Excellent photo printing location. The head of the department was very knowledgeable and diligent with producing the best results.

I grew up by 130th as a kid, my bus stop was by the London drugs growing up. I always enjoyed visiting the unique store. Fast forward to now, I love coming here to shop for Christmas, they always have good different items & ALWAYS great deals. Also huge approvel of the new card booth you guys have now. Store is very well organized & the employees are great!

Just went to the pharmacy to get meds for the kids. Josh was the pharmacist who helped me and he was incredibly nice. Very positive and pleasant. We'll be coming here from now. Thx

Got my macbook fixed here quickly! The store was full of fun stuff.no joke everything you’d ever need is in this one store.had a creepy lady follow my coworker and I around on our lunch break, (quite obviously a secret shopper) we purposely changed directions for a while to see if she’d lurk behind which she did.we left feeling uncomfortable without our basket of intended purchases.

Normally, I have great service in the computer department. Today, however, there was an older man working there and I asked for help looking for a mouse. I specified the type and he first corrected my grammar for some reason (rude and unnecessary, just talking down to me basically) and then proceeded to tell me about how most mouses are usb-a (I told him I need Bluetooth or usb-c). Not usb-a but he kept insisting and talked to me as if I've never touched a computer before. I am very knowledgeable with computers and felt I came across as such, I think this employee was trying to mansplain (sorry but I'm not sure how else to put it) mice to me because he assumed a young woman would have no clue what she is looking for. It was upsetting, hence why I'm writing this review. No hard feelings, just want someone to know this.

I took my Macbook in to have the battery replaced. Unfortunately after it was replaced my Touch ID no longer worked. This involved a much bigger repair which London Drugs did with no extra charge to me. Jack kept me up to date on the status of the subsequent repair, when the parts would come in and fixed it perfectly. I highly recommend this London Drugs for your computer repairs.

When my laptop crashed on a busy Sunday tech repair was available. Within 24 hours Jack had performed a full diagnostic and made several recommendations. By the 36 hour mark I had a new desktop computer, a full data backup of the failed harddrive, and my business was back on track again. Jack even managed to restore my laptop well enough for me to use it as a streaming device. London Drugs at 130th is now my go-to computer repair choice. Thanks, Jack!

Was told that they don't know who the walk in doctor is until the day of at 9am and to call to see who was working. Only problem is they never turn on their phone. Been calling for over an hour again

It was very fast service, didn’t have to wait even half an hour… Jacks was wondering he computer technician was so polite and helpful…all other store employees where helpful

My husband and I took our baby for her passport photo on 6th Sep afternoon and the young guy who took her photo was very helpful and friendly, making sure the photo met requirements. We also saw him being helpful to other customers. Hope he stays there for a long time.

I have been using this London Drugs as my pharmacy for years now. All the pharmacists are extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.

There is often a small line to pick up prescriptions, but it's rare that I have to wait more than 5-10 minutes.

They have a decent selection of various different products, and prices are close to that of other stores in the area. But they very often have multiple sale items on good stuff (food, snacks, coffee, tea, medicine, toys, electronics, etc.).

My work computer was encountering some issues on performance Jack was able to rectify matters within a matter of hours. Will be back for future tech support needs.

I visited london drugs for laptop screen replacement the guy asked me $50 for diagnose fee I told him the screen is damaged laptop working ok just needs screen replacement and I’m ok to pay for that but $50 diagnostic Charges is not ok but he said still you have to pay $50 for diagnose fee I don’t understand why $50 fee if you don’t need to diagnose any thing

The cosmetics section is brilliant. Sandra was helpful and gave me great suggestions. I will be returning for more help.

•Online Pickup is easy and prompt
•Photo lab has a long wait (2 days, no instant which I didn't know until I went to print 20 minutes after sorting out the upload system on my phone) and is best to bring your photos on a USB or use their upload system
•Clean and friendly store with fully stocked shelves
•Lots of staff around to ask questions

The manager on today (Dec 4th early afternoon) was extremely helpful and friendly to deal with. He spent lots of time with us helping and answering our questions about the seniors Christmas program. Very friendly.

Didn't have my photos ready on time, waited two hours to be told they would be ready the next day.

I just paid $7.05 for a jug of milk.
Walmart charges $4.65.
If I knew this I would have NOT went there!

Poor customer service by the tech manager Murray. My wife bought a drone, at the time of purchase she made sure that if the package was unopened they would return it and they said yes. It was unopened and i went to return it the same day in few hours. The manager straight up refused to return it indirectly told me that i was lying about returns. Very rude behaviour by him. When my wife spoke to the employee on phone he agreed to return it, then I finally returned it. There is no point in dealing with someone with such rude behaviour. Never returning back again

I visited the London Drugs photo centre today. It was one of my worst experience. I told him that I need a photo and it took 5 minute for him to understand what I need. The guy was not trained how to click and print picture.
The service was too slow. Took 30 minutes just for one photo.

After 30 minute they have to do another picture.

Waste of time and money.

Really bad experience. Please don’t go for any photographs at all unless you wana waste your money.

Has good collection of products, not so great deals bit expensive. Very tight space.staff is knowledgeable but hard to find when need help.

I was just in here about an hour or two ago for some groceries and I just need to talk about this place! You have such an amazing goodies selection I feel I could get lost in it for hours on my way to the pharmacy. And your wonderful electric section has so many nice people to help me out when I need (when I thought I broke my tv for good it turns out I just had a cord in wrong) and I need to talk about that tall sweet boy up at the front of the store! He is never ever anything but a ray of sunshine! I will admit I was in a foul mood today and he cut right through it and made me laugh until I nearly cried. So if you're ever in and see a tall boy named Josh I think tell him I sent you! Hope you see this sweet heart and never stop being you!

Stores alright but nothings more fustrating than waiting 55 mins for pain medication because the pharmacist wants to talk about her day for a half an hour with her co-workers.

Had a complicated order with a soda stream (on an amazing deal) being ordered in a number of weeks ago. The customer service and receiving departments worked hard to make sure that we had a satisfying experience. My partner and I have been thrilled with our purchase and impressed with the collective effort.

Thanks for paying attention to the comments. We bought headphones online from londondrugs and this store was pickup location. We really needed the headphones for my wife's online learning. We purchased the item around boxing day and waited for nearly two months. At that time (around boxing day) the course was going to begin in a few weeks. We wanted to benefit from the boxing day discount and trusted that londondrugs will provide the item. After a long wait, we received an email telling that the item is discontinued and money was refunded (we ordered green but we were okay with blue or black as well. But no one called or emailed to offer an alternative). Now we can't buy that headphones for that price because that discount time is over. And we are left without something we need. In that case, I have to highlight that I do not recommend londondrugs for online shopping. If you are in a position to offer a solution, please reach out to me with my email on your system.

There is always neat stuff to look at there. They seem to have a little bit of everything and I love it!

Very good service and the employees know what they are doing and what they look for when you ask. I wish there was a bigger selection of electronics but besides that it’s a good place

I really like it in here, excellent electronic section, it's nice to print pictures here once in awhile, and I like walking through the food section because they always have different stuff and different brands that you typically don't find in the big grocery store including many treats cookies and candies that I want but don't need. It's always clean here and they have several hand sanitization stations.

Terrible customer service in computer department. Waited 15 minutes for someone to help me. Even had one of the 4 working there tell me "I'll be right with you". I finally gave up waiting and went to Staples instead. Someone helped me right away, got the item I wanted, paid for it and was on my way in no time.

Unbelievable level of customer service! Ordered online for in store pick up. Had the manager himself call regarding one of the items as it was the last one left and wasn't in perfect condition so wanted to let me know and asked how I'd like to proceed with my order. Two other employees followed up with me in a extremely timely manner to help ensure my order was fulfilled to be satisfaction. Very impressed with each employee I dealt with how helpful they were. Above and beyond!

Do not visit this store for the photo section. I have tried to get film developed here, and not only do they take 1-2 weeks LONGER than they say, they have also lost and screwed up 2 rolls of film now. The service desk is staffed with completely incompetent people who have no idea what they're doing. Take your film elsewhere please

I found the last two item make with a sale price of $30.00 off, so I took both to the counter. The total came up $60.00 more than i had figured. He stated that it was full price. He checked the shelf and found the price had been left in place. He stated he could only sell me one item at the sale price. He checked with his store manager and he was ok to lose a customer over the store policy. I called London Drugs customer service and it was a store policy. I then went to Best Buy and their customer first policy gave me the $30.00 discount on each of the three I purchased. London Drugs does not have a customer first policy and now I know even the store manager does not care about retaining customers.

I've been coming here since the day it opened. The staff are all pretty good. I mainly deal with the computer dept.and the camera dept.
All the guys there are pretty decent guys.
They will price match any local retailer as well.

Store is clean and organized. Staff were helpful and friendly especially the staff in the Photolab and Electronics. Black Friday was not too bad.

The supervisor was so mean to the young staff member who doesn't know about the white cards for the offer buy 100 $ gift card get a bonus 20$. He treated him so bad and embarrass him while telling him "you are not suppose to use regular gift card and the young guy asked which one, he said I don't know and at last he told him the white card. So the young man told him where are they? He used his exclamation way again. And finally he told me and him that they are finished. What an abusive way for coaching employees. Specially young ones who are so nice to stand for themselves.

The 1 star is moreso for how the pharmacy is staffed rather than the pharmacy itself.the staff are usually great there but the last few weekends I've been in, they look so stressed. Don't understand why they aren't given more help - I saw a pharmacist physicially run from the top counter down to the cash to try and help some people and then ran back to the back to call me in for a flu shot after I had been waiting awhile. I didn't mind the wait but she looked downright frazzled. Disappointing if this how they're expected to work, but guess the company is more worried about its profits rather than its own staff and patients.
