Created an online order for 6 items. Since I didn't hear back from the store the entire day, I reached out to customer service the following day asking what was going on. I didn't get a response from my email to customer service so I called them instead. They connected me to the store and the lady speaking to me said "we were short staffed yesterday". Not even an apology for not following up.
Funnily enough, I went in with my partner and there was a staff member on the register serving.nobody. She had time to stare us down as we entered. 2 staff members joking around by the online pick up cash desk and a very bored looking beauty technician standing around.
If you are going to lie that you were short staffed maybe actually be short staffed.
It's London Drugs, I guess this is the standard of customer service they aspire to provide.

Jack and Ken were excellent with giving me advice and tips and tricks about my new Samsung tablet. Very good customer service!

Love this place! Friendly staff, great environment, everything is well organized. Mark from photo section was amazing and very helpful providing guidance using the self printing interface as well as providing additional support.

Photlab was great. The overworked gentleman, Sam, was polite and courteous despite some less than kind customers in line. By the time I worked my way to the front of the very long line he was still very helpful and very kind to me. This guy deserves A+ and a nice bonus from the store. Plus, the lab was able to rush an important piece to help make a family gathering a success. Kudos to Sam and the lab.

Photo Lab heads up. Ask to see your photos before paying. Unfortunately we've had very bizarre coloring applied to our photos on more than one occasion.

Totally unreliable. I had a 3 month prescription that is to be picked up every month. I was told that my prescription should be ready by the 3rd week of the month for the following month. BUT when I went to pick up my prescription, it was no where to be found. It wasn't ready yet. And this is when I went in the beginning of the next month. That prescription should have been ready more than a week ago. Second time that they did this to me. Terrible service. The pharmacist has no idea what is going on. Guess, this will be my last dealing with them.

Fantastic store with almost anything you could ever need (besides a full grocery store) I really love that they price match! Staff is always courteous and helpful in finding items. Managers seem approachable. Cashiers are quick to help and friendly to customers.

Aaron was working in photo lab when we came in today, he took my daughters passport photo, photos turned out awesome & he was professional & friendly.

Beddington London Drugs is great! There are always good deals on all kinds of stuff. We get our family prescriptions here, the pharmacy staff are always friendly and helpful! And bonus, there’s a post office in there too!

I totally love the staff at BEDDINGTON London Drugs. I LGBGTQ COMMUNITY and the staff treat me like a Queen No pun intended. The store Manager Neil is absolutely amazing. I love that man he always tells me how much he appreciates the business. He is a class Act. The assistant manager Grant was just wonderful he helped me with all my Christmas gift shopping for my husband. I am so happy with the customer service experience I will always do my shopping at this London Drugs location. Thank you again for every thing you do for me. I love you all with all my heart.

I always get my film developed here in Beddington London Drugs location. The staff at Photo Lab are very knowledgeable and one of the staff (I still need to ask for his name) is so thorough explaining to me about the processing that they do in there. I only shoot with black and white and he recommend to me a C41 process black and white film. I tried it and loved the results of my photos. It was fast and e-mailed to me right away. I will always be a customer in this Photo Lab. Thank you Beddington PhotoLab.

Went to get some passport photos taken. Assistant manager helped. Rushed the photos. Didn't even let me look at them after he took them, had me pay even before handing them to me. Absolutely the worst photo I ever had in my life. He obviously was in a bad mood. This is going on someone's federal document for a minimum of 5 years, the least you could do is let us see the photo. I actually ripped the photo up, I was so upset and went to Walmart and got them done. 10x nicer, less expensive. Didn't rush me. Let me see the photo after it was taken, only took them once to take it. I wouldn't recommend going here for this reason. The rest of the store however, is great.

Totally rude lady in electronics, not sure maybe she was having a bad day. Shouted at my son to get his foot off the bottom of a chair that was next to a pac man machine. Complaining that she had to clean it all the time. She obviously didn't see that an adult was close by, and was very rude to my 11 year old son, who was polite and followed her request, not knowing he wasn't supposed to do that. There are nicer ways to speak to people, especially customers and we didn't appreciate that. Next time put up a sign telling people not to touch the machine.otherwise if you have it out for a display, expect people will be touching it.

Just got a new phone today. Aaron in the phone tech rep.was just excellent. He was very helpful. Thanks so much.

The manager at electronics department was great. He took his time to explain to me about each printer.

I usually like London Drugs, however today the lady at the electronic section was very rude to us. I probably won’t go there again

Grace helped me a lot today, made me feel super comfortable while I was requesting to do price matches. She also informed me of free warranties that come with being London Drugs member, thank you for an awesome experience. I really appreciate it, I’ll be coming back to this London drugs again

There was no corresponding service in the camera area. The waiter paid little attention to the customer and stayed for more than ten minutes

I just left this location looking for nail polish and a lady working in that section followed my brother and I around as if we we're stealing. I'm a professional working woman and I didn't appreciate it. I did not have the time to acknowledge this with a manager on-site. Until I said it out loud to my brother that this lady is following us around she then scattered. Please don't judge paying customers.

I used to buy 300$ router at London Drugs Beddington a year ago.
It was out of order, thus I returned it.
Sergio Medina, Computer Department Manager, did not want to take it even though i got the original receipt and just bought it within the same day.
Finally, I tried to return several times.
People who lined up after me were allowed to pay first, while I had to wait at last to return my router.
When I returned the router the same day, he blamed me for losing the antenna of the router but actually he did not know where it is.
He said he got the same router at home but it was not true.
I even had to show him the router's antenna.

Today, December 8th, 2016, I wandered around London Drugs computer department to check PCs and laptops' benchmarks FPS.
That same manager recognized me and asked not to touch those laptops.
Before, it was OK with others who checking laptops except me.
He shouted at me and warned to call security even though there was no proof that I did any harm to the laptops.
He said touching laptops will have bad effects to display LCDs screens but it was not true.
I want to report this incident because it is a serious crime against me.
One router in the shop without plastic cover is the evidence that I returned it before.
It was put there with original price while it is supposed to be open box.

Took my prescription in last week. Went this weekend twice to get it but the pharmacy till had a long line up and only one person working it. Went today. Waited in shorter line only to be told they didn't fill my prescriptions. The pharmacist was the person I asked to get them from Costco. Apparently they did this. Then she said "you only have 2 weeks left". " that's okay. Can I have that one and my other prescriptions". NO. THEY DIDN'T FILL ANYTHING.why? They don't really care. I always thought Pharmacists were highly educated and nice. Not at Bedddington London drugs. Patronizing and uncaring.
And I can understand accidents happening. But no apology and then I can wait for them to fill the prescriptions and stand in that 15 person lineup. I am sure I can find better service elsewhere in Beddington. It is disappointing though. I expected so much better from London Drugs.

Bought a Dyson vacuum from London Drugs. One of the managers, Devin was very helpful. Also the staff at this location are very good. Thanks

Shoutout to Lori who went above and beyond to serve me through such a hard time emotionally and made sure we weren't paying too much out of pocket.

This review is for the pharmacy. I went in just before closing to get some cold medication. The pharmacist was really helpful and got me just what I needed. She also got me in for a flu shot right away after inquiring about making an appt. Will definitely be recommending and switching over from my current pharmacy!

This store is horrible not enough people working you end up standing around and they never have the product I want go to a different location this one is horrible

Had been to a few pharmacies today and his one had the cheapest price. Also, the lady who helped me was really helpful, knowledgeable and sensitive to my situation. Greatly appreciated thanks a lot

This is a nice London Drug store. We were in rush to have passport size photo and this location was the perfect for us. They were friendly and promptly provided the service. This is a pretty big, neat and organized store. I would definitely recommend this place.

Randall in the photography and tech department was very kind to take his time in assisting me with a phone service. Best customer service I’ve had in a while. Will also go back to this London Drugs

I visited this location yesterday and bought a drink. The customer service I received was appalling. The older lady at the counter never greeted me and once the payment process was completed, I never received a simple "thank you". Some days are tough and a simple kind acknowledgment goes a long way. Normally this type of situation would not bother me however, I felt her attitude and the way she presented herself was unpleasant.

Bought a$50 roblox gift card for my sons birthday. The code was stripped. We went back the next day and Devin P the manager was awesome and reloaded another for us. Professional customer service

This post office is where my mail ends up. Unfortunately this post office thinks it's funny to not look in the back room for your package and instead lazily scan it and tell you to "come back tomorrow".

Every single post office I have ever been too in my life always has it in the backroom at the end of the day, just not in their system yet. Whenever they check with their eyes and not a computer it's there 10/10 times.

I am going to stop bringing in my slip so they will be forced to take two steps into the back and move a couple packages around. God forbid!
