Our dentist, Dr. James, is an excellent dentist. Megan, our dental hygienist, she is also great. Let's face it, going to the dentist can be a stressful, and even a scary experience for some people. Dr. James, and Megan make it much easier to go to the dentist. They are really great at what they do, also they are kind, and understanding. All the staff that works here are very friendly. My husband and I are very happy we found them.

The team here is amazing! My daughter and I used to be very nervous the dentist chair, but Dr. James and his team are very kind and gentle.

Staff are all so caring and genuine. They truly listen to you and suggest what is best in your interest.

I had a two year horrible experience with this clinic. I hurt my front tooth and needed a root canal and they didn’t do my root canal properly. My tooth afterwards still hurt and they ignored my concerns and told me would heal itself. They also gave me a front crown that didn’t match at all. Dr. Verma was the one in charge and ignored all my concerns. When I went to another doctor for a second opinion I was informed my tooth was infected and that I needed another surgery.
When I told this clinic about what had happened they offered me a refund but only if it was being used for the new surgery. Which they said they would bill directly to the other clinic. They didn’t even give to the other clinic and instead sent me a cheque over 6 months later with continuous calls on my end to get.

My experience at the dental clinic was outstanding, thanks to the exceptional care provided by Meaghan, Medina, and Dr. James. Their professionalism, friendliness, and commitment to patient comfort and education made a significant impact on me. I highly recommend this dental clinic to anyone in search of a positive and caring dental experience.

A great office, reception is always super friendly and as someone who can’t usually handle the bite rest or some of the other tools they work with me super patiently. Would recommend Dr. Jason James and the team to anyone!

Been going to Londonderry Dental choice for years after avoiding dentists for a long time. I found them when looking for a dentist that deals with nervous patients. They have all tried to keep me at ease every visit. Just love my hygienist Meagan (not sure on spelling) as she is so welcoming and remembers little tidbits of info about what's going on in life, which again puts me at ease. Dr. James also is very calming and clear about what is going on. This will definitely be my dental office for some time to come.

Dr. Laura is one of the greatest dentists I've ever been to. She is extremely knowledgeable and has no trouble putting her patience at ease. The team supporting her are efficient, kind and always greet you with an amazing smile

They were vary understanding and empathic, I felt heard and was treated with the upmost respect. As for the dental work, Laura had done a wonderful job, it was quick and painless, no mistakes were made.

Dr. James is a very knowledgeable dentist. One of the best! I have brought in my mom for treatment and he treated her so well and with so much care.

Everyone within the facility treats you with kindness and care. The appointments never feel uncomfortable as they are constantly asking and adjusting for you.

Made an appointment for my son upon arrival realized there is no elevator and two steep flights of stairs I had to sit downstairs and send him up alone I am disabled can't get up the stairs nowhere did it say on the website not handicapped accessible nor did the receptionist say we are located on the second floor and there is no elevator so if you are disabled you are out of luck first time I have encountered a handicap unaccessible dental office.

I wanna give more stars. Dr. James is such an amazing dentist. He actually hears you when you have concerns, and he made my cavity fillings absolutely pain free and as comfortable as possible. He was so respectful about my fears, and had so much compassion. Anna at the front desk is so sweet, honest, and has such good customer service. She takes the time to remember the patients and build a rapport. And Maria is also such a gem. She strikes up conversation and is just an amazing person to have around whilst having procedures which otherwise might be terrifying to some. Thank you dental choice Londonderry, I will be coming back for a long time!

If I could rate this place 10 starts, I would. I’ve had the best dental experience I ever could in here. From the front desk girls, assistants, all the way to the Doctor. Dr Verma extract my wisdom tooth, she and her assistant were both extremely nice and talked me through the whole process and put my nerves at ease. I am definitely only going to see Dr Verma from now on. Such great staff at the clinic.

Don't care about you, just your money. I booked in here because I was in severe pain and couldn't get into my normal dentist. I drove 2 hours to come here early in the morning and to actually fix my tooth they made me come back hours later. I needed a root canal and the price that was quoted to me was way above what my normal dentist would have charged me. She ended up doing a different procedure that was supposed to help with the pain, I was quoted $100 by the dentist herself but ended up walking out paying 4 times that amount and in worse shape than when I went in. They also wouldn't give me my receipt until 3 days later. I had to get my tooth pulled by my normal dentist because whatever she did irritated the entire tooth to the point I would have to wait over a month to get the root canal. DO NOT GO HERE, I honestly don't know why they have such good reviews.

This is the best dental office eveyone in there is very nice and polite they are proffessional on their work i truly recommend it!

Awesome team! I visited for both my dental appointments, and cleaning, the staff were very friendly, and made sure I got the care that I needed!

So far I've recieved excellent dental service. I'll update my review when I have more to say.
Update *It ended up being an overall not great experience. I'd been given an antibiotic with an ingredient I was allergic to. I still have scaring to this day. I did discuss with the dentist the allergy prior to the issue. Dentist did not come up at any pharmacy when I went to fill any of the prescriptions they'd written. All in all it was not a great experience. Will not go back.

This place is amazing, both me and my dad went here and Dr. James is awesome, he's very patient and explains everything to us before he starts to work. He's very knowledgeable and the staff is amazing. They made me feel safe and provided the best service that I could have got.
If you need a filling or anything related, this place is the best you can go in this area of Northside.
Also, my dad told me that the hygienist does also a very good job!

Yesterday January 23rd was my first visit. I was a bit nervous because I need a lot of work done. From the moment I walked in the door I was treated with so much respect. Everyone was so friendly and kind. After my ex-rays I was explained in great detail what work I would need done. I had a tooth pulled the doctor was wonderful. Very caring. His assistant as well very nice. My over all experience was a good one and I do recommend to everyone.

It was my first visit and I had the most amazing dental visit! The receptionist Victoria was friendly and welcoming. The dentist Dr. Neetu Verma and her assistant Kathy were incredibly talented and caring. I went there for cleaning, and I felt much better and relieved after I had the cleaning. I had a great experience there! For anyone looking for a Dental Clinic I would recommend Londonderry Dental Choice!

The receptionist was very welcoming and kind! Dr. Verma and her assistant Destiny made me feel comfortable and cared for. As a patient with high anxiety this was my best experience thus far being at the dentist.

Once again I visited Dr. James and his staff to get a tooth fixed and once again they were very patient with me, kind and caring. I really appreciate all the staff from the front office to the hygienists and assistants and of course the dentist! Thank you

I haven't seen a dentist since I was just a little kid and these guys here have made my first time at the dentist go amazingly well. They were reassuring about what they were doing. Everyone is extremely friendly.

Had all my dental work done with Doctor James. He is one of the finest dentist I have ever been too. I had extensive work done and his work is second to none! The denture was revised and fits well.

I was unable to go up the stairs due to a foot injury so Dr. Larson and the Dental assistant came down to the lobby to fit my mouth guard

If I could give 0 stars I would. I booked an appointment for my boyfriend to get a check up and cleaning at 6pm- they texted me the day of to ask if he could come at 5: 30 instead so he did. After sitting in the waiting room for 25 mins he asked how much longer the wait is because he was asked to come in early; to which the receptionist said “I don’t know” and stared at him in confusion. As a registered dental assistant I feel like this visit was completely unacceptable- you don’t ask a patient to come in half an hour early just to sit in the waiting room and then be completely rude when they ask how much longer.not impressed and would never recommend this clinic.

Service is always friendly and fast, Frank, Megan And Lisa always spend the extra time to make sure they address any possible issues I may have. Would recommend to everyone.

I have been a patient of Dr. Larson for many years. One of my molars with an old filling came apart and obviously needed attention. Although I was in no pain and considered the situation manageable, the office staff got me in to see Dr. Larson only two days later. Dr. Larson rebuilt the tooth with a filling but told me that it would soon need a crown. The filling he completed was done with this eventuality in mind. Dr. Larson explained the procedure in detail and answered all my questions. The care and concern from Dr. Larson and the staff at Londonderry Dental Choice has always been, and continues to be, exceptional.

I’ve been coming to this location for many years and appreciate the service and family atmosphere that is all part of the business. I highly recommend this location, and will continue to come here in the future.

I felt welcome and well taken care of. My dentist was knowledgeable and professional. I had not been to a dentist in a number of years so I did have some problem areas, but they didn't talk down to me or shame me. They pointed out the areas that needed the most care and the strategies in order for me to achieve better oral health. Meagan was amazing! Best hygienist ever. Nice, comforting, gentle, and funny! The staff is so kind and polite, very gentle and friendly, my very first time going there and they really helped me figure out my coverage and payment options. The only bad thing I can say about this place is the prices, but that’s expected anywhere you go.
