Londonderry Mall

Londonderry revamped there whole mall which I was surprised to see BUT I do miss the oldondonderry back in 2004

This mall is quite clean for a mall that lacks garbage cans. I often find myself wanting to throw trash on the floor so they get the hint.

Wow! The washroom near the foodcourt looks incredible! I hope they'll be able to maintain it. Cool layout!

Today there was security every where! Even in the bathrooms and parking lots. I arrived around 10am and left around 3pm. Very unsettling to be surrounded by so many security people.

A lot of homeless people will aggressively ask you for money and won't stop. Don't bike to the location as I've seen many people from a distance pull out lock cutters from their bags and ride the bike away.

An easy going and fun shopping experience. The mall is easy to navigate and has lots of great stores.

Hand sanitizer was not at the entrance when you entered the mall. I think hand sanitizers should be at strategic places in the mall. Thanks.

Parking was not the best, and washrooms could be cleaner. Security was not too present as other malls. Has good services and shops though.

Changing my review it's been 5 years they still need seats in the hallways for us people that aren't actually going in the store but waiting for the person that is it is a very uncomfortable shopping mall the stores are getting better

If your spending time in the mall make sure to stop by New York fries the best fries I've ever had. Other than that most of whats open is pleasant nothing to boast about.

A great mall with a decent selection of shopping. They have a large food court with good options. There is also a grocery store and a pharmacy. Its a great place that will meet most needs.

They also have EV charging stations.

Just a shxt hole northside edmonton mall, but it gets the job done and is arguably better than the malls in Abottsfeild, Westmount, Capilano, Bonnie-doon & Mayfield Common tho I suppose.

Layout to second level is not thought out.

You have to go to either end of level to go up or down.

No mid point access to lower level.

It sound menial but if one set of escalators is down you need to cross the mall go down then back track then entire mall.

It will be sad to see this one meaning Save on Food's close up. The people who work here are out standing all around the store. The pharmacist are terrific and more. Yu will be missed indeed.

This Mall is great after it got renovated a few years ago. Nice and clean. It's got, library, post office and much more that makes it special. They don't have Best Buy any more.thats sad.

So many deals so many back to school must haves! Urban planets closing 10 and less on all summer fashions. Winners like always the best option for winter clothes. Plus a few other stops along the way of course. Spencer's for earrings too.couldn't forget. Highly recommended parking not to bad either.

Beautiful mall with a great selection of stores. Simons, Oomomo and Minoso are what made me drive all the way from Terwilleger!

Hate this mall. It’s like the second anyone turns into the parking lot, they go all smooth brain. The food court is a zoo (what pandemic?) and all the staff look terrified that they’re about to be part of the next outbreak and they’re helpless to stop it.

Just went to " The Seven 80" to get some shirts. The mall was clean and walkways very clearly marked. If you want fantastic and unique Oilers gear.check out that store! Great staff and selection

Compared to the other main malls of edmonton, the shops available are quite few.however, most of the essentials are available here

My saving grace. My phone crashed and i went to inquire about fixing. The cost to fix was high. The team at the Londonderry mall performed a miracle and i walked away with a new phone and a lot of accessories. Hetul, you are the man, thank you for making my day. Amazing service. Very good option for north side Edmontonians. Food court is always busy because people can get everything here. Also a huge space is available for parking all the time.

I have NEVER EVER been this disappointed before with my lashes, they were done POORLY, half of them fail off after 2 days without touching water after 4 days they were all gone gone I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone that are serious about their lashes, it’s honestly a waste of time and money.

Went into Telus store was NOT greeted. One guy on phone obviously on hold. Other 2 employees were with customers and still no hi be right with you greeting.we left after few min without purchasing a new Samsung phone

It’s a nice mall, bright and airy. Lots of great stores and an excellent food court. This mall has gone through several renovations over the years, I remember going to this mall in the early 80’s and back then it was dark and dingy so this is a vast improvement. Lots of changes over the years for the better. Literally everything you need is at this mall. From apples (Save on Foods) to zippers (Fabricland). I will continue to go to this mall as I like this current version.
October 6,2010. Returned once again and enjoyed the visit. Although the mall seems to be suffering from more vacancies than ever. Its still doing okay and there is still lots of good shopping at this mall. I will continue to come here.

Pics are from the food court. Wife had Greek food from "Jimmy the Greek", which she really enjoyed. Daughter had the KFC bowl, which she thought was bland, and I had New York Fries poutine, which was a lot of food for the money. The food court area was clean.
Bathroom in Hudson Bay store was nasty. Needs a reno badly. Not sure why they can't afford a reno, when they charge 40 bucks for a t-shirt here. The toilet seat was 30 years old, I'm sure.
The mall itself is well maintained though!

Nice to see so many unique shops open here and the adding in popular stores you normally see in the much larger malls. Always seems to be clean and kept. I think it needs more advertising for the new stores as it's a little on the quieter side (not a complaint I hate crowds) but probably better overall for the business's.

Go here every day security keeps the place frosty, enough stores to get what you need. Seriously though get rid of the bay and toss a Wallmart in

Loved the Halloween event, except that at 5pm when it started and we arrived most stores were out of candy or not participating. Either more candy needs to be planned for or more rigid event timelines followed. I read other reviews this happened last year too.

It's an ok mall. Lots of changes done and more imported stores from Japan and some high end over priced stores. Overall kinds sucks. Only 2 escalators now. On opposite ends of the mall. Far to many students from the schools crowding the isles and being rude.

Is H&M even going to open? I haven't seen anything on the website or Facebook. The sign at the mall says opening soon. Confused.

I'm the last few years Londonderry has really been fixed up and it looks great now, for soothing shopping it has lots of options no matter what your age or gender.

Nice mall. Clean. Not as big as West Edmonton but very nice. Quite a few stores and a nice food court.

Solid after the renovation with Simon's, Winners and EPL location. Not enough connection between floors and some vacant storefronts.

I enjoyed myself immensely. A fantastic shopping trip and that doesn't happen often for me. Lol. I'm serious

I love the changes that have been done to modernize the look and feel of this mall. The selection of stores is great, the food court is excellent, and everything is bright and modern. Not a huge mall, but also less crowded. Great parking.

This mall has improved so much since i first moved here 5 years ago. They have done a great job with it.

The mall is o.k but the interactive map on the web site is not user friendly. Difficult to see, read and navigate. I am handicapped and have difficulty getting around. It would be appreciated if improvements could be made to the map. Or I can just stick to strip malls and park out front.

They've done a good job sprucing up this mall. All the updates really shine. The new library is especially well done and inviting.

My niece and her friend were at the mall today. They are 15 years old and were shopping around doing what kids do. They tried on some stuff at Ardene’s. But didn’t buy anything. As they left the change rooms they put the stuff that they had tried on back on the racks.

Apparently the store staff assumed they stole something and alerted security even though they hadn’t witnessed a crime.

As the girls were sitting in the food court they were confronted by two staff from the store and 5! Yes 5, Security guards. All for two little girls. Absolutely ridiculous. Did you really need 5 grown men to handle two 15 year old girls? Pretty damn intimidating. Reduced them to tears almost immediately. One of the girls was forced to let the security gorillas search her bag. Not sure if that was legal. I’m sure they asked her for permission, but with 5 men hovering over her, did she really have a choice to say no?

The girls were shamed and treated like garbage in front of a food court full of people. Despite there being no proof of any wrong doing. There was absolutely no evidence of any shoplifting whatsoever and the security staff had no grounds to search the bag.

Even if there was evidence why weren’t they asked to leave the food court and taken somewhere privately instead of being berated publicly by the Ardene’s staff and the security tough guys.

Not sure of the legality of what happened here today, but you can rest assure that we will find out.

I have been shopping here since the 80’s and can absolutely guarantee that no one in my family will be setting foot on the property again. This is not how you treat people. I’ve heard stories about the Mall toy cops before but never pain them much mind. Guess they aren’t stories, they’re fact.

I was forced to give 1 star as you can’t give a zero star review.

I am rating this mall with 5 stars while this place deserve more than this. Max of the time when I came here I got an amazing offers on my stuff and appliances. I am literally pretty much impressed from this place that is i came here to write the review. I would like to say go grab your offers. This place is literally amazing.

Security was super helpful last week helping me out. Very Professional. The mall was clean and bright and I love the landscaping by Save On great addition.
