London Drugs

I was just in London Drugs WEM. The screen on my cell phone has went black. They said one remedy is to take the back off and take out the battery for a reset. I couldn't figure out how. Fidel was so helpful but couldn't see a way so asked a cohort (nice lady with red hair) if she knew how. She looked at it then looked it up on the computer. Turns out they don't have removable batteries. So nice of them. I'm buying all future phones from them but my have this one repaired if I can get it done cheap. But thanks Fidel and the nice lady with red hair.

I was inside the store when today’s lockdown happened. We don’t know what it was but we were ushered calmly by employees to go to the back when the alarm went off and they were locking down. Employees were offering chairs to those who need one. They were also giving us water bottles and snacks. They were offering charging stations and asking us if we need to go to the washroom. The staff were very accommodating and nice. Our worries and anxiety of what was going on was gone because of their excellent and genuine service. Hands down and thank you to all the staff of WEM London Drugs
