Great residential building, mix of tenants and owners and close to many amenities. Underground pakade is shared with Sobeys! Bring your shopping cart right to your front door.

The location is good and the units are modern. But there are far too many negative points.
1) The freight trains go by at 11: 30pm many nights and are extremely noisy. Plus there is the sound from the C trains.
2) There is almost always one elevator not working and another reserved for moving which leaves 1 elevator for 21 floors!
3) There are also some rough people that live here. I’ve had to call 911 for domestic violence once, there is garbage left in the elevators sometimes and beer cans during Stampede.
4) The hot water goes ice cold in the shower after 5 minutes and then the temperature keeps fluctuating between scalding and warm.
5) the outside parking lot is all torn up and has been for months now as it seems they were planning to build another building next door
Not worth it for the price of what some people are charging for rent. Perhaps the Dominion tower might be better because it is mostly owned.

Place is huge and I was lost visiting my friend. Security guard saw me and asked if I was ok. He was God sent since it was very cold. He pointed me in the right direction and made me feel safe while I made my way down to the tower from the shopping area. I would definitely rent here. Great location for me and lots of businesses attached right to the buildings which is very convenient! Can't beat the location!

It's one of the best apartment to stay when you are new to Calgary. LRT station is 5 min walk away. It's near to downtown as well. Chinook which is biggest mall of Calgary bis one station away. IKEA and Cosco is 15 min drive away.
Indian restaurants are also nearby. Few threft store also at walkable distance.

Poor service, elevators are not working most of the time and you can wait 15 minutes to get a ride
