Londonderry Collision

I've been here 3 times now and my experience has been always great. Twice via insurance and one privately. My Damage Appraiser, Alex has been extremely helpful. I loved how he describes the process in a clear and concise manner. I never left feeling uneasy. Even the rest of the team whether it be the reception, or other staff walking around the lot when I happen to see them, were always very kind.

I got into an accident on August 17th. Reported it to my insurance, and was referred to Londonderry Collision based on my home location. I called them for an assessment and was in the next morning. I waited until I was cleared by insurance that the accident wasn't my fault before calling Londonderry Collision to order the parts for my Outlander. When the parts were in, they called me and booked the intake date for my car. On Oct 4th, I dropped off my car, I was then given a ride to Enterprize Rentals for my rental car (always have rental insurance, my friends!). My car was done all the work on Oct 13th. The paint was perfectly blended, everything damaged was replaced and the car was cleaned.
For reference; although you cannot see all of the damage, supports inside the hood and inside the wheel well had to be replaced.
The cost (although covered by insurance) was very reasonable for the pieces, paint, and time. I'm very happy with my service at Londonderry Collision, and I highly recommend this shop even if you have to pay the costs!

From the minute I had made contact I had the team guide me through the process step by step. Usually having to take your car in is not a positive experience but their service sets them apart from the rest. The work is well done and on time. The service there is amazing and everyone I have dealt with was a huge help. I wouldn’t consider going to any other place!

I brought my car in after a fender bender. It being my first accident I was very unsure of the process and the steps involved, Alex the estimator was incredibly helpful in giving me all the information I needed. All the staff was super friendly and the building is very clean and well kept. HIGHLY recommend this auto body shop!

After the back of my car was repaired, they thoroughly cleaned the inside and outside of my car, making it look brand new! Great customer service, would recommend to all.

I left my van on May 26, in perfect condition and then I picked it up on Friday. Well Saturday morning when I needed to out. It didn't start. They didn't want to take responsibility of what happened. I have been 4 days with no vehicle.
