Stay away from this place, 1 star for sales guy PREET, he was amazing, worked hard to get me a deal but next steps going to finance guy Yusuf and Manager Justin (Alex) was a nightmare, Yusuf will make up things and will never let u leave his office, u end up signing the deal, as soon as u sign it u will be treated as fool, Alex was rude, arrogant guy after deal he will just treat u like u are nothing but an idiot for doing ur business with them. I regretted but they got me because I had already signed the papers. Please educate urself before doing any business anywhere, self awareness is MUST.

Bought A 2019 Dodge Caravan From This Location with high miles! Which was fine. But -40 today go to plug in my vehicle to realize that the block heater cord was cut! When they sold it to me they didn't bother fixing the plug before selling me the vehicle. Like WOW! Called and complained! But what will they do now! I already have it paid off. Can't prove they didn't fix it before they gave it to me and I have never ever had to plug my vehicle in till today. None The Less! This is annoying. I was also told I could trade my vehicle in after paying on it for a year. When I went to try to do that. They said it wasn't possible cause the van is not worth what I owe and the trade not possible. So it ended up being pretty scummy of the sales person to tell me I could trade it after a year of driving it when it wasn't the truth. I ended up just buying out the van and slowly fixing it. Has over 6000 in repairs that need to be done. So basically was sold a lemon that had lots of issues they didn't bother fixing before selling it to me. Block heater one I just discovered now due that I have never had to plug it in till now. Very Frustrating. I don't think I will be going back to that place for a vehicle ever again. I don't trust the service department or the sales people. But there financing department is good.

It’s difficult this day and age to find a dealership. I have experiences in the past where they take advantage of you, because you’re a woman and they pull the wool over your eyes. I bought a 2023 RAM, the dealership over-payed on the amount sent to Honda on the loan (Charged my credit card the difference). Honda will only issue a refund to the dealership as they sent the cheque, but the dealership refuses to ask for the money back from Honda.

I have had the best assistance working with the salesman Lyle. He is a very great man that makes the deal go smoothly. The staff are a welcoming team and they provide you with the best service.

Teejay was my sales consultant and Ricky was the sales manager. Had a good experience overall. Yes, I paid more than what I would've as compare to the competition but it's about the experience. For 13 years now I’ve purchased 2 Jeeps and have had them serviced here. I am alway kept up to date with the progress of my vehicles and given a fair quote.

My wife and I bought a new truck in early spring from this dealership. We worked with TJ (highly recommend him) This was our first new vehicle and we were looking for advanced safety and a few other tech options. We couldn't find a 1500 Sport with all the option we wanted so we had to order the truck from factory. The experience was almost perfect, there were a couple misteps on both side, but in the end we got the truck we wanted at the price we wanted it for. I went to londonderry dodge because I heard great things about Chad. I’ve previously been denied vehicles or not been successful with financing. Chad got me approved within days and worked very hard at it. He was very honest about my credit history and gave me knowledge on how to actually gain credit rather than take just owe it. It was a smooth experience and the staff were so kind.
Also big perk to me is they have a fountain pop machine & Starbucks machine!

I still have my 1998 Dodge Ram truck. I purchased it new and Londonderry Dodge offered me a life time oil change.
I don't drive the truck much so I only take it in once a year for my no charge oil change.
Over the last 22 years taking my truck to Londonderry Dodge, not once did they try and force unnecessary work on me. I find this dealership very trust worthy. I would recommend them to work on your vehicle.

Brought in vehicle to replace instrument cluster got it home next day battery dead took it back tech phoned next day to state not holding a charge something draining battery few hours later service advisor calls to say nothing wrong with vehicle. Go to shop mechanic states didn't touch anything electrical shows me what he did and first thing he does is roughly unplugs the cluster uhmm that's electrical moron I stated not taking it back until fixed when I picked it up service advisor extremely rude as if I did something wrong vehicle worked fine until this place touched it. Stay far far away from this dealership

I dropped off my jeep grand cherokee to get the air spring done on September 18th 2021, while my jeep was on an open work order, Londonderry dodge calls me and tells that my jeep has been vandalized in there parking lot, while I had no control of it as they parked it and have the keys, they want me to fix it on my own expense, and they refused to fix it under there garage policy, I am so frustrated with the service, especially when Mitch the GM manager tells me "good luck getting us to fix it", I called my insurance, and they said they have to pay for it as I'm still waiting on the adjuster to go after their policy, I trusted them with my vechile, but never again, I will never recommend any one to deal with Londonderry dodge

I was on my way from work with my 2006 dodge welding rig, when did tie rod end Rip out of the knuckle. I call Darrell service tech right away he told me to bring it in and they will look at it the next morning ASAP. Bill the diesel mechanic at Londonderry Dodge looked over the front end of the truck and told Darrell exactly all the parts it was required to fix it with the upgraded front end Darrell fast acting called and got all the parts ordered in and delivered ASAP by 2 o’clock that day they had my truck up and running. Darrell did a van tastic job and bill is an amazing mechanic, if you’re looking for a new vehicle or top-notch service and mechanical part of everything Londonderry Dodge is the place to go.

I purchased a vehicle recently from Londonderry Dodge and it will be the only vehicle i get from them. I was first dealing with Raf and he was great, super friendly and personable. We got transferred over to Nizar and if I wasn't in such a time crunch to find a vehicle I would have left. The sales rep and manager were friendly and went above and beyond on the customer service side of things. We ordered a SUV in the spring, planning to use it on our summer vacation. When our vehicle was delayed a few months due to COVID-related issues, they stepped up and found us a vehicle so we could go on vacation this summer.at NO cost to me! Thanks for saving our summer!

The service team at Londonderry Dodge has also stepped up their game in the last little while. They have free drinks (Pop and Starbucks coffee), shuttles/Uber rides to get you to work/home, they vacuum out your vehicle and have an express bay to handle routine maintenance (oil changes, seasonal tire changes, etc.).

All in all, Londonderry Dodge was a great place to buy a new vehicle.

Went in to Londonderry Dodge after having a terrible experience with Sherwood Dodge. I was already on the fence about going back to the dealership after my last experience, but Londonderry Dodge changed that!

The technicians at Londonderry, managed to get a stripped bolt out in 20 minutes when Sherwood quoted me 3 hours (at $180/h) to get the bolt out ALONE.

Darrell, my service advisor, was extremely professional and always kept me in the loop with my vehicle.

I would highly recommend Londonderry to anyone who has a MOPAR vehicle!

Dealing with the front advisor Ms. Densky was pleasant.
However, the cost of my car repairs were completely off the mark.
Quoted a bill of 6000,00 in repairs.
I took my vehicle to another mechanic for a second opinion. He has his red seal and has worked as an experienced mechanic for 25 years plus.
All but one of the items flagged for repair did not require attention. The cost of my repairs is 1/3 of what I was quoted.
Deeply disappointed as I have delt with this dealership for many years. They have now lost a long time customer.
I urge all to seek that second opinion. There are many honest, hard working mechanics out there who would welcome your business.

Had three key staff, and of course Brittany, helping me every step of the way. For that I am thankful and made the whole process easier. Still have questions that I am sure will be answered through either text message, or email or facebook chat or just calling the dealership. I bought key for my dodge grand caravan from the store. After some months the key is not working and I went back for replacing it but they rejected. They say the dealership has warranty but they don't practice

From the moment I purchased my vehicle to the my recent first oil change, everyone has treated me like family. Very friendly and knowledgeable. The beverage counter is a huge bonus.lol.to the seating in the service area is great! Extra bonus points for a follow up call from the manager a couple weeks after I had my vehicle to see if everything thing was OK or if I had any questins, I wasn't just a number or a dollar figure!

I went there to get my tires changed and get new ones. They had the best price out of all the places I checked in the Edmonton area, however, the wait time was a bit unfortunate with a 3 hour downtime. I would expect it to take 1-1.5 hours tops like most tire shops do.

More than happy with this dealership, Chad M my salesman is top notch in customer service, extremely happy with the way things went with my purchase. And to top it off, I had accidentally miss counted my down payment and had an extra $100 in the envelope that I was not aware of, and Chad promptly phoned me to let me know that I had an extra hundred in the envelope. These guys are shady, they won’t tell you the ins and outs before they close a deal. Luckily for me I checked up on everything before signing what a huge waste of my time and energy! Not the kind of people you want to be dealing with for a car loan the business itself lacks major integrity and they refuse to be held accountable for anything.

We bought a Dodge Ram 3500 mega cab from Londonderry Dodge because their website had the Aisin transmission listed in the vehicle. Upon seeing the vehicle we asked multiple times that it indeed had that transmission and were told multiple times that that was the case. We purchased the truck and then later found out that it in fact did not have this transmission, which was the entire reason we bought it. We called to confirm which transmission should be in the truck and they said Aisin, to which we responded that it was not in the truck but rather a much poorer transmission. Pete was incredibly unhelpful as was Alex. You would think that they would do something to rectify the problem as this truck was sold under completely false pretences. However, the only option was for them to buy the truck back for what we paid, not factoring in any of the money or work that was put into the truck in the short months we have had the vehicle. Furthermore, trucks such as this are selling for significantly more now in todays market. So, if they were to buy back the truck for what we paid, they would just up-sell it to the next person and we would still be left without a truck - likely paying more for the next one. Transmissions are a huge reason people buy trucks and it's incredibly slimy to sell a truck under false pretences and then not properly rectify the situation. Do not waste your time with Pete, Moe, or Alex, they are in the business of scamming people.

My experience with the salesman at Londonderry was pleasing to say the least. He helped me replace my wheels after a bad accident. He didn’t try to up sell me and found exactly what I wanted. His name is RAF and I would refer anybody to him!

My experience buying my jeep was absolutely excellent. Rob was great and so was the entire staff.
My first servicing however was not a good experience.
Firstly I assume when you make an appointment for 10: 30 am, your vehicle will be serviced at 10: 30 am. That's normally how the world works with the exception of the doctors office and londonderry dodge.
I was sent home in an Uber. My vehicle didn't go in until 1: 30. I didn't get it back until after 5pm. I lost an entire day stuck at home with no vehicle for what was essentially an oil change and tire rotation that would've taken 20 minutes at jiffy lube.
I was having an issue with the start stop feature which I was told was fixed. However it works even worse than before, but I'm not willing to waste another whole day on the process so it can wait until my next maintenance.

A very pleasant experience with Ahmed and the support folk. The "salesmanship" was low-key, and we felt no pressure, and if chance permits, I'll recommend both Ahmed and the dealership.

The staff at Londonderry are great, very friendly. They had my 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee in and out very quickly. I am very glad that I bought from them.

I closed my deal within a few days and the other new truck manager Ray Sinclair was there when I picked up my ride. Ray ensured that everything was ready to go. March 02,2021 - Had my 2020 Ram 2500 Limited Diesel serviced today. Friendly service and really appreciated the mention of other service to be performed on my Ram. Lucy my Advisor was super and made me aware of the progress and recommended service requirements that the technician pointed out. Truck was ready when promised and I was very pleased with all of the great service I received.

Best dealership in the city!

Brought my van in for a recall on the headrest as it had deployed on its own without cause. I would have replaced it myself but the part was $600. So I brought it in for the recall. When we got it back the SRS service light was on. I took it back in to let them know the light was on and they told me it was unrelated so it would cost me minimum 1 hour labor to diagnose. I said the light didn't come on until we had problems with the headrest and all I needed was for the light to be cleared. They wouldn't clear it for me. They offered to scan it and if it was related it wouldn't cost me anything but if it was unrelated then I would have to pay. At this point I didn't trust them and when I mentioned that the service manager said if you don't trust us then maybe you shouldn't bring your vehicle here so I left. Funny I wouldn't have brought my vehicle there if it wasn't a recall, as I am a journeyman heavy equipment mechanic and I do my maintenance and repairs myself. When I got home I hooked it up to my solus and cleared the SRS light. It is off now. Just thought I would give them a chance to finish the job before I did. I will never be back.

Update: the light came on again a few seconds after starting the van. I scanned it with code B1C14. ORC driver headrest. I popped the back of the seat open and found the headrest wasn't plugged in. It was just hanging there. I plugged it back in and the light is out now while running. Kind of fishy it being there for a free recall for the headrest and it wasn't plugged in causing a light to come on.

Took my 2014 Jeep srt in for a coolant flush. The service tech/advisors immediately knew that something else wrong as well based on there expertise. After running a free diagnostic they determined it was a leak from my radiator and notice a couple other things that needed to be repaired/replaced as well. They were very good with updates/communication and confirmation of the parts being installed before hand. All said and done they offered me a discount on my total price which I really appreciated! Kerri was my service advisor and she went above and beyond with everything she did for me and my vehicle! Only thing downside to my experience was no loaner vehicles available. I am a very busy guy and all though they did offer 50% discount on a rental vehicle the convenience of a loaner is always a better option. Wasn’t a big deal just had to drive around my summer vehicle for a couple days while the repairs were getting done. However for some people I can see this would be an issue due to the fact that not everyone has 2 or more vehicles I’m sure that if you described your situation to them they would figure something out to accommodate you. I’ve been bouncing around dealerships since I bought the Jeep and by far this dealership has been the best and most cost effective experience out of them all. Needless to say I will be returning for any required work needed on my Jeep. Thanks so much guys!

First time experience, had a freak incident where my gear shift lever broke.on a Friday, they called my by Monday with the solution and a quote and had it fixed well before noon the next day and paid for my Uber down to the shop. Excellent service!
