I work in a London home from a home care company, and I am very pleased with the way the home managers work. They are always ready to help, friendly and polite! My clients living in this house also love Rex and Diana! The best management I've ever met!

It's very bad experience, living from last 3 months and noticed that every 15 days elevator stop working and then stay defective for next 15 days and nobody from management pay attention to get it repaired. Don't think of leasing flat at London house.

All weekends elevator are closed, water leak issues are common, Rent gouging with literally zero facilities. They don't have anything to mark tick on paper under facilities. But yes rents are premium, the only premium thing you get here. Reception team is cooperative, but they can't help at all with any of the issues outside working hours.

I have been living at London House for almost two years. During this time I have received nothing but the best service from a team who truly cares. Thank you to the management team, Diana and Rex, for always being there for me. Rustom is a pleasure to speak with during the evening hours. The maintenance team is amazing and the cleaning staff keep the building in impeccable shape. London House is a great place to live and the location is phenomenal.

Old house with open windows my family members have frequent respiratory illnesses, water leaks cut off water for constant repair, constantly send out a request to leave the house and clean to kill pests but really no trace they did, and once they said the cleaning wasn't their way and they sent a fine of 500 (my house has a lot of things but I'm a person who doesn't want to be bothered even though it's very frustrating, so I cleaned it up enough) although it takes a lot of time and effort) and in the end they still found the error to catch a fine, they arbitrarily took the money in my account without my consent and did not send me pictures to prove that where did i go wrong, the letter asking for cleanup is not clear beware, lack of transparency and lack of humanity

My family and I stayed at London House for a little over 1 year and our stay there was excellent. Great customer service. The entire staff were very pleasant and ensured that they attended our needs when required. Both Rex and Diana were always willing to help when required. The location of London House is ideally located to transit and stores. The +15 is very easily accessible from London House to Chevron Plaza, so you don't have to worry too much about the winter cold weather and snow. The apartments are also very affordable.

An excellent complex for the money in the city center with all the amenities of the infrastructure and an excellent administration of the building ready to help during the entire period of renting the apartment.

The overall management of the building is great and the managers are really friendly and helpful. You just have to be nice with them!

Great staff. I recently fractured my ankle, and the staff has been super helpful during this difficult time, making sure to assist me when I need help due to my recent lack of full mobility. Very grateful to have staff like them at this building, I don’t know what I would have done without their wonderful service.

Awesome place to live - convenient and accessible. The staffs are very helpful and friendly. The maintenance are terrific as well - very prompt in fixing. I'm just incredibly happy with this apartment.

This place is truely my first home since i moved from US. As much as i love how the transportation is so close to this place, I love all the management team here. They are always so helpful and considerate. This is for sure one of the merit to not leaving this place. Thanks for all your thoughts and help youguys given us, Rex, Diana, and Lustom! The management is amazing, always ready to help and very accommodating.
They provide good maintenance and adept replies to queries. Rex has been a super helpful individual, thanks LH management for that. My second year is to start with LH and I am so so excited.

Top notch service by property manager Rex, very friendly, fulfilled to get unit in very short notice, always answered to our queries. Place is very good, clean and safer with secured system all over the entrance, I highly recommend this place

Rent is cheap, apartments are quite, management is amazing, spent 6 months and currently living here with no problem what so ever. Rex is friendly and so as Diana.

I am living in London House since last 8 months. In fact London house is my first home since I came in Canada. London house is same as I was expected. All staff members are very supportive. Specifically I would like to mention Rax, he is very good and humble. I highly recommend everyone to stay here.

A clean, quiet unit with the best people in office.
We lived there about 9 months. The people in the office were very nice to us and did lots of favors. The unit is quiet. We never bothered with neighbors noises. The unit is always warm in cold months. The cupboard are clean and completely acceptable. We are satisfied with access to public transport. To sum up, the unit deserve the rent. I give 5 stars due to comparison to other buildings considering the rent.

Amazing home like shelter especially for new comers. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Best rental place for living in Calgary.
