I have been going to Lomsnes for over 20 years now through 2 dogs and they have always given me first rate service and advice. I look forward to many more years of service from them.

Every time you walk through the door with your pet it’s a welcoming feeling. Always so accommodating as well. I don’t do well with seeing needles and happy they don’t mind me ducking out for the squeamish parts.

My family and I have been going to this vet for many years from the time they were puppies to the rainbow bridge and I can't say anything terrible they are compassionate and do there best in everything they do.

I had my dog neutered here. The staff was so caring and took excellent care of my dog. They gave great follow up instructions and I am so happy with the results. My dog may not be. However I am! Thanks so much Dr. Lomsnes

Hands down, Lomsnes Veterinary Hospital is an OUTSTANDING team of professionals. When it was time to put down our BELOVED family cat, my son and I walked in off the street - WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT - an emotional train wreck, and they completely took care of us. We weren't even their previous clients. Their compassion and genuine concern for all three of us touched our hearts. The keepsakes we received a week later are PERFECT. Thank you for doing everything in your power to ease our pain when we were so deeply sad. God bless you.

We absolutely LOVE Lomsnes Veterinary hospital and all the amazing and friendly caring staff. I take my mini dachshund Leroy here since we got him and they take the absolute best care of him, I feel at ease and confident knowing if I have to leave him for surgery he is gonna be well taken care of. I have my dog on an optimum plan and its such a great program they offer to reduce the cost of annual vaccines and nail trim visits. We appreciate how they do up little goody treat bags for him when he has his wellness exams. They are great at staying on top of his routine exams and will either email or call me to notify me when he is due as life is so busy to keep track of appointments. I cannot say how blessed we are to find a veterinary office who treats us like family and not just a number as I've been to other clinics with our previous pets. Thank you for your ongoing care we will always recommend this place to our friends and family.

I have enjoyed Lomsnes Veterinary services since My family and Taco moved here in 2015. Taco is my little Havanese pup. The ladies and staff here have always been most helpful and willing to spend time discussing all options for keeping both me and my fur family on the straight and narrow. Thanks all.

I cannot say that I have been very happy with the service at this veterinarian, I have encountered the following, in no particular order, and as not to single out, any one individual, condescending, lacking empathy, caring more about Repeating unnecessary very expnsive tests, than taking care of their Senior patient, price, gouging, self, entitled. These are just some of the choice words that come to mind when I think of this Veterinarian after five years of dealing with them. Was talked into two plans both were completely useless thrm couple thousand dollars over yhe course if three years It seemed every time I went. That bill was $400. And they actually talk to you like you might not pay a bill that you somehow have done them wrong, They’ve already run every test they could possibly make me pay for and here we are with a dog who is now old, who had been suggested by Dr. Lisa to consider putting her down three years ago, after she tried to talk me into a $6000 dental bill funny how the dogs teeth fell out all on their own with no problem but you made it sound like it was the most dramatic life altering situation possibly out there, but somehow now they want me to spend another $400 on a bunch of unnecessary tests to make sure the dogs incontinence is because she’s 100 years old, as opposed to just giving an old dog a tablet for her incontinence. They are cruel, thoughtless and rude. I would never trust people like this. They are as phoney as they come. The only person in there who’s nice is the youngest receptionist the office, the office manager thinks she works for the Gestapo and that says an awful lot about the owner, rudeness comes from the top

We have been going to see Dr Lisa Lomsnes and staff for almost 10 years now! They are by far one of my most trusted clinics. They care so deeply for our pets. Our 2 cats are very nervous but have grown to love the girls here, and our pitbull just loves going in for a visit! The team at Lomsnes Clinic has been with us through many emergencies and I can't thank them enough for all their hard work and compassion!

Never had a bad experience here. Staff are always thorough and understanding. They are a bit pricey though.

I have been a client at Lomsnes for fifteen years. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Their care for my pets is exceptional and proactive and they quickly created a personal connection with me as the pet owner. Staff provide follow up phone calls after many visits, appointments can be booked very quickly and I am always pleased with how much time staff give to my pet, and my questions, during appointments.

Not impressed with pricing. Wanted to charge me an extra $90 because my cat is in heat. Went to another vet that had better pricing. Worked out to be $120 cheaper elsewhere

I have been taking my dogs, only own one at a time, to Lomsnes for approximately 30 years. The staff are very caring and I love the vets! They explain everything well and in detail and I ask a lot of questions lol

Zoey had a great appointment this morning. The vet and tech were very gentle and kind, keeping stress to a minimum. Zoey tried a new soft food, for her sensitive digestion, which she loved. They also suggested the accompanying kibble.

We took in our sick cat and the staff treated him with love and care. As if he was their own pet.

I first took my cats to Lomsnes back in 2010. To this day, i continue to take Ling Ling in for regular check ups. I'm never disappointed with how they handle her and the advice they give me. I highly recommend this place!

So helpful, it was nice to get some peace of mind and get a good checkup for my dog, well worth he money. The staff is very kind, she wanted to stay and play with everyone there.

Great verterarians but like any city vet clinic very expensive but you can't put a price on your pet.

We have taken all of our dogs to Dr Lisa and her staff for 25 years+ where they have always been treated with kindness, compassion and love. Lomsnes Vet Hospital truly cares about their furry patients and the parents too!

I brought both my female bunnies here to get spayed, and they were wonderful with both of them. They were all so helpful and kept me in the loop much better than any of my previous vets. Dr. Hayley was very kind and very careful with both my girls. My first bunny had a very successful spay and is doing very well. When I took my second bunny for her spay today, her heart rate was irregular so Dr. Hayley didn’t go through with the surgery, which I appreciate immensely, given the increased risks. Overall a great experience and the procedure was very reasonably priced. Thank you for the fantastic care of my precious babies!

Best vet in red deer, they are generous and genuinely care about your fur babies, our second son and our first (who passed 3 years ago) is extremely grateful for them.

We are looking for a new vet for our pets and have definitely found the one! The reviews on here are all true. This place has exceptionally good service. The receptionists on the phone and in person were very friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and made both myself and my sick kitty comfortable instantly. The vet, Tanya was amazing as well. She recommended the different options we could take and I did not feel pressured to spend hundreds of dollars if it wasn’t necessary—like with what happens at most other vets which is seriously annoying. Tanya really took the time with myself and my kitty and did not make me feel rushed at all. My sick cat took to both the vet tech and the vet instantly. He warmed right up to them and he doesn’t let anyone outside of our family touch him so I was shocked. He usually hates the vet but he loved this place. The clinic is clean and followed covid restrictions well. This is our new vet for our four fur babies! So happy we chose to go here today. We will for sure be back. 10/10 would highly recommend!

Really friendly and great with my nervous little min pin. They were quick to diagnose my little lady and were very transparent with the options I had. They didn't force treatment options or shame me for not having had regular vet appointments through the years. I would highly recommend and will be going back if needed. Lomsnes Veterinary Hospital has been our vet for over ten years. Every staff member is very kind, and their service and care for our kitty has been outstanding. I appreciate the relationship the staff formed with my family right from our first visit.

Love this place for sure the place to go if you have reptiles they treated our bearded dragon for a parasite first rate people for sure

When we first decided that we wanted a pug we did some research and found Dr. Lisa the most qualified for this bred. That was 20 years ago and we have gained and lost several beloved pugs during that time. Our fur babies have always been treated with dignity and respect at this clinic.
We made a mistake and took one of our precious babies to another clinic and because of that she became so ill there was no saving her. Dr. Lisa did not judge us in any manner and put our angel to rest with dignity and care.
Our current pug is getting on in years and with the assistance of Dr. Hayley and Dr. Lisa we are confident that she will have a bit more time with us. These ladies are so understanding of not only our pets but our feelings as their parents. So I know when the time comes to say goodbye they will be there not only for our Breeze but for us as well.

Dr. Lisa and her team are extraordinary veterinary healthcare providers, but more importantly, they deliver gentle care as if the patient is part of their own family. The atmosphere in the clinic is joyful yet professional. I wouldn't consider for a moment having anyone but Dr. Lisa and her team care for my animal family members.

I wouldn’t take my dogs anywhere else. Lisa obviously does it for the animals and not the money. I really can’t say enough about her. Her staff is also fabulous. So friendly and caring. I’m just hoping Lisa never retires. (Until my dogs pass anyway) Is that selfish?

I love taking my dog to Lomsnes Vet Hospital. All the staff are so welcoming and friendly. Dr. Lisa's bedside manner is excellent which makes my fearful, shy boy much more relaxed. I always get great service and advice, with my dogs well-being and health always of the highest priority. I switched to Lomsnes after multiple frustrating instances at another local vet clinic and it was the absolute best decision I've made for my dog! I highly recommend Lomsnes Veterinry Hospital to anyone looking for a group that cares!

Very nice staff and helpful. Take good care of pets and emergency cases even if they're closing soon. Just don't like that after a vet visit they add stuff like food or other to your bag and charge you for it without first telling you about it. It rakes up the price pretty fast

Snowy loves Dr. Katie! She's always gentle, fun and loving. Snowy was a nervous Standard Poodle, but is now happy and comfortable going the Lomnes Veterinary Hospital.

I brought my cat Lemmie in to have his yearly shots and to look at a sore he had on his leg. The service I received was outstanding as usual. Lomsnes Veterinary hospital is the best in town. They always treat us like family! I wouldn't take my fur babies anywhere else.

Very beautiful place. Ok so I was in need of a vet fast and I went to the one down the road first and got told that thay were all booked up and the doc was not in till noon like really this is an emergency.so I rushed to lomsnes and wow thay are amazing and very polite got me in as soon as I said emergency like u should and not shun me down anyways lomsnes is by far the best place to take ur pets I will not be going anywhere else from now on and if u ppl reading are wondering what happened to my best friend in the emergency we’ll let just say it was not a good day for me one of the hardest I’ve had to face.
