Actually Hass to be the worst London drugs I’ve ever been to if you book an appointment with them you’ll have to wait 10 to 15 minutes while they help people without appointments then they’ll tell you nothing is wrong with the thing that’s broken then you come to pick it up no you need a government ID which not everyone has and this wouldn’t be so bad if they warned me beforehand but of course they didn’t. They also never asked for an Id when I gave it to them wich I feel would be apart of it

One of my favorite stores! I only wish it wasn't at the opposite end of town. I go here whenever I can.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. We needed passport photos done for 5 of us and she was so nice and efficient. She had to do it twice for my twins but she managed it like a pro. Thank you once again Brenda we will definitely visit again:)

Staff are usually friendly and helpful, especially in the Electronics and Cosmetics departments. Love that they have tons of customer parking and self-checkout machines.

I love the cosmetics department here! They are ALWAYS so helpful, knowledgeable and don’t hound you.

Staff today was extremely rude. Not all staff know the policies and depending what manager is in shows how you will be treated. The male manager is always very grumpy.

Layne in the electronics section was very helpful in assisting us with finding a printer. He provided us with excellent customer service. He was very knowledgeable on the various different kinds of printers and provided helpful information. Not only did he help us with finding the printer, but he also carried it to our car. We are so grateful. London Drugs is lucky to have him

If you're anything like me take a big bag in with you. By the time I have checked out their amazing assortment of goods I have filled my bag & more. There have been a number of items that I had searched for in other stores & just could not find. Coffee pods for the Dulce Gusto coffee machine is a good example. What a nice surprise to find them at London Drugs as a regular stocked item. There are other items I have only been able to find there. The store is clean & well stocked & the staff have always been pleasant & helpful. Well worth the little extra trip to the south end of Red Deer. I don't search now, I just go to London Drugs. Thanks for your great service

I just want to say a huge thank you to Trevor in electronics at the Red Deer location. He really went up and beyond for me this evening when I was purchasing a new phone this evening. He helped me set everything up and evening went as far as doing it for me as I am no good on phones what so ever. He really helped me out in a stressful situation as I needed my phone for work. He had all the solutions when I thought there wasn't any. Thank you again Trevor you have no idea how much this helped me. The best part is he was happy to do it! I would 100% recommend

The pharmacy staff here is excellent. Not only are they knowledgeable and professional, they are nice. They treat every single person with kindness and respect. THANK YOU to all of you! ️

I come here because the electronics items are a bargain. Store is very clean.like, ALL THE TIME, and the staff do not miss a beat when it comes to helping you. Manager obviously doing a good job. Must be recognized.

I saw Pauline for a travel medicine consultation. She provided very comprehensive information and reviewed my history closely, saving me from getting an unnecessary vaccination. Her advice was balanced, not pushing unnecessary treatment but informing the risks and benefits of both going adhead with preventative medications / vaccinations or opting not to go ahead with them. I would recommend her for anyone needing a travel medicine consultation.

Was scolded by a staff member about a comment finding the "promotional" section a bit confusing. Explained it to me like I had no idea what promotional meant, acted like I insulted her mother, stuck her nose in the air and refused to speak to me further. Snotty.

"WOW" London Drugs is truly a Canadian store.

Costco and Walmart best learn some lessons about warranty protection.

Bad customer service, a guy named Dennis at photography and was so rude when I ask for help, be careful with this guy

Terrible customer service. Was followed down nearly every isle i shopped. I am a paying customer and felt completely discriminated. I will never shop at this store again and I will make sure to share just how awful this stores staff treats their customers and will also be in touch with better business bureau!

I was extremely disappointed to learn London Drugs is still forcing masks upon employees and public. The very doctors whom work within the clinic within the store shop unmasked. Even the doctors choose to unmask when not working where forced to mask. That should be speaking volumes to the owner of London drugs. More than enough qualified medical doctors, professionals on.masks use and limits have come forward on the harm masking does to health. I will no longer shop within any stores enforcing masks, forced testing or vaxcines upon employees or customers. I have spent a considerable amount of money within this store but will gladly give to a business that respects employees and customers freedom of choice over their own body. Extremely disappointed how London Drug has chosen to insight fear over human rights. Many of your staff has suffered health issues long enough under the mandates that were dropped provincially.

Went in for passport photographs April 11th in the late afternoon. There were 2 older gentleman behind the photo counter. Horrible customer service, awful photo (I know, most passport photos are) and the photographs were not even accepted at Service Canada. Went to Staples and they did a much better job for less price.

Been trying to get film developed for well over a month and their machines are still down. Apparently they have no plans to fix it. It’s the only reason I visit London Drugs. I’ll be shipping it off myself if I have to wait 3 weeks for something that usually takes a few hours

They really want your name and info for the LD card which is something i dont want to give and be bugged by in with emails. Just wish for a good deal when I shop and to feel like I got a something for cheap. Staff inside the store are very friendly

Photo lab did a great job of the calendar I ordered! It was ready in less than 24hours. Not sure if that's an all the time thing but amazing! Going to make and order another one

Was recommended to check out London Drugs for a new phone.
Experience was good. They were able to get all my data transferred across to my new phone.
Everything was quick and easy.
I would recommend London Drugs for a new phone all day. Also received a $150 dollar Gift card as part of a current promotion so that was a bonus.

I had troubles with my iPhone, so Apple directed me to the authorized apple service provider here. Useless! Went in with my cameras not working on my phone, and she sent me home with a phone worse off than it first was. Couldn’t connect to any cellular service, and then I couldn’t even activate it. I went in again later and she didn’t offer any assistance, and basically left me on my own. Will NOT be returning to this location and would NOT give a recommendation to anyone.

If I could give it 0 stars I would the manager in electronics is lying to me about my daughter's tv not being under warranty when it still is and tells me it's sol on my end when it was a Christmas present from santa

Incredibly poor experience, I was attempting to buy something that was priced at 15.99, and when it rang through it was $18. Not that bad, but I was expecting $6. Not a big deal, its an easy fix. I showed the guy where the item was (and there were MULTIPLE in that area) and the price, and when we came back he said it was in the wrong spot. All of them were in the wrong spot? Makes no sense. And he said because it was between two prices, it was most likely the higher price. Except the two prices they were inbetween was $16 and 22$, so how exactly would it be 18$ then?

Cashier was incredibly rude about it, so I said screw it and just paid the extra, but definitely will not be returning or recommending to anyone, especially based on other peoples awful experiences too.

It's been a while since we've been to this location. Came with my daughter to print some pictures. Victoria who I asked for assistance, seemed very bothered and inconvenienced to help us out. Very poor customer service and do not recommend coming here for your photo needs.

A lot of the prices on most things do cost more! They do have some good sales and you have to watch for them. The staff in the Electronic department are excellent when it comes to service! You couldn't ask for any better for going the extra mile for you! Again I would have given them 5 stars but it's the overall prices on goods that stopped me from doing that!

Poor. Recieved the wrong form of medication, when confronted and asked for the proper medication, was told I would only be given 1/3 of what I had ordered, not because of lack of stock, but because I havent seen my doctor in a year. Im diabetic. I know how to use insulin, and I shouldn't need a doctors visit to allow me to buy my life saving medication. Ridiculous.

Had a pretty scary experience today in the electronic section. Felt really uncomfortable as a woman they need better staff.

Was in to buy some perfume today. Renita assisted in the purchase. She was so friendly and helpful. Even with her face mask on you could tell she was smiling and just a genuine nice person. Makes me want to shop at London Drugs in the future. I have had previous bad encounters in the electronics department but Renita made my day.

Unreliable shipping. Grumpy/unhappy/slow staff. Poor customer service. Upper management of this location probably ex rig pig: no people skill, makes you feel unwelcome (we don't need your money kinda deal).

Mostly decent. A couple poor pharmacists over the years, but the rest of the pharmacy team is amazing. No hastles.

Ok I hate being that guy, but being an Olympus Camera user (I love my gear) but when London Drugs says they are a distributor for Olympus one might expect them to actually carry the gear. On 3 different occasions now I have gone to London Drugs to buy lens caps and other accessories. Which they readily advertise on their site! Today I went to purchase an eye piece for my OM-D and guess what no parts. As far as their camera department goes they are curt to the point of rudeness, I have been a photographer for 40 years and I am blown away by how little knowledge and how impolite they can be. Now I know retail is an unforgiving business, but I have now had the same experience not once but the last 4 times I have been in the store and 3 of the times in the camera department. To be fair I would like to be fair the young lady today who tried to help was polite and did a great job trying to get answers it was her superiors who need some serious customer service training. London Drugs has lost me as a customer the Red Deer Store management a needs serious customer service training day these people couldn't be more unhappy.

I went in there today with an issue I had with my public mobile account (London drugs is one of the few places that deal with this phone company) and the man that helped me was very friendly and offered me a different way to solve the issue after we looked on my account. Needless to say they have great staff there and they are friendly and willing to help.

I have really appreciated the pharmacists here, they've been knowledgeable and so helpful.

Just a heads up that they will not do passport photos for babies who cannot sit up independently. The Government of Canada site indicates that passport photos can be done in the car seat, but they won't do them.

This is a great store with top level of customer service! I was late to print pictures and the only place in city that actually works at 20: 45 is London Drugs! Recommend to everyone!

I like the new layout but gave a 3 star review not because of the staff or anything specific to this location but very dissapointed to see these large corporate stores eliminating jobs with self checkouts! I hope this feedback finds its way to head office.

This morning, we visit the store and we are about to pay a guitar when a guy approach us and said that what we pick doenst have the spot to plug the amp. He then said we can order it and prepaid and just come on Tuesday to pick it up.he then end up helping us at the register. He even show us different color for options. He is super amazing.cant help but ask his name. He is Bryan, the store manager. I wish I have manager like him. He knows "customer service". Keep up the good work sir:)

Updates are very nice inside and some electronics are better priced then other electronic stores in Red Deer.

Would give 0 stars if possible! Send my wife in there to get me some cologne before she comes home, one employee sends her to where there's some construction and the next employee comes along and rudely exclaims she's not allowed to be there. Then in the same ignorant fashion, asks another employee if she can watch my wife as if she's going to take something. We'll shop elswhere, thanks!

Out of all places. London Drugs has pretty awesome and unique audio hardware. I was able to find some nice and unique speakers (HK Aura) for a reasonable price. Their computer department has some knowledgeable staff as well and they are able to do some iPhone related repairs (Apple certified service). All the things above are not what I expect from a pharmacy type of store but I enjoy stopping by there.

Online shows items in stock and when we went there they could not find the product for us. Basically we just wasted 40km drive to Red deer

The London Drugs Computer Manager was very rude. I went in to get my Apple product repaired and not only did he make me feel like I was wasting his time, but he kept looking at his watch like I was keeping him form his lunch break. I will be calling in my AppleCare issue to the Apple 1-800# that I had to get from TELUS because this douche was too busy to even give me a phone number I could call. Very poor service. I will not be going back there ever again. And PS You know that elderly man you were also rude to didn't deserve to be treated like he was also wasting your time.

Top notch service! I am new to Alberta and the Red Deer area I will only go to this store from now on:)

Staff here is very helpful and actually want to help you. Im happy to shop here and feel my purchases are well earned with the energy of the staff, keep up the good work!
