lomax team

I have been taking my fleet of limo busses here for quite a few years now and found the work to be done is always to perfection. Garry and Terry know their vehicles and with knowledgeable staff they always do a great job. Great back up from all involved.

FYI,
Had warranty issues with my dealership where I bought my 3500 Dodge. I was told that I needed $8500 worth of repairs to my truck that would not be covered Under warranty due to the fact I didn’t follow their Recommended maintenance schedule exactly. Thankfully I’m fairly mechanically inclined and challenged their diagnosis. I researched the 3 top diesel mechanic shops in Edmonton and Lomax was at the top of the list. I contacted Gary and brought my vehicle to them for a second opinion. I paid a small fee to have my truck fully inspected and tested, and NOT to my surprise my truck DID NOT need all the repairs the dealership had quoted! The repair bill at Lomax came to just over $2200! Compared to $8500 that’s a huge difference! Thanks to Gary and the Lomax team they saved me over $6300 in unnecessary repairs! FYI, I have challenged the dealership with these results and they are attempting to fix the situation. Thanks again to Lomax, you now have a new customer and I will be recommending your services to everyone that needs a great honest mechanic shop!

The owners and staff are very knowledgable and they will give it to you straight. Lomax should be your first choice! They dont just fix trucks they educate truck owners!

Needed a good diesel mechanic 5 years ago and since then my father and I have been going there for both gas and diesel vehicles and the work is alway immaculate. They’ve never failed us and they’ve always made sure our vehicles are running in top shape when leaving the shop! Their turn around time is second to none and we’ve never once had any issue in dealing with them. When you come in you’ll generally be greeted by an amazing lady by the name of Lisa who is always on the ball and smiling at you! We’ve been to many mechanic shops and Lomax is by far the best we’ve had the pleasure of dealing with and will continue to deal with! Cheers from Phil and Conor!

They do the annual inspection in my work truck. They take care of it and I have never had any trouble going across the scales after they have taken care of the truck.

We have been bringing our vehicles to Lomax for the past year and every time has been spectacular. Gary and Terry are always on time, very thorough and detailed. The staff are always extremely polite and accommodating. This past time was especially great as they were very busy with this cold weather yet still found the time to get my car in, repaired and back to me on time (they always drop off my car for me). They are truly the best.
