I went looking for a printer, since I know this location usually has a good selection and there's usually a sale. Unlike the other two stores I visited earlier that day, I was greeted pretty quickly and Greg C.offered some help. I found him knowledgeable and he offered some practical advice on which printer was best for what I needed. Would definitely go back, great customer service, thank you!

‘Carlo’ from photo centre is amazing. I went there to get passport photos done for my nephew who is a toddler and full of energy and did wan’t to sit still. But, Carlo was very calm and patient with him while taking his photos. He had not just spent good amount of time to get it right but also he was very cooperative with extra requests we had like sending it to our email. Thank you for your help, Carlo.

I went in to get my passport pics taken a couple days ago. Pics turned out terrible and not a good quality. There was a line at the area and I feel that the area set up for pics can be more private. It was in an opened area where other customers were starring at you thus making me very uncomfortable.

Laura, Justine, Jakob, Talmu training Jakob or helping Jakob at the cash register on September 11th. I found these employees of London drugs in Sherwood park very professional, helpful, kind, knowledgeable and walking extra miles to provide the best service. If I spelt Laura's name who helped me to choose my dehydrator for herbs, my apologies. I highly recommend this store to the interested customers who require excellent customer service.

I phoned today to activate my 2 year warranty for the Chefman Dehydrator purchased from London Drugs in Sherwood park. My call was answered by a well trained and professional young lady by the name Ronni in BC. I found her with excellent listening and communication skills. She is definitely a woman of integrity. She transferred my call to the warranty department to a young lady by the name Mansirat who has excellent listening skills. She provided me with my extended 2 year warranty followed by sending the completed information via email. I found Mansirat is very knowledgeable, well aware of warranty rules and the process how it works. Both employees of London Drugs are very knowledgeable and well trained with high level of integrity. London Drugs treat their customers including me not as numbers but as people who deserve respect and help. I am proud to be your customer since early 2000.

I bought a smart watch from London drugs Sherwood park location I wanted them to set it up for me and told me it would cost extra $60.00 to set the watch up

Had two of our DSLRs cleaned in the lab here (wet sensor clean for oil spots). Quick, efficient service at a very reasonable price (less expensive and faster turnaround than some of the other major players in Edmonton). Just make sure the clerk takes all the information for the work order to help avoid confusion or delay (serial # of camera and battery).

This London Drugs is bright and clean and has lots of parking outside. The staff are cheerful and helpful. This is a great London Drugs!

Lisa who works in the photo department in the Sherwood Park store is simply amazing!
She is helpful, professional, kind, patient and informative. She has gone above and beyond in customer service. The photo products I have had them make and the computer program for the photo books are the best I have used. Thank you Lisa, people like you make a difference in this world.

I only give 5 stars when a business goes above and beyond the expected service. Today the two very polite gentlemen in the electronics department gave me some great tips and one of them fixed my Apple phone for free. Obviously, an officer and a gentleman!

The customer service in the electronics department is poor. It takes forever to receive help from staff, even you try to get their attention. Once it took over 15 minutes. One staff member in particular that puts me off wanting to use this London Drugs store for electronics is Dalton H. The last two times I have tried to buy from this store, he has actively complained about the product I wanted to buy and tried to sell me something else without giving me a choice. This last time, he didn't even consider getting me the product I asked for and instead went to get a different product without asking me. It was only because the item was out of stock that he gave me a choice. I would not use this store again for electronics.

Just for the electronics. Terrible attitude from everyone elcuding the manager. Sent me to the till by pointing and then nobody came to the till. I had to ask one of them.like what.

I put in an order on line couple of days ago for a chromebook as I really didn't want to go inside with all the covid #. I waited for about 3 hours and tried calling the store few times to check on my order. I waited on hold for over 15 min first time for someone's at customer service to answer then she put me on hold again and I waited another 10 min for computer electronics guy to answer. I asked him if he can check on my order and when I would be able to come in and pick it up. He said yeah we have your order come on in and I will have it ready. First of all why would I have to come in and second when I came in he didn't have it ready for a pick up. I had to find him as he wasn't at the computer section. He asked me for my name and what I ordered I told him he went into back.room grabbed a chromebook and went somewhere. Then he came back asked me another question and went back to the back room. At this point I was super annoyed. He knew I was coming to get it why wasn't this done. He Finally finished gave me the box and saw that the box was opened. I asked why is the box opened. He said oh this chromebook was returned. I said I don't want this one I want a brand new one. Usually opened return boxes are at discount price. At this point i was so ready to looze it. I made him.go back to the room and get me.one that wasnt open. That night they were way under staffed l. Nobady to help on the floor. One cashier. Customer desk phone was ringing of the hook Nobady there cashier was running from the till yo customer desk. I said oh wow short staff tonight she was like yeah buzy night.

After being frustrated endlessly (and arguably mistreated) at a national-level electronics chain, I brought my laptop with a failed hard drive to London Drugs in Sherwood Park. Upon my arrival, Stanley greeted me warmly and promptly began the assessment process on my computer. Even though I did not ask Stanley for updates as to his progress, he very quickly provided me with one which gave me the confidence I needed to allow him the time he required to solve my computer problems. Stanley then proceeded to fully accomplish in only four days what the national-level competitor could not achieve in almost 3 weeks - he retrieved my data and then suggested and completed the re-installation of a new hard drive, installed an operating system and made suggestions regarding virus software. Stanley's performance was truly extraordinary not only because he was swift and highly professional but because he demonstrated a level of caring and consideration that is very rare to find in a retail environment - to be clear, Stanley went above and beyond the expected norm and by doing so delivered a truly superlative customer experience. I'm not sure if his performance is a result of the training he received from London Drugs or just his personality and brilliant technical skills on full display but I am very thankful for the work he did on my computer (the other outfit wanted more time and an extra $1,600 with no guarantee of success whatsoever, Stanley did much more work than them, he did the work much faster than them and he did it for a small fraction of what they were demanding). Let there be no doubt, Stanley (and his departmental colleagues) deserve a GOLD MEDAL for the impressively quick, professional and comprehensive services that were provided to me. Thank-you again Stanley for the work you did for me, I will bring my other machines to you if/when they require services and encourage the people in my circle of influence to do so as well.

I called to see if they had a screen protector for a huawei p20 pro. The guy said they had one and put it on reserve for me. When I went to the store I said I'm the guy who called for a huawei p20 pro and he gave me it. I bought the case without looking too hard at the product, assuming he did in fact get me one for the P20 pro.

I definitely should have checked if it was for the pro and not the regular model, but still he got me the wrong one and it doesn't fit my phone

Do not take your Apple products here. I was looking to get my screen fixed two days ago. I was having trouble with booking an appointment online, I was able to login to the store locator service on Apple but was not able to book an appointment. I went to the store and demonstrated the issue I was having. There was no tech in that day and I was assured that if I showed up at 1: 30PM the next day the tech would be in and able to fix my phone. I got there at 1: 45PM and the gentlemen I spoke with the day before was not in. Instead I spoke with an obtuse and condescending staff member towards the issue I was having. They stated that there was no availability that the soonest I could get in was tomorrow. How was I supposed to trust this as I was told the same thing yesterday? After I expressed my frustration he said that I could get in today but it could take 5-6hrs. Yeah, no. I took it to the Apple Store in South Gate and had everything done in 2hrs. I would avoid coming here, poor customer service.

Amazingly Thorough Service! This week, I had a travel vax consult at the London Drugs Sherwood Park Store Pharmacy. The service was absolutely stellar in all respects. I've traveled extensively as well as lived abroad in developing countries and never before have I had such a thorough assessment of risks and options so I could make an informed decision on vaccinations. There was no sales pressure or fear mongering The decision to vax or not was mine. A five star rating all the way.

The customer service is the worst. Need help, good luck. It's too much trouble for the staff to be bothered. Basically an over priced dollar store.

I brought a prescription for a compound to them Thursday evening and asked when they would have it ready. They said Saturday and when I prepared to leave offered Friday afternoon. After getting my info the time changed to Friday evening. I pointed out that it was supposed to be Friday afternoon and Friday morning would be better. I called on Friday at 12: 30 pm and was told the best they could do was 5 pm. Guess I'll go get the prescription and take it somewhere else. Probably will take longer but I'd rather not deal with them.

I was in the store on Saturday, January 5th to buy some cosmetics. I was helped by Marie in the cosmetics department, who was the sweetest. She also went above and beyond, when she came racing out of the store after me, because she forgot to give me a free product. Made my day. This lady is amazing.
