London Square Dental Centre

The positive about this place is easy to book and staff are friendly but my experience is nowhere positive. I went there for cleaning but then did x-ray as per their suggestion. They suggested multiple teeth fillings and i agreed for it. The first filling was alright (although the paste eventually fall out). The second filling on my left bottom tooth was terrible and left me with so much pain. I came back the next week and they suggested to be redone. The pain got even worse after the second filling and came back for third time for checkup. I was prescribed an an anti pain medication. It didn't work much as the tooth became very sensitive to heat or cold and I couldn't chew on my left jaw at all. I came back for 4th and in my 5th visit they charged me for checkup/visit even though all I needed was a relief or solution from the tooth they damaged. I think that was unfair and left me with no option but to never go there. I went there for cleaning but ended up having this issues still now. I wish i never went there. The people are nice though. From my experience, what is missing is taking responsibility and going extra mile to fix what you have broken.

I highly recommend Dr. Fatema. I had lots of anxiety about finding a professional and dedicated dentist. After the first visit, I trusted her. She is the best.

Dr. Kalin Kevin is a kindness and patience Dentist, He helps me to implant 2 teeth and solved my toothache in a short time. The Dental implant cost is not expensive that I can afford. Thanks

Ever since I moved here since 2012 I have been with the same Dentist. This time around I thought of switching and try other ones in city. After browsing I finly choose London Square. Pretty nervous gived its very hard decision once you have been used to the same dentist. I am proud to say i made the best decision. Not only staff was super friendly and professional but also excdeed my expeectations. One of the best Denatl office in the town. Could not have gone any better. With the option i choose among affordable enormous they gave. Easier and quickest resolution i got from the team. THANKYOU! The folks at London Square Dental Centre were able to accommodate my dental emergency since they were open till 9PM. Love their quick service + friendly receptionist area. Direct billing rules as well so would go back to use them for other dental services.

Amazing experience here! My sons spacer fell off and no other dentists were open and they could get my son in the same day. Dr. Michael was absolutely amazing! He provided exceptional service and I was given more information than I have ever received anywhere else before. Dr. Michael took his time with us and didn't rush at all. My son has always needed laughing gas as he was always scared going before, and this is the first time the dentist made him feel comfortable and relaxed enough without it. Definitely recommended this place and thank you for the wonderful experience!

Doesn’t seem like the scheduling team is working straight. Booked for 5pm and later upon arrival they said it is for 6pm. Similar experience happened earlier couple of times where it was only through phone calls where the scheduling team gets dates and times mixed up. Posting this here because it happened more than a couple of times and hope the management team would do something to get their scheduling team straight. Two stars is for the hygienists - who are good. Would have rated 5 if they have a good scheduling team.

I tried them for about a year. I always had the sense that they cared more about how much money they could get out of my dental coverage, then my dental well being. They are extremely aggressive in marketing and call and text you incessantly if you haven’t booked a follow up appointment, to the point that it is almost harassment. The environment is chaotic, cramped and not at all conducive to a relaxing experience. From my experience, it seems they are overly focused on the business and profit of dentistry and not on the practice of dentistry.

Best dentist I've been to. Everyone was very polite. The dental assistants were great. And the dentist was extremely thorough. She did measurements of my mouth to determine cause of problems, I've never had that done before, was extremely caring when noticing how sensitive my teeth were and identified the problem instead of telling me to just use sensodyne. Checked muscles indicating I clench my jaw, which causes my jaw pain. And was also very kind and understanding of my fibromyalgia, which no dentist has even talked about before. Overall 10/10 experience. I will be going back.

Very helpful, attentive, respectful staff who talked me through a lot of concerns I had related to my teeth and dentistry. I have gone here for treatment and having a wonderful experience. This is one of the best clinic in northeast, the staff and doctorA of Tanya khattra’s team are great. It’s really a best clinic for all dental treatments.

I had appointment 1.00 pm but I was there 12.45 pm but after one hour waiting I left the clinic they don’t care your time.

I had a dental emergency, I was sceen within the HR on a Sunday no less. The ladies are wonderful, friendly, it's like a family setting for sure, I would recommend anyone to come here, Thank you London square dental!

Great service, everyone is polite and affectionate. They will assist you right away no matter how busy they are. 10/10 will recommend them to everybody. All of the staff are friendly, professional and accommodating. The dentist was good with the difficult extraction, and I really didn’t have much pain by the next day.
They took care of everything with direct billing both of my insurance companies so all I had to do was sign the paperwork.
They understood the importance of sticking to only what I had coverage for, so I didn’t pay anything out of pocket.

I had my wisdom tooth extraction done by Dr. Sonika there yesterday and it was a wonderful experience. Dr. Sonika is very patient, friendly and a caring doctor. My whole experience with her from saying hi to bye was very enjoyable.
I would highly recommend Dr. Sonika to anyone looking for a great dentist since she is a great listener too.

Not sure of the doctor I had but amazingly I can eat again. I had 4 molers removed on one side and the bone was sticking through and he got it cleaned up I got to eat with no problem today. I would recommend him as a dentist to family and friends. I have not been able to eat for almost a week. I will get his name and recommend him to everyone next time around because I am going to switch to him thanks a lot doc.

The staff is very friendly, appointment times are kept promptly, rates are fair (AB rate giude). All in all, the best dentist I have seen as an adult. Have been back several times since my first visit, will continue to go back.

Go to dentist is not fun but I like these guys. They are very caring, friendly and professional. I went there for root canal and I needed attention for wisdom teeth extraction. Dr. Khattra did root canal and Dr Kevin and Sue take care of wisdom teeth. They all did amazing job. I definitely recommend this place to my friends.

I was requiring an emergency dental visit, and called London Square Dental. I am so happy, I called this friendly, exceptional clinic. I was given a same day appointment.
The people at the clinic, were each very kind, and also professional. I felt put at my ease, and my concerns understood.

Saved me from throbbing pain on a Sunday evening! (Im still amazed to find someone short notice on a day that no other dentist is opened). Even though they closed, the staff and Doc Stays to make sure everyone is taken care of first. Dr. Harjeet is very kind and soft spoken. He made me feel comfortable during my process. Staff is very friendly, nice and co operative. Doctor who treated me was very well educated and knew what he was doing. Isha at the front desk is also friendly. Everything is explained to you in a proper manner before and after the treatment. They also provide dental loan to new clients at zero interest rate which is a very good point for those who don't have enough to pay at front. Overall, i would recommend this clinic to everyone because off the excellent services provided.

I came in yesterday for an emergency gum surgery and they took me in right away. Dr Harjeet and Isha and Nav, were really nice and well professionalized. They did everything in there power to make me feel comfortable and did the job so very well. I’m so very pleased with them going out of there way to help me. There jokes to keep me distracted was one of my highlights during the visit especially Dr Harjeet. You guys are an amazing team! Thank you for taking the extra steps to help me. I have very very bad experience with this dental clinic. I n April 2019, myself and my family did dental hygienic cleaning with this dental clinic. After that, every week, this clinic contact us asking that, "please come for follow up and it is 100% covered by your insurance". As per that, I have booked an appointment for 15 July 2019 at 01: 00 PM. I reached at the place at 12: 45 and asked the receptionist, to double check that, my insurance is covered all expenses. After checking, she said that it is 100% covered and you have to pay nothing. Then 01: 00 Pm they have done the cleaning for me. While I am coming back after the procedure, the same receptionist told me that, I have to pay the full amount and it is not covered by the insurance. I refused to pay the same, so she ask me to meet the clinic manager, I have contacted my husband and my husband called the manager and told that, he is going to inform the 911. So the manager asked me to sing in some papers, which I refused to do. Finally, she allowed me let out of the clinic. I went to Calgary Police Head Quarters, West wind, and explained the harassment I faced from this dental clinic. The police asked me to file a complaint against the clinic (Dr. Ravinder Khattra) with Alberta Dental Association, General Counsel and Director, complaints and Professional Conduct, Suite 402,7609 – 109 Street, Edmonton, Alberta T6G 1C3 as well as with Alberta Human right commission.

I have been to see Dr. Sonika twice now and I am very pleased with the service I received. She is very kind and explains every thing she is going to do. Very fast and efficient. They also call the next day to seed how I am doing. I would recommend her to anyone that needs dental work done. The Centre is very close to my home so that makes it even better. I will go again, when I need work done in the future. Thanks to Dr. Sonika as well as the staff that assisted you.

I have received a couple of fillings here. The staff make you feel very comfortable. I have never arrived feeling nervous or anxious. Their services are very reasonably priced compared to other places. I look forward to my next visit in a couple of weeks.

Very nice doctors and assistants over there who do there job very nicely. They explain your condition very well and thoroughly to make you understand everything.

This place is the worst dental place i have ever been to i went there to see how much it would cost to extract a tooth the front desk staff said i need a consultation that would be FREE and at the end then said i have a balance of over $200 and fighting with me to pay it then when it came to the appointment they scheduled me for things i did not ask for and if i didnt confirm again i would have had a bill of over $2000 the time was set at 4: 00 they asked me to come early i asked before i got there how long it would take they said 30 min at the most they didnt see me until 6 put me in the chair and i still had to wait 30 min because there was 1 doctor seeing 6 patients at a time they are the most unprofessional rude staff i have ever met front desk staff have no clue what they are doing and the Doctor does not take time with his patients and then had the nerve to try and add on the $200 from my 1st visit i do not recommend

I came with a severe toothache. They got me in within an hour. The root canal was painless. I highly recommend London Square Dental

I visited this clinic early in the morning, my appt was at 10am and I did not get seen until at least 10: 40 am. I was the only patient in the clinic, and the front staff were preoccupied by their conversations. It was a very unprofessional encounter. The office itself is very untidy, with random white stains on the cabinets and the paint chipping off the walls. It does not look hygenic. Very bad experience overall. I would not recommend anyone visit this clinic. On top of all this, I was told my appt was moved to 11am; I was NOT notified of this and my cleaning is booked with the dentist and not the dental hygienist? & I am forced to wait longer as the dentist is running late. My usual dental office is Memorial Dental Sqaure, and I have never experienced this kind of treatment here.
