The staff were friendly and seemed to care about helping customers and assisting with any needs. A pleasure. They seem to value their client base.

Good store, great staff. However, it's another Canadian chain that charges insane prices.

2 pairs of sheer nylons and 1 pair of seamless underwear cost me just over $50.

What a great selection of imported items and rare finds! Also, I have always been impressed with their great warranty. Inexpensive and easy to deal with!

It has so many unique things.
It's a drugstore, with computers, outdoor firetables, pretty much everything for the kitchen from small appliances to towels and even groceries.
It's your one stop shopping for sure, with pleasant people at the cash register, like KENNEDY.

Ok London Drugs, you really blew it this morning. I came in with
two empty Soda stream bottles and turned them into customer service, (as I always do) to a nice girl who told me to "make sure I let the cashier know" So I did my shopping and picked up two replacement bottles and proceeded to the cash. A young women wearing reindeer ears immediately questioned me about the returned bottles and would not believe me when I told her I had turned them in at customer service. I can understand you have had some trouble with thievery but to immediately assume I was a liar
was beyond humiliating! I am a very good customer and at 74 have never been treated so rudely by a young women barely out of high school. And you, London Drugs management must share some of the blame. Do we return the bottles to customer service or to the cashier, decide, so those of us who are honest never are put through this again! And please talk to your people about respect. She kept calling me Miss. I am nobody's Miss, especially someone
50 years younger than I am. I was in tears when I left your store!

Used to be a mice store, with knowledgeable staff. Not any more, the cashiers could provide better customer service and the Photo center employees were rude and very childish, laughing and talking about customers, thinking nobody could tell under their masks. The three members working at the photo booth were rude and constantly laughing, whilst I was trying to get help. Kai and Georgia were the worst behaved, laughing and then staring, really acting like children. I hope they grow up and get the training they need.these customers are what keep them in a job.

Kennedy, staff, and management are courteous, approachable, and knowlegeable. As an amateur photographer I count on London Drugs Photo Service. I am always greeted with a smile and feel welcomed. I appreciate the tech department if I need a quick thumb-drive to give clients their photos on. Thank you.

London Drugs has always been a good place to go. They sell variety of goods, high could satisfy anyone.
They have good sales, really nice cosmetics and fragrance area and photo department.
I like going there at times.
Everyone should be able to have a good experience.

I don’t live in Lethbridge, but when I go London Drugs is always a stop I make, if I’m looking for Christmas presents, a new tech item, or some other off the wall strange item, London Drugs always seems to have it, there service is always good, and if your looking to personalize a gift of some sort, there photography department is amazing, I’d say if you need something different give them a try, you might be surprised

My go-to for high-end electronics curved monitors and Xbox deals I love the fact that they email me my receipts and keep everything online for me at the store so there's no worry about losing receipts for insurance purposes etc

Had some photo cards made, they turned out fantastic. Also store is bright, clean and organized. So much selection especially with face masks, I bought extra for the family.

Went in with an issue today stemming back about 2 weeks ago. Colin from the photoshop department stepped up and fixed the issue with out any hassle. Onthe whole i usually get very good customer service here. Definitely recommend!

TLDR: My computer is worse off than when I brought it in for repair
I would give 0 stars if I could. I brought my laptop in for repair yesterday afternoon after spilling coffee on the keyboard. I was told they would look at it the same day. I went back to the store today and nobody had looked it it. They left it sitting closed overnight so the excess moisture could really do it's damage. When I asked for my computer back they were condescending and tried to send me away without refunding the $50 fee they charged to "do a diagnostic".

I ordered a tripod online today. My order was processed and ready to be picked up within a half an hour. Pretty impressive!

The pharmacy staff have gone above and beyond throughout the years to keep me inforned on my parents care. To apply for any subsidies and to be on top of their dosage.

Super thankful as I am across the country.

Apparently after waiting in line for 24 minutes. Customers that call in have priority over those in line. 5 stars to Shoppers south backbone cat with prescription in 9 min.

Great products especially electronics device manufacturers great deals and products for your business to get service support for apple products but I was unable to find what I wanted in the service department

I wanted an Ipad, I asked questions here, and I was blown away with the service that I was given by Spencer. Not only did he match a competitors price, but he also helped me get a cover for the Ipad. The next time I am looking for electronics, this is where I will be going, and asking for Spencer.

Was not using pharmacy.mom shops there for almost everything she needs. Friendly helpful staff.very patient.

My mom was in need of a new Mac Book as her mac was stolen from a BNE while she was on holidays.

She was shopping around to get her mac replaced but kept being over sold and treated poorly.

Tom took the time to understand my mom's needs for the mac. Made a couple of recommendations for her and was excellent.

Tom even took the time to speak with me on the phone to ensure she was getting what she needed.

Tom went over and above what is required and deserves to get praised for his actions.

I highly recommend this store and their pharmacy over 40 years I have shopped in London drugs in BC and Alberta, Great customer service clean and very organized and their pharmacy ppl are very helpful and amazing.there standard's are very high. Thank you London drugs for many years of great shopping.

First time to the walk in clinic; front end staff was nice. No one waiting in the clinic.
Just walked out feeling unheard and humiliated by dr. Jonker.
His bed side manner and lack of care made me frustrated.
In fact, I left crying.dr. Jonker needs lessons on sensitivity and CARE. The crazy/ bizarre thing was dr. Jonker yelled at me and showed how unprofessional he can be. Instead of saying I'm sorry this experience did not work out for you.
All my life I have had great care and respect from all sorts of Doctors but not from him.
Walked out and went to Bigelow Fowler Clinic; where I got the respect and care I deserve.

I inquired about bringing in my Apple computer after having issues with it after a power outage and they walked me through a few trouble shooting options over the phone and fixed it so I didn't have to bring it in. I appreciate the time they spent with me and the money they saved me! I've always had excellent service here and will continue to shop here. Thanks again!

What a great place! They have good quality, although it's not very cheap. Also there's so much here! London Drugs has so many more options and products than Shopper's Drug Mart. The workers are really helpful.

I wasted so much time and I’m still stuck with a broken iPhone screen.

I made an appointment and called in advance to ask about an iPhone screen repair, as they’re listed on the Apple website. I was told the price for the service and that it would take 45 minutes to complete. I arrive at my appointment and was told they’ll send it to Apple for 7-10 days or I could pay double to replace my phone on the spot.absolutely nothing about a 45 minute screen repair. I refused both options and spoke to someone else who told me that they could attempt the service, but that they try not to get people’s hopes up as the diagnostic check post-screen replacement may lead to it being sent away anyway. I agree to that, as I apparently had a 50-50 chance of the diagnostic test being successful. 45 minutes later, I come to check on the phone and was told that the technician didn’t even have the required equipment to remove the broken screen.

All that was necessary was for them to be upfront over the phone. And at the end of the day, they either shouldn’t be listed as Apple technicians OR they need to acquire the right equipment/training.

Note: during this time I saw the same two options (7-10 days without a phone versus paying double for a new phone) given to someone else. As most people would, they refused. With no other options in Lethbridge, I’m sure we’ll bump into each other while wasting more of our weekend, settling for a non-Apple-certified screen replacement.
