London Drugs at Royal Oak location is really a wonderful store! The staff at Photolab, Electronics, and Computer departments are exceptional. They are always are there to help. Specially a big shout out to Michelle B who is so wonderful, Professional, caring and friendly. I have created few photo album coffee books there for my family's special birthdays, and she was always there to help with a smile & show me step by step how to create the book. She offers me very good ideas and advice. She is awesome. Thanks everyone for your excellent care & service.

Always a great experience here however Theresa or Teresa from Cosmetics went above and beyond with her customer service yesterday, she mentioned all the sales that were happening and even offered to set items aside for me. London Drugs definitely sets themselves apart from many other drug stores by providing top notch customer service.

There was a guy in the electronics department who didn’t know what a USB drive is.
Thankfully another customer helped us find it.
My friend and I were disappointed. He also didn’t demagnetize packaging after I bought it.

The security alarm went off and it was embarrassing. I had to go back to him and he didn’t know why it did that. And didn’t know how to demagnetize it either.

What happened to good old training?

Wonderful customer service. I noticed the company had a product I've been looking or and I just continued to find more items online I needed. Placed my order and received the box with a hand written note thanking me for my business. Well done!

The photo center doesn’t typically have someone available, you have to ring or find someone. Other times, only one person there and a long line up/slow service
