She is a great ambassador for London Drugs.
If her manager is wondering how she dealt with the honey well fan exchange, she handled it like a boss!

Most efficient curbside pickup I’ve used since that became a thing.
I have young kids, so curbside pickup is a tool I use a lot. I appreciate that London Drugs makes their website very user friendly, easy to find products, accurate stock counts, etc.
Also one of the only places that checks ID before handing off the product, so there’s minimal chance of a mix up or theft.

And I appreciate the handwritten Christmas card from the manager, Brenda!

I feel awful and wanted to look better after a finishing my shift and flying from Toronto. Grabbed a few cosmetics and headed to the till in less then 5 mins - and forgot my card. I guess I wasn't the only one that thought I looked bad because.the till worker said it was fine to run and get it. Then I came back to people shaking their head at me. Not more then 2 minutes to get my card. No. Not homeless. But thanks London drugs

Locked doors 10 mins before closing time. I do understand that it’s nice for staff to be able to leave right on time but my item should have taken less than 5 mins to grab and check out. Saw 4 other groups walk up after me. Better off heading to the Southgate location if you’re cutting it close.

Worst customer service by so called one of the Managers at electronics department. I bought a toy car for my todder son and it worked for just two hours and stopped. So went to return it. The employee was polite and dealing nicely. Then the manager appeared and said its used so cannot be returned. (How do I know if its working or not without using). Their return policy also never said if it is used it cannot be returned. Further, he added that there are thousands of car manufactured and sold. Only this car has problem? When i started answering him he rudely said "I am not talking to you". Then he started attending another customer. The employee who was dealing with me asked the manager some question regarding my return. Then his answer was rude to the employee also. The employee and myself were waiting for the manager to finish his dealing with other customer so we can speak to him. But he didn't even turn to our side he walked away. Finally i could talk to the manager's boss and got return the toy.
This incidence is quite opposite to normal. Usually employee will be rude and Manager will try to solve the problem. Its surprising how did this person became manager when he dont have even basic courtesy.

The boy at the photo counter was incredibly sweet (and has good music taste). I would really love to see the people working in the photo lab receive more support.it was hectic and they could’ve used a hand, and the rest of the store was quiet.very happy with my interaction

I had absolutely the worst experience with photo lab. We clicked pictures around 3 we were told it will be ready in 20 mins so we checked at 3: 30 it wasn't ready then we checked again at 4 still not ready. I decided to get some work done meanwhile when I'm back they said they don't have pictures with them and made me wait again for 30 mins

A small error was made in my purchase of an open box tv. They went over and above to help fix it when they didn't have to. The customer service was done by actual employees; so refreshing.

My son took a picture there several days ago. Good price and good service, and most importantly is digital picture only charged 3 dollar. I will recommend any friends whom want to take a picture.

Computer centre: London Drugs: South Common.
Well, where to start? My Mac was dead, Apple no help, no promises from LD! I had 3 days before a trip abroad. (Pandemic /Shipment/microchip shortages worldwide!)
Not only did this amazing duo led by Joe, with the newly employed Jan, get the battery on day 3, but they rush installed it too! Knowledgeable pair with a personal touch, and if they don’t know the answer they’ll find it out. Joe figured out issues with my fancy new LED lights too! Jan I’m sure, is in good hands for training. Though I do seem to remember Jan said I bring “chaos! ”
Hard to find nowadays someone in a store so upfront! Awesome service from these two in the computer centre! They made my day, and went above and beyond what seems to be sadly standard these days! There is hope after all!

Don’t get me wrong, I love those rare sales you find on some items. But had the worst experience in electronics twice! The first time I went the staff in electronics was very rude to me and barely helped me regarding my Daughters laptop. So he tells me the diagnostic fee and what not and I said I’ll come back.
The second time I go back to electronics with a tad more money to pay the laptop fees, which is where we bought the laptop. The staff was a bit more nicer but basically told me I was better off erasing the data and recycling the laptop which is weird considering the issue was I couldn’t turn it on, thinking it was the cord or battery issue. Not to mention I had security following me and my Daughters for some reason. Regardless, went to a different private repair laptop store who charged me just over $30 and fixed the issue which was the cord. So, all in all, learnt my lesson and please support our locally owned businesses.

Way too long queues for getting your photo done. Was my first experience here which is not quite good. They need to hire more staff for photography department.

Came to the store to look for an item, noticed that the price is higher at a different store. Asked a staff member if they price match and said yes, we checked on my phone to see if it was in stock and available to order online from the other store and it was. Staff double checked with the store manager and right away the manager said no. The manager was quite rude and was very intimidating. She said that we have to call the closest store to make sure they have it in stock at that store, the staff tried to explain but the manager just cut them off. The staff apologized to me and was clearly intimidated by the rude manager. I went to customer service and they also agreed that what the manager said "sounds wrong" and they were also clearly intimidated by the manager as they started lowering their voice when we were speaking about it.

I read the Price match guarantee on the website and it clearly states:

"product must be identical to that sold by London Drugs (e.g. Model, brand, color, size, certification standards) and must be in-stock and available for immediate sale and delivery

product must be located in Canada and sold and shipped by a retailer or authorized dealer located in Canada"

No where did it state that we have to call the CLOSEST STORE.

Went here to get 2 rolls of film developed. Was given an estimate of 1-2 weeks for it to be printed. Now it has been over a MONTH and my film is still not developed. I call the photo centre and it turns out they "put it in the wrong bin" so it was never even shipped out! Now I have to wait another 1-2 weeks for my film. Very upset with this terrible service.

My friend went in to buy a cctv camera and some cosmetics for me, as I live in Barbados and she was coming to visit.

Sienna was working in cosmetics, was really helpful and she sent me some little perfume and cosmetic samples that are just perfect for island life. Huge shout out to Sienna from 6,500 km away!

It was my first time to come to London drug for passport photo of my ten months old baby,
i was very disappointed ;mr Curtis is rude, he yelled at me, no customer service at all and i am not sure if it is how he treats everybody because he did the same thing to the lady who took my baby's photo this is what happened:

1. I called in before coming to make sure i tell them that i have a baby and if there is something i need to do before bringing him, someone who picked my call told me that there is nothing to worry that they have bamboo chair to make my baby seat comfortably.

I arrived and a lady the i met in photolab tried to take pictures and she told me to come back because my baby’s, s mouth wasnt closed and it is a requirement she gave me an option to give something to eat so that my baby can close his mouth in the middle of trying all my best to get the photo Curtis P.came and yelled at me to remove car seat because it is a hazard, he did'nt tell me where to put it because i thought it was at the right place near me close to the chair where the lady was taking pictures.

I removed the car seat and put it to another side mr Curtis came back yelling at us asking if we are still taking pictures, my husband approached him and told him that it is inappropriate to yell on customers especially that the customer in this case is a minor who need full help.i could see that the lady who was taking pictures was frustrated, there is another lady who came when he was yelling at me i could see that other employees were treated same way and we decided to pay and go to another place.

This was my primary and nearest location to use for photo and i love London on drug but i am not coming back anymore

Very bad experience. I went with my kid yesterday to get his picture clicked for passport and Jesh was very rude. I know kids take too long to give the correct picture as per the requirement, but I felt like it was unnecessary as there was no one else waiting for getting pictures clicked. Jesh was very rude and asked to wrap it up in 5 minutes.

There are many london drugs locations in the city, choose a different one. Curtis in the photolab/electronics needs to take another lesson on customer service. He has a terrible attitude and is rude not only to customers but I witnessed him talking down to other employees as well. This was my primary location to use for photo developing but not anymore.

Great quality prints at the PhotoLab and excellent staff! I ordered a few glossy prints as well as a canvas on a Sunday, and on Monday I had a voicemail from Donna confirming my order. I'm so thankful she called because I accidentally ordered a canvas print instead of a canvas wrap! Oops. I called back and was easily able to revised my order with Priscilla. I picked everything up the following week and I couldn't be happier with how it turned out!

Photo lab service is trash. I've been developing my films with them and was always informed that it takes 3 weeks max for them to get it done all well until this time it was almost 6 weeks now, still haven't heard from them. Tried phoning them 3x but they always put me on hold until the call drops.

More than a pharmacy. Aisles clear, shelves stocked and some lovely displays. Great tech section. Some pretty good, overall weekly sales also. Store tidy with Covid restrictions/supplies performed.

Horrible customer service! Spend 25 minutes on hold for the pharmacy to be disconnected, called back to be told, we’re just busy. I’m sorry but answering the phone is part of the service!

No one answers the phone. You might as well drive there, and get answers from anyone you can grab.

We came here for a large wedding print costing around $300. If you have a large print file size greater than 30mbs, bring the usb with file into the store and use their computers. Online system at home doesn't allow you upload a file greater than 30mbs.

We had specific instructions to keep the aspect ratio and we only found out the mistake at our framing store. Make sure you inspect EVERY DETAIL of your print before you leave. They were kind enough to print another one for free.

Two stars for the photo lab. Hope the rest of the store make up for the other three.

Went to this location for their photo lab for the first time with my husband. We had wanted 2 16x20 photos done and had submitted them through our USB. We didn't get emails or texts to say when it was ready other then the time on the screen. The next day we came in and the employee told us their system crashed and all their data had been lost. Thinking it was just a sheer chance it happened we decided to try it again and waited another day to go back again got no text or emails to confirm it was ready so I show up after work. A guy named deep I believe was very helpful and said the photo lab should have printed it and tried to help. He said his manager Donna would be back in 30 mins after her lunch I came back an hour later and she was still not there. There is a lack of communication in that department and would not recommend this photo lab!

Photo centre- Feb 27,2021 between 6: 30 pm - 7 pm. We came for taking our new born passport photo and the executive refused to take the picture. He told us that the photo taken for a 5 month older are final sale no guarantee for this pictures. I told him please check your advertisement which says Guaranteed photos for all. He said to us it is just an advertisement no value for that. It is a final sale. Also, he directed us to other photo studios which can do photo for 5 month olds. Then I argued with him he said I can take the picture for the baby but I will not promise anything. The same place took picture for my other daughter when she was 3 months old with guarantee and I don’t know what happened now.may be the new team. Unbelievable!

I threw all my makeup away the other day, and I needed a whole new stash and I was helped by a girl named Ritu in the cosmetics area. She completely took her time with me and even though I felt like I was bugging her, she reassured me that I wasn't. Super impressed with her patience and her kindness. Really recommend her if you need someone who is calm and patient. Thanks.

I can always count on London Drugs to stock special electronic items not found in BestBuy or Source. Staff at the South Common and London Centre are always friendly and helpful. They will even try to look into ordering hard to find items for you if not in stock.

Does London drugs believe in customer satisfaction or just want to pull out more money from customer?
Because I buy Chromebook and after two days chrombook stop working and they told me that it is not covered under warranty

Thanks for helping me out and if you talk with right person there is definitely a good chance sorting out your issue.
I have to change my rating to 5 star because they make me happy.

Don’t use this photo centre. The first time I went, they printed my photos the wrong size. I didn’t realize until I got home. I let them know, and they offered to reprint. When I went to pick up the new version, they tried to charge me a second time. It took forever to make them understand that I was not lying twice for their mistake.
The second time, I went to have photos scanned. The first clerk checked and confirmed the price with another associate. I stood for 25 minutes while she scanned. Then another clerk took her place, said the price was double what she confirmed? I’ve been here 25 minutes and now the price is double? No apology, no offer to match the original agreed upon price. Left with nothing.
Other photo centres are great- this one is 0/2 with me.

I needed to buy a perfume for my husband. I met Soraya at the cosmetics desk. She was so kind, explored variety of perfumes with me. She provided the best costumer service ever. She added a small gift to my purchase. I do not meet angels like her everyday. Thank you Soraya. I hope she is selected as employee of the month at least.

Re Edmonton South Common store

My aunt died last year at 91. She was the family photographer, so had a large collection of pics. It is a large family, and i thought it would be great to get the pics digitalized so i can share with everyone. I dropped off a very full box end of April - told it typically takes 5 days. Heard nothing for almost 2 months, until a voice message re there were more than the 800 allowed per box. Call back w further directions. No phone number was left. I called the 1-800 number and after a seven minute wait, thought best just to go to South Common Edmonton store and find out what was going on.

Went to photo counter, was told the # exceeded, but they completed the work and another $213 was owing. This was fine, and would have been my direction. Paid and took 2 boxes home. Got a call later in the day they gave me another customer's box, could i bring it back? Preferably asap.

I had not looked at the boxes or flash drives when i got home earlier, and sure thing, I had someone else's box. I looked at my flash drive and i had someone else's pics on it, in among my pics. I took a quick peek in the box - and found pics that didnt belong to me, of people i don't recognize. They suggested i look at all pics and pull out what i felt were not mine. So i stood at the counter and looked at every pic - pulling out maybe 10-15 i didnt recognize. While i was doing this, the gals working there counted the pics. They counted 1885.

Overall - i was charged for 1747. I have 1747 on my flash drive, but they got to 1885. This is 138 more pics than on the flash drive, or i had been charged for. They stated they can't scan Poloroids, or one old pic had several more stuck to it. Fair enough -but that doesn't equal 138. They offered to re-scan, and i refused as now i don't trust them with the pictures. I told them i wanted to take them home and think about it. They called to say that the pics that i left behind didn't belong to the other guy - who's box i had. (if they even showed them to him)

So now i have paid over $400. I can't think of any other way to check what i have than sit and compare picture to flash drive image to figure out what is missing. Over 1700 pictures.

I guess i have to re-count my own pics, to see if i get to 1885.

Did i even get all my own pics back?

Overall - very disappointing experience. Don't leave your pictures with them

I went today April 27 at London drug store at South Edmonton Commons and the customer service by Dina was excellent.
Thank you so much Dina, she took the time to fi d the product that I was looking for.

NOT FOLLOWING COVID-19 POLICIES AT ALL.
When I went to this store to buy essential items such as toiletries and a few groceries I noticed there was no one to count people at the door, no masks worn by staff, and no social distancing between customers. This store is a huge risk especially to immunocompromised people. I do not recommend shopping at this location during this global pandemic.

Sat on hold for 20 minutes and called back 4 times outside the store after recieving an email that my pick up was ready and that because of covid19 they could bring my order outside. No one answered so I had to unpack my kid, put on a mask and hunt someone down in the store to send someone to the customer service desk to grab my order for me.

Came back a week later for another curb side pick up and AGAIN no one answered the phone.

I was visiting from out of town and had 86 photos scanned. Customer service was awesome! They were done within a day! I checked the photos briefly before I left but when I got home to Calgary, I noticed that every photo had a line running through it. Photolab service was terrible. Lucky I was able to "fix" most of them but where is the quality control?

Very disappointed with the customer service received today. My friend had bought magnetic lashes and a hair curler yesterday night and today we went to return them. Her reason for returning was that one magnet on the lashes fell off before she was able to wear them, and as for the curler, it just didn’t work for her as the barrels were too small for her hair. When we came to the store, the customer service desk employee directed us to the beauty counter to do the return which was no problem.when we got to the beauty section, the two staff members couldn’t be bothered to help us as if we interrupted their chat.the first thing they said was “customer service can help you with that” (very snarky) and after we told them that CS actually sent us to them they treated us horribly. The whole time they were literally interrogating us, asking so many unnecessary questions in the most miserable tone
