Sales person Robert H. In electronics helped me buy HomePod Mini. He is very helpful and I am satisfied with my purchase. These guys are good to buy from and very knowledgeable. He went out of his way to show me how HomePod works and features included! 5 ️

Bought Plan B from the pharmacy. I get home to take it, there’s no plan B in the package, only the warning / instruction pamflet.
Clearly they either have low security or they just enjoy ripping off people.
Doubt I can return or exchange the pack.
Gonna go try tomorrow cause they’re closed. Ill update. Using this as proof.

Not recommended for passport photos. Or any documentation photos. Photos were rejected. Measurements were off and visible reflection in photos as told.

Friendly staff but requires more training.

I don't recommend this London Drug store's photo studio for passport-size or visa-size photos. The guy took only one shot; my head was tilted to the right, and the lighting was not enough either. I requested him to take another picture to make it better, but he wasn't ready. He was showing attitude and felt his camera reel would be finished, although it was digital. Please don't go for any photos here.

The tech merchandise manager here was extremely rude and ignorant. He didn’t want to do his job. Didnt want to help, nothing. I would recommend any other store over this one.

Tries to get my son's passport photos done and they didn't get a single usable shot and the person doing them seemed unsure if they were acceptable.

Been coming to this location for years, I was really put off by the man working at the customer service desk today. He was extremely intense and rude to the two ladies behind me who were just trying to purchase baby formula, along with myself who was trying to purchase a bus pass. He was really trying to fight these two ladies about it and it was extremely uncomfortable to be around.
He was treating us paying customers like we were criminals or up to no good when we were just trying to purchase goods and services. As I’m visibly indigenous, drug stores can be hostile environments and it was just overall an uncomfortable shopping experience. Please do better, I normally like this location.

Today's visit to print photos was excellent at the London Drugs in Unity Square where parking is now limited to 2 hrs with strict enforcement. As well, the London Drugs reward program can only be accessed with an app which I do not support. It was so much easier before insisting on signing in to the website as rewards would come directly to an email box which I preferred!

Rory and Duane were most helpful with processing of photos and I genuinely appreciated their kindness and attention to my needs. Bravo!

The London Drugs store at Unity Square was visited for purchase of a battery charger and batteries for handset of phone. Staff most cordial and helpful in meeting my needs. The store is well stocked and clean and the drug store is excellent too. The range of household wares and foods is extensive with good prices with one drawback that you have to buy in twos to get discounted prices.

Expensive, needs a bit more organising I mean I found rubbing alcohol in the middle of the store and in the pharmacy makes no sense, and the old guy at the tech department. He is either on drugs or I don't know. He needs to calm down a bit he is too uhhh I don't even know how to describe it. Talks fast and very loud, jokes a lot and makes zero sense jesus. His jokes are not even that good ‍️

I have received impeccable service from this location - specifically NOAH from the Photo Lab. I submitted an urgent request for a custom mug/custom photobooth as last minute gifts (my brother moving away out of country next day).

Noah was able to complete BOTH gifts, SAME DAY! So grateful for his quick/quality service. My brother loved his gifts, such a special moment with our family that I will always remember.

Will absolutely be back for more custom gifts from the Photolab and will be recommending. Thank you NOAH!

This location is very clean and big! I love the unique products they carry too. I could spend hours looking around, but I don’t lol. I also use the photo centre often and the people working are always pleasant.

Mark from cosmetics is fab! Every time I come he gives me the best recommendations (obviously because he has great taste!) He knows what he’s talking about, and I love love love his energy!

Sometimes I won’t come in for months, and when I do, he always remembers me! Such a gem! Cheers to Mark!:)

Best location. Tyler in electronics really helped me and went above and beyond with my phone screen. (The woman who initially was serving me wasn’t very pleasant l) I was willing to pay for a replacement but was told the screen protector had a warranty if there were any issues. Tyler had really customer service! I will be back specific because of certain staff here. There is another Asian gentleman that works the front area who always is super friendly and goes above and beyond. All in all a great central location!

I was dealing with one of the employee name Tyler for sony alpha a74 who helped me to make my decision. He didn't make me feel like a customer. But infact he made me feel like we both were old friends. He is very self confident and has strong convincing power which helps you make right choices if you are stuck. I would recommend to see Tyler if you ever need any help regarding technology. He understands the needs and explain why particular products are meant for the need. The best thing about Tyler is that he is always smiling no matter what. They were supposed to close at 10: 00 PM;however, he stayed calm and still helped us to make a decision since we were over by time. He didn't show that he was in rush to go home. Surely a very good customer service.

This review is specifically for the pharmacy: they are excellent. Easy to reach (physically, by fax, and by phone), good communication, accurate, and reasonably quick - especially considering how busy the store seems to be.

To summarize, best pharmacy I have ever used.

Edit: forgot to add that they have this thing where you can request a text message when a prescription is done being filled. Very convenient.

For PHOTO LAB ONLY. The lady there was very rude! Initial of D. M. I think she needs to learn proper customer service. However the other lady that was with her was so sweet. I hope the sweet lady was the one who assisted me not the grumpy and rude lady. So disappointed. Other employees of the store was very nice though, but being treated badly and humiliated by this lady is just so wrong, seen many reviews about her too in here. Definitely something needs to be done.

I've shopped at this location many times. This store has such lovely customer service and a very welcoming atmosphere. The cashier was so excited that I was using my $5 Birthday LDExtras; it was really sweet. Thank you to the staff for the pleasant shopping experience.

This was probably the closest London Drugs to Whyte Ave and the manager was accommodating when he noticed that I needed something.

Hate to write this but, Consistently rude and unhelpful, plenty of folks working but most are just hanging around chatting.

On June 1/2021, my son and I went in to exchange a PS4 controller that had stopped charging. The staff member in electronics along with the shift manager were very pleasant and extremely helpful. It was a very positive experience.

Online purchases have been great! Can't get real Hawaiian coffee anywhere in Ontario, but London Drugs will ship for minimal cost or free depending on how much you purchase.

So many amazing product, so much variety. I just adore this store. I find it amazingly relaxing to browse here and dream of owning some of the more exotic products

The cashier was very friendly. When I couldn't find what I was looking they gave assistance with clear directions very helpful.

Instead if buying something in London drugs buy it at somewhere else like Walmart, real Canadian superstore etc, the price is triple here “eg” the item that they sell For $9 you can get it with $3 in other places Save your money!

I get my photos developed here and they do a great job. Usually take 1-2 days to be completed. Prices can be high on other items but for a department store in the middle of downtown, it’s got great selection.

I love shopping here especially their international food section. Lots of selections of dry goods from all over the world.
Prices are reasonable and half of the time, they have specials going on.

I love this store as they carry food products from abroad. Reasonably priced and it's always a plus when it's on sale!
Staff are friendly and helpful, clean environment, love their self service till, and also free membership to earn $ after 10 visits.

I shopped for a radio and found a good one and reasonably priced.
A big thank you to Autumn in electronics department who helped me with different brands to choose from. Furthermore, as there is no longer in stock, he made an arrangement to have one delivered to the store for easy pick-up.
What an excellent customer service indeed!
Very impressive and definitely I'll be shopping at this location for my electronic needs.

if you’re like me and struggle with technology, you can call ahead and they’ll even let you know what you need to bring in so they can best assist you.a giant thank you to the team there!

Found the staff very helpful at the Oliver Square location in Edmonton and if they did not know an answer to a question they took the time to find out. Very refreshing!

The post office being moved to London Drugs from 7-11 on 107th is a joke. I’ve had at least 10 pick ups at this locations since the move, it’s a gong show every single time, they are not equipped for this

My first experience with London drugs was horrible I didn't know I have to know at least one person working at front end to get help without any conflict. I stopped by today to pick up my parcel, I first went to customer service desk, the lady was nice and she referred me to a certain door where I'd wait for help. Another lady followed behind me and she was lucky to have a friend working in there who recognized her. The worker eventually grabbed the receipt of the lady behind me and told her she recognizes her and headed into the room to help her while I was right there waiting. I asked them why, she told me she didn't see me yet she walked past next to me. It really broke my heart. I'm too big to be invisible. Why are we so undermined? !

Employees are not attentive, not very friendly or ready to give out help, if you do not know were the item your looking for is in the store, good luck getting help to find it.

I needed a laptop and other misalliances items in the store, the staff at this londen drugs location have antisocial tenancies will avoid customers in the computer department and aisles, i ended up empty handed in this store could not find what i needed. The good news staples was next door and purchased a new apple laptop and then went to shoppers drug mart next to them and found the other items i needed both places i was approached and help instantly.
This store haves problematic employees and was very disappointment with wasting my time going there.

Tod and Karen are true experts in the photo department. Patient and not pushy they made sure that I was well informed to make the right choice for my needs.

This is unconditionally the worst pharmacy in Edmonton. I keep coming back because it’s habit but no more. This is the last time I come back to this store. They just don’t care how big the line is or when they get things ready. I guess that means they are busy but hopefully people start to realize how bad their service is and start to go else where

Customer service is seriously lacking in this store, staff is not very accommodating to help you. I do not recommend shopping here there are too many more stores in the area that provide better environment to enjoy your shopping experience.

Employees at this oliver londen drugs location are not attentive and somewhat narcissistic and have noticeably a lack of customer service in the help category.
Its somewhat amusing how this store function with this problem, there are many stores in the downtown area that will give you better customer service

Employees in this londen drug store are not giving customers help even when trying to ask no one actually show you were it is just tells you the direction of the product, after reading the reviews of this store i agree that many have a similar experiences, i really hope that the company fixes these issues, the store does have nice items but trying to find some will leave you empty handed without any help.

The staff in this store is not very friendly, getting assistance here is almost impossible in the isles, even in the audio section it not very inviting to ask for assistance, the store been deteriorating in my opinion, some of the items are nice they sell buy i am no longer going to this Oliver location i was hoping they would fix the issues after the store was redone and maybe get better staff if i have to i will go to another londen drugs to get needed items they have which i need

I actually really enjoy this store and come here regularly BUT this review is in regards to the postal pickup. I have never had a bad experience up until now. This happened about a week ago.

I took my notice card to pick up a parcel. It had been sitting awhile but still in the time frame to pick up. Apparently it was delivered, someone picked it up? How does that happen? I'm the only one with a notice card and somehow it was picked up by someone else? It was a very expensive order too.

When I questioned the lady looking after the parcels how this could happen, she asked in a very condescending manner if I forgot I had already picked it up. Seriously? Her behavior was SO RUDE. I then talked to the manager who basically said to contact Canada Post. And didnt want to take responsibility for this. THEY ARE NOT THE PROBLEM! Your shoddy unreliable services are.

I'm still confused as to how this happened. I'm the only one who would've picked it up!

This store and fabulous Oliver/brewery district has grown into the perfect shopping/eating experience over the years. The LD staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. After a futile, ridiculously long online attempt to get information from a manufacturer to remove a borrowed library dvd from a new player, Damian, the dept.manager, did it promptly. Thank you to him and the ladies (in particular) at the front.

I really love this London Drugs. A big shout out to the front checkout team and Karen in the photo department. I come here regularly for some household bits, groceries, and the odd home electronic. I often find some of their regular priced items are still lower cost than other stores sale prices, which is exceptionally competitive. Even sometimes better than Amazon. Karen in photo is amazing and super personable.
I generally use the self checkout, but in the instances it’s not busy, the cashiers have been exceptionally courteous. A good attitude goes a long way.

My fifth star would be awarded for slight improvements
- some of the appliance merchandising and tagging can be cluttered.
- some of the pegs in electronics have been empty for awhile (the Square card readers have seemingly been out of stock forever for example)
- some of the general electronics/computer associates don’t seem to be engaged. Sometimes happy to help, other times just not enthusiastic to answer questions or make a recommendation

I went there the other day and no one in the aisle would help me someone just looked at me and walked away so I went to shoppers drug Mart next-door and bought everything I needed they were very kind to me very disappointed At this Oliver branch London drugs It’s really hard to believe at this time and age we would Have to receive incompetence and unsatisfactory customer service

The service at London Drugs Pharmacy is by far the worst I 've encountered. They are only thinking about profit, you have to care for your customers too. They promised me time to pick my prescribed gel. I called them the following day since they didn't contact me, then told me they need more time coz it wasn't ready yet. When my husband picked it up, it was not the same as prescribed by my dr.coz you guys are out of it? ! Like, from the time I dropped off the prescription, you could have just tell me to go to another pharmacy so I don't have to wait this long and will be able to get what was really in the prescription.

The pharmacy staff are always polite and kind. Even when I had an issue, they gave me several options and were upfront about the costs. Very professional.

Personally the only good reviews you'll read about this drugstore are made up by the employees themselvesI've been getting my prescriptions since August 12 from London drugs in Oliver Square because I have no other choice that is where the CSC getsu prescriptions from which is supposed to be filled weekly delivered on Wednesday to Thursday I have never received them on time 7 days late 6 days late going without prescriptions that are needed the worst customer service I have ever ever to have to put up with but glad to inform you now I will no longer be dealing with London drugs since my coverage has elapsed and I have to pay for my own prescriptions now which I am quite happy to do so if I were you or anybody else I would not no I repeat have anything to do with that drugstore

I went to click picture for my passport and I didn’t like how lady who clicks picture approached me, I just requested her to click my picture for second time and she was too rude. It was not busy though. I don’t think I have asked too much or she could have tell me in polite way.

London Drugs has a great photo centre. A gentleman helped my boyfriend and I last time we were in and he was so friendly and helpful. You can do some of your own editing on photoshop and bring it in on a USB, if you prefer. The quality of the photos were excellent and more clean compared to Walmart photo centre.

Pharmacy is completely useless and they don’t care, easily wait 20 mins for a simple refill on the phone, staff are rude and incompetent even with very specific direction. Gave them many chances and didn’t even get an apology for unacceptable service I received. If you have hours to waste then bring your rx here if you want fast proper service go somewhere else.

I had been to this London drugs to buy a bus token. Then I did go around the place. It was neat, clean and well maintained. I could see lot of deals mentioned as manager’s special. The staffs were very helpful.

I have lived in Edmonton 40 years and almost from the beginning London Drugs was my go to place.always great service and great selection.until today. Miss Customer Service was at the computer and i waited to speak to her so when we made eye contact i asked if she had a certain food product. The response was WHAT IS THAT.about as aggressive as caps. I then explained as quickly as i could, it is kind of like a peanut butter. I was then told what we have on the shelf is what we have. I asked her i she would mind looking it up in her computer, she was so diligently surfing on, and that my friend said she bought it here before.when she really took exception and wanted to know WHEN my friend bought it because she knew it was not in the store. For a person not to know what a product is one minute then to be so sure that they didn't have it kind of took me back along with the tone of her indignity. I told her to settle down as she was not letting it go and i walked away.when i went through the cash i was told yes it was carried but not now. Guess who pipped up again and across 2 counters was giving it to me.see we don't carry it! I tried to make the point that for someone who didn't know the product in Customer Service how hard would it have been to look it up. OMG. London Drugs if this is customer service I will not be back. I am shocked. This is inexcusable. She is on the wrong side of the counter. Customer Service is not this person. And i will now either find another drug store i like as much or go to Sherwood Park. I do not promote businesses that allow for this behavior.

The Oliver Square location is my favorite. Love the variety-from furniture to chocolate to housewares and everything in between! Great prices, especially when there's a Manager's Special or other sale.

Terrible customer service purchasing there for a long time some staff are fine but its getting to the point that staff no longer respects the customer and management does not seem to resolve the problem but thinks its an non issue which makes it even worse
The manger will not address the problem he will not discuss the issue i am no longer going to shop at this store shopping at shoppers drug mart they alway ask if i am in need of help this store never does i will spend my money were i get some customer service.

I am not writing this review on London drugs but an employee at photo section Karen who helped me above and beyond. She was amazing.

Honestly terrible. I have to phone a million times to see if my prescription is ready. Honestly the worst pharmacy I’ve dealt with. Will be switching and NEVER going back! They need to work on there customer service especially OVER the phone! For people that have gone to school for so long to become a pharmacist hugely disappointing. People on the streets with no education have better manners!

I received a notice of delivery from Canada Post saying my package was available at this London Drugs the same day after a certain time. When I went in store to get it I was told very rudely that they didn't "have time to get it" and to come back later. Frustrating, and already poor service, but it happens.

I came back later. As I was waiting in line an older lady (grey, short bob cut) saw the slip in my hands and came up to me and asked what day it was from. When I said today she said "You won't be getting that". When I showed her that the slip said I could get it today and told her my experience from before she said "that person lied- we haven't processed them and you can't get it. " She was quite rude, and when I actually got to the cashier and asked for my package she said "She won't be of any help to you. " at which point I asked for a manager. When I explained what my slip said and what my previous store experience was, Kevin (the supervisor) was also reluctant to get my package for me. But if the slip the customer gets says I can get it that day- I should be able to get it that day.

After more discussion (where I basically had to say that this was some of the worst customer service I have ever received) Kevin said to the older lady "It does say today". They walked 50 feet to the package room and searched one small cart of packages- surprising after all the fuss they made. While Kevin was still looking the older lady came back out and made all sorts of snarky comments at me including "we close at 10- you'll have to leave if we can't find your package" (this took place at 8: 30pm). I told her I was sure I'd have my package before then and proceeded to ignore the rest of her comments. Not a long while after Kevin returned with my package, quickly processed it and then told me "nobody likes being talked to like that". When I reminded him that a customer shouldn't have to fight for their product that their business partner has promised them at a certain time, or put up with the "service" the older lady had given me, he didn't have anything to say except that I should complain to Canada Post. But I had no issue with Canada Post- Just London Drugs withholding my package from me. I thanked him for getting my package and left.

If London Drugs cannot manage their partnership with Canada Post they should probably remove the service instead of putting their customers through verbal abuse and poor customer service. If I was Canada Post I wouldn't want this business representing me as they obviously give extremely poor service at their touch-point.

I 100% recommend not going here. There are many other options in the area for the same/similar products, and you won't have to deal with their employees lack of care for your business. I know I won't be back.
