Had a great experience getting the screen of my iPhone 11 fixed within 3 hours. Kenneth was very helpful with the paperwork, and quite entertaining too. He was polite dealing with me and the other customers I saw. He even called the back to check if my screen was in-stock to see if same-day repair would be possible since I have a flight scheduled to Nova Scotia tomorrow morning (the day after this repair took place).

I went in to get my phone screen fixed, and within 3 hours I had my phone back with a handful of laughs as a bonus thanks to Kenneth. Couldn’t have asked for better service. The ports cleaning option was a great cheap additional service as well, my phones speaker and charging ports look nearly brand new!

Went in for passport photos and Ray was very friendly and helpful. Easy and quick passport photos.

Ray from the photo lab is absolutely incredible. I am completely new to film photography, and Ray has taught me so much and has given me some really helpful tips. He is very kind and full of knowledge! I would definitely recommend to anyone needing help with anything photo related:)

This London Drug had been around for a long time. I used to go here regularly when I lived in the area.

The store remains clean and well-stocked. I love the variety of products that they carry, which I cannot find elsewhere. This is true for chips, candy, beauty, and toys.

Their seasonal selection is also different from other stores, so it's worth coming in to see what cool stuff London Drugs carry.

On May 31st I purchased a camera at LD Brentwood, and a gentleman named Kenneth helped me. He was humorous and personable, professional and courteous, and made the process pleasant. He was very helpful - he went out of his way to think of every detail such as necessary accessories, and a neck strap for my camera so I won't drop this one:) - he went above and beyond to make my experience there both successful and enjoyable. Thank you so much.

Welcomed by Bonnie at the computer department, I was introduced to Andrew the computer tech, who willingly resolved the wiring issue with my Chromebook laptop. Excellent csr.

As you can see from the photos I'm posting here, I am a big fan of the photo developing department, which I have used to develop a lot of my mountaineering photos and to make mugs for friends with inside jokes on them that few others will understand. They also develop good old fashioned film!

Kenneth Locke in the Computer Department has utmost expertise with respect to computer-audio/visual interface hardware as it applies to performing arts, as well as any other profession/discipline that may require such technology. I'd highly recommend requesting him for any technological needs. Thanks for your help, the Logitech is working phenomenally.

The pharmacist treated my husband like garbage. We asked about a product and the pharmacist was outstandingly unhelpful and rude. He treaded us like we were less that the dirt under his shoe. It's actually kind of impressive, neither of us had been treated so poorly in a long time.

The tech department is great. There is rarely a lineup and the salespeople are both knowledgeable and kind. I made an appointment through Apple because my computer was not charging. The salesperson ran a quick diagnostic with and without the charger brick, while I was watching. I purchased new cord and brick and was finished in half an hour, without having to leave my computer or pay the tech fee. London Drugs is my preferred shop for tech equipment and servicing.

Had and amazing experience when I came in to buy a few products they had everything I was looking for and more, there was a employee named Evan who helped me find everything I needed and was very knowledgeable. 9.7/10 will be my new London drugs.

So they had a freezer on sale in the flyer, the link was bad, finally got that figured out after numerous messages, chats and emails. Ordered it, $266 to ship, almost as much as the "hot price". OK, so no free shipping over $75, I get that, big item, but now you're on par with every other retailer for price.
BUT. I could pick it up, nope, not one in stock in any store in Western Canada, so you HAVE to order it for delivery, so much for the hot price. There's zero savings.

Endlessly on hold, I'm on hold so long that it automatically recalls them and they then pick it up and tell me told hold again. This has happened 5 time so far and im still on hold right now, who know how many more times this will happen. Get more staff or close your doors.

Its a good store with great location, but the staff definitely sucks except 1 or 2 people. Specially the pharmacy is not very well run atleast from our experience. We had a very bad experience with an asian looking pharmacist there, dont remember her name unfortunately. Did not have any answers to our questions, half the time pretended to not be able to understand us and acted very inconvenienced and abrasive. Very unimpressed. Have been visiting this location for years and shocked at this downfall of the pharmacy here.

Place was clean and organized and not too busy.

I shop here and I shop here a lot, most of my experiences have been normal.

Today I had a unique experience where two employees one female and one "obese" with an abundance of pet hair were pacing up and down the isle trailing me, it's extremely disrespectful and borderline profiling.

Its the first for me to experience this ever and at this store, I hope better training is provide to the staff, losing frequent and returning customers is a dumb business strategy, unless you want a "specific type" of customers.

Excellent place for passport photos! My 5 month old son needed a passport photo and Kenneth L in the photo lab was absolutely excellent. He was so patient and would not quit to get the perfect photo. Trying to get a photo of a baby is not an easy task by any means but Kenneth made the whole experience fun. He is very kind, funny and warm hearted and a delight to deal with especially given the times we are in. I hope he receives some kind of recognition for his hard work and is highly valued as he should be. He was also excellent at multitasking as the photo lab became busy and was able to ensure everyone felt welcome while he called for help on his radio. Can’t say enough how appreciative I am of meeting Kenneth! An absolute gem and a vital asset to your company!

Needed a disposal camera, this is one of the only places you can find one. I know most people have their phone to take pictures however when you have a child that you haven't gotten a phone as you feel they aren't old enough yet but they want to be able to take pictures for a field trip, birthday party which you are not attending.

Such excellent customer service!

Love this store! They have a great variety of items from food, cosmetics, electronics etc. The staff are very friendly and prices are great. Good return policies so I always feel safe and confident when shopping here. They also offer online shopping and curbside!

I had the most pleasant shopping experience today! I think his name was Mark- fantastic service and conversationalist. Went above and beyond to help me load a kitchen island cabinet/cart) into my car. He didn't even grab a jacket to brave the cold. Opened the box and everything for me so I could see the product. Every associate was fantastic. Highly recommend this store for your needs.

Was very disappointed with the lack of knowledge in the electronics department, with regards to their cell phone promotion. Since I had done this before (last year) I knew the process but they were telling me I had to purchase the phone at full price. I ended up going to another location, where there were no issues and the staff in this department were very helpful and knowledgable.

After being on hold with customer service for 30 minutes I decided to go directly to the store to find out what was happening with my photo shop order. I remained on the phone while making my way to the store and getting in the queue (I was the only one in the queue) for the photo lab. Two London Drugs employees were standing next to the service desk. Neither one of them acknowledged my presence with a “I’ll be with you in a minute” or a smile, they completely ignored me. In the mean while, after an hour on hold, my call was finally answered. I walked away from the queue as I spoke with the customer service rep who advised me to go back to the queue as she was calling a manager from this store to help me. The manager was not there yet when I arrived back at the photo lab, but a woman was at the desk. (She was one of the people who ignored me earlier). I proceeded to explain my reason for being there and offered her my order number. In an incredibly rude tone of voice she responded with “Ya, that’s what we usually being with”. Her tone, her posture & her attitude were very unpleasant, and I was made to feel that my being there was very inconvenient for her. At this time, the manager arrived and was able to solve my problem. The woman’s entire demeanor changed upon his arrival. In the end, my problem was solved, but I am utterly disgusted with the poor service I received from this woman. Both the manager and the customer service lady I spoke with on the phone were very polite and helpful and I appreciate everything they did for me.

Electronic section. Went to get my phone fixed (cracked front screen). Gentleman didn’t even look at my screen he went to the back of my phone. Claimed it was cracked and I’d need to replace my whole phone. Later that day I went to Apple and multiple associates told me that it’s not a crack. I got my phone fixed for $40 instead of the $150 he told me I needed to replace the whole phone. Also told me anywhere I go will say the same thing. But they didn’t. Don’t trust London drugs to fix your phone, they’ll will just try and take all the money they can from you

Recently I have been to the store twice to buy some groceries, coffee and small appliances. There is a great selection of items. The staff are friendly and helpful. They have a great computer department where I have had many repairs done over the years.

The photo lab is absolute trash. First time I went to get film developed, they lost it and made me come back the next day. The next time I tried to get film developed, what would normally be an hours wait for a digital copy turned into 1 day, and then 3 days. Finally, I received a phone call and the lady told me the lab messed up and destroyed the film. The level of disrespect and the unprofessional manner in which the photo lab handled everything can guarantee I'm never coming back. I lost 25 photos of memories that were destroyed for no reason.

Thank you Tony (audio/video) and the store manager for dealing with my returns and listening to my concerns about another location on how the audio/video manager at the sage hill location interact with me today. You made my day better from worst. Thank you for the respect and understanding.you guys are professional and you valued me as a customer.

Just wanted to share my positive experience at the cosmetics department at London Drugs. Many of my friends use the Clarins cosmetic line and I decided I wanted to give the brand a shot as well. Upon entering the cosmetics area, I found that there was an overwhelming selection of product that the line offered. The cosmetician by the name of Madison came over and assisted me in selecting the perfect cleanser for my face. She was very friendly and knowledgeable in the brand and chose something that would best suit my skin type. Additionally, she offered me samples of other products from the line that I could try in addition to the cleanser I purchased. I will definitely be coming back to shop in this cosmetic section as the service I was offered was phenomenal! Keep it up!

Unbelievable rudeness and incompetence from staff at this location's PhotoLab. Gave out wrong information regarding printing and costs and then seemed uninterested in helping to print additional photo prints. London Drugs has always been our go to location for printing and after today's visit, I will take business elsewhere and recommend others do the same.

I also see from other reviews of this location that other customers have had issues with this photo lab. To those reading this: learn from these reviews and choose a different service provider.

Had to start from zero with my small appliances when I moved here. (vacuum, mini fridge, coffee maker, toaster oven, tea kettle.) Was able to equip my kitchen with the basics for excellent prices. The espresso machine I bought there (Breville Cafe Roma) is still going strong after 15 years! I wore out the frothing spout after about 10 years but it still makes excellent espresso. And the ice cream making attachment for my Kitchenaid mixer is a big hit. Great staff, and the sales keep me coming back.

Name of Manager at this location (Brentwood) ? It was an older lady, and she seemed very sweet to customers. Just moved to Calgary and this is a welcoming environment and will be sure to make this my neighbourhood stop.

I love the store and shop there often. The problem is the pharmacy. Jason was the Pharmacy Manager a while ago. Unfortunately he left to follow a new career. I was shocked when he left. No one, absolute no one has been able to take his place, because of his knowledge and kindness. Don't go to Eugene, the manager who has supposedly taken his place. This guy is absolutely INCOMPETENT - a disgrace. He suggested an over the counter medicine to me a couple of months ago, and my GP said " Hell no! ", it can damage your liver! Stupid me, I went back to him because I have an infection in my hand. He prescribed an antibiotic that had steroids, something I didn't know, which made things terribly worse, adding a yeast infection. My doctor couldn't believe that an antibiotic was prescribed to me with a steroid. He was shocked! So now I have to deal with an infection and WITH A YEAST INFECTION as well. Never ever go to him and request his advise. He is absolutely incompetent. He is only good to fill prescriptions by other doctors - hopefully! Even though his intentions may be good. I don't believe his intentions are bad. But he is truly incompetent. He should definitely not be a pharmacy manager.
