If you are looking to price match go to any other london drugs and it’s usually automatic this one must be going bankrupt due to poor management and they are crunching down on saving.
Christopher the supervisor decides to go on a power trip on how they can’t price match, i asked him how my product did not fall within the terms and pulled up the terms for him to show me where and he just said it doesn’t, and for the old hag at customer service, she’ll never be worth more than 18$ an hour with her miniature sized brain. She must be on the spectrum took my all to not rip into her.

Terrible place.many people working but no one helping anybody.everybody is waiting forever.

I had a very positive experience here doing some gift shopping. Very polite and helpful staff.

Steven in the technology section is very knowledgeable and passionate about his work. He'll go far in life, and London Drugs is lucky to have him.

After spending time at one of their bigger competitors and not getting any help. I was feeling like I would have to just buy something online and hope for best.

The London Drugs team were extremely helpful in helping me choose the right camera. They gave me all the time in the world to make the right choice. Highly recommend visiting them for your camera needs.

London drugs is always a fun store to browse through as they have a large variety of items, a pharmacy and photo lab. I always had efficient service at this pharmacy, just switched to one that’s closer to home. My only wish was that they would put in self checkouts because you can be waiting in line for a while with one item in your hand.

Liam in Electronics was so great! He showed us several sound systems and let us try our own music on them. He couldn’t have been more helpful.

Been going here for years. Buy all my electronics and consoles from here. They price match everything!

I ordered a couple of calendars for Christmas. There was a small hiccup with my order, but Ella in the photo department handled it quickly and professionally. The whole issue was resolved with a matter of a few hours. Was very happy with her and how the entire matter was handled.

London Drugs at this location is my "go to" drug store over other drug stores in the area.
The staff are friendly and have always been helpful if I need assistance in locating a product.
Nine out of ten times they always have in stock what it is I am looking for, and for those reasons I will continue to shop London Drugs Jasper Gates.

Stopped in here to pick up some baby formula. It was neat and tidy. No dust on the shelves, they have a lot of choice for baby formula. They had the one I was looking for like the online app said they did which is nice.

One of my favorite locations, they're quick and friendly. Usually stocked up has everything you need. Also very organized and clean.

The cashier Patricia was so happy and gave me the best customer service! Nothing better than having a cashier who cares about their job!

I have used this pharmacy loyally for almost 10 years now. I have continually added new prescriptions with an original on file no issues. Today I was informed that having a new prescription added voids the older one according to their policy. It's ludacris that they would do this and not inform a person ahead of time. Or filled the remainder on the old one before adding the new one. Or just simply tell me to hang on to my new prescription until I am done with the old one. Pretty simple right? Nope they just deleted it. For a person who works full time and a family Dr.that requires a visit during said work hours to renew prescriptions. It means lost time and money for me, thanks to London Drugs. I have put up with ridiculously long wait times, them trying to slip regular instead of genetic medications that I always get at extremely inflated costs. Continual high turnover of staff. Now this? It's sad a decade of business doesn't even grant you the simple courtesy of information. I'm no longer willing to take my business here, I've had enough. I don't recommend anyone else starting.

Sandy, in Cosmetics, is particularly efficient and genuinely interested in one's needs. I was looking for a product the store was out of. Sandy used her computer to find the items I wanted, in their store in Courtney, BC. She brought them in for me at no extra charge. She brightened my day!

Great customer service but the workers/cashier's are terrible. They take their time and they work slowly.

I always enjoy shopping at LD in particular the folks in electronics are very approachable and helpful more 4.5 service then a 4 I believe.

After phoning them to confirm something, I was told it couldn’t be done once I arrived. I had to speak to a department manager.

One thing I did notice was they were over staffed with workers wondering around not helping customers, myself included. Unfortunately I’m not impressed with them at all.

Staff was helpful as I, entered the store and directed me to exactly to the item I was there to purchase and paid for all within 5 minutes, imagine that.

I find you can buy a lot of kitchen appliances one of the smaller ones for example like little grills coffee makers printers things of that sort and they're relatively reasonably priced.
TV I purchased 65 inch 500.

Horrible customer service, tried to get a price match from a in stock item that was cheaper from the source and was told that they wouldn't price match. When I asked why they said that they can refuse to price match. There policy should state that "we price match but only if we feel like it"

I’ve never had a problem at any London drugs and this store is no exception, kind knowledgeable staff and great stock!

I would give zero stars if possible, I went in with my mom and we looked around, staff were extremely rude and standoffish, given dirty looks by a bald gentleman in the grocery aisle, the young guy working in the electronics clearly just wandering around and chatting with his buddy at the camera desk and the woman at the cosmetic desk, all for the fact that I had a bottle of Tide laundry soap in my hand.and *shock* I paid for it! I was very agitated by the time I left, and then to add insult to injury the bottle of Laundry soap wasn’t even marked down properly at the till, it clearly stated $3.99 on a manager’s special and then rang up $5.99. I definitely will NOT shop here ever again! The only person who was friendly and helpful was the loss prevention ambassador who greeted me at the door.

Recently picked up a Blu Ray player from this location and the service wasn’t very good. There were no cashiers available and no one even acknowledged a few other customers and I who were waiting. Thankfully once we were helped the staff were friendly but to not even notice customers in your store is not good.

The store was tidy with clean, unobstructed aisles, well stocked and labelled shelves/items and prices on all. Love the variety of items offered as well as some decent sales. Cashier wore smiles, spoke in a pleasant voice and was efficient in processing payment. A warm thank you was given for our business prior to our exit. Overall, a very nice "browsing" shopping trip where I bought more than planned due to good sale prices of other required household items. LOL!

Very upset at shopping here during covid19. No staff wearing masks or gloves. Aisles very narrow and no directional arrows. Many seniors shop here. Also lots of people in store while shopping. Complained to a clerk and they said upper management has been informed!

During this critical time they have set up a system where everyone gets a chance to purchase one essential item per visit based on availability (alcohol, hand sanitizer, Lysol wipes, gloves etc). Thank you and keep doing what you’re doing.

Called earlier this morning for the cosmetic side to look for line of brand for me and she was very rude on the phone and told me to “watch my tone and to watch myself. ” Didn’t appreciate her rude tone, and I’ve been helped by her in person before and she ALWAYS has a rude attitude and always glares made me not want to come in and buy the item I wanted as I went to wem location who were WAY more nicer and helpful.

Did not have what I needed and were not very accomodating when I asked. Cashier was very sweet and helpful, but the woman from the customer service desk who cut in on the conversation, was not. Otherwise, store is very clean and organized.

I had a very unpleasant experience at this London drugs location. I purchased a cushion from this drug store, It did not meet my specification, I didn't use the cushion for a day, and decided to return it within 3 weeks of purchase. Their return policy states that you can return an item within 30 days for a full refund. The so called manager by the name of Kelsie H.was on duty when I returned the item, she only gave me a store credit of 50% of what I paid for the item. She refused to give me a full refund. She was very rude and unprofessional. I will not be doing business with this London drugs in the near future. I'm a Manager myself and you have to take care of your customers. She's definitely not qualified to run a business. I advise you not to do business with this London drugs, because they'll find a way to rip you off. Be warned.

Great customer service but the workers/cashier's are very bad. They take their time and consideration very slowly.

Came in for passport photos and got taken care of very quickly by the staff there. Done some other shopping there before as well, it's always clean and easy to find what I need!
