Londonderry Tailors & Dry Clean

As a tailor they are good but for dry cleaning they are TERRIBLE. I spent $130 on dry cleaning suits. They all came back with the same dirt as before. The lady refuses to refund my money and refuses to take accountability because she says they “send out their clothes for cleaning”. Okay… but I gave my money to you… the transaction was with your business… should my clothes not be your responsibility? My suits came back dirtier than before and my winter jacket’s fur hood is missing. I am only writing this review because i am baffled that they are refusing to take fault or provide a refund.

Used the repair service to replace a zipper in my winter coat. After picking up the parka the zipper failed again within a few uses and I returned to the store. They were helpful and kind enough to check their records as I did not have the receipt. There was no problem with them offering to repair the zipper and making a suggestion that might ensure that the zipper will be trouble free going forward.

We came in for some alterations on a tight schedule, she did them quickly and beautifully. Definitely going back in the future if needed.

They don't even deserve one star. They had my bridesmaid dress for 2 weeks, I called the day it was supposed to be ready as I was leaving the very next day for a wedding it wasn't even ready yet said it would be ready by 2: 30pm I pick it up at 5 and I'm 100% sure they didn't do any alterations it was still really big so it seemed like it wasn't taken in at all and it was extremely long so it wasn't hemmed either. I had to use safety pins all over my dress just to be able to wear it. Cost me $150 for these alterations and I'm sure they weren't done. I would highly recommend not using them terrible terrible work.

I have always come here for repairs and additions to my clothing. The seamstresses are very professional, experienced, and the work is always done on time! Thank you for saving so many of my jackets and jeans!

The tailor shop was hidden a little bit in the mall, they do have an entrance right by their shop which is very convenient.

I think that the quality of their work is great and the ladies are very friendly, everything was done in a timely manner

Came in last minute and needed something hemmed within the hour. It was done in 30 min! Will come here again!

Overall this is a terrible place, I tried getting getting some pants hemmed and they said they could not even after calling.

I’m upset that I tried to save $10 bucks and went to the place that clearly has all all bad reviews. I should have just got it done downstairs!

Best place to get your Pants hemmed. Ladies are wonderful to deal with. And can't think of anyone better to hem my pants

Terrible customer service, my friend came here to get her dress tailored and she was told she was too fat and she should just go on a diet instead.i’ve seen multiple other reviews/ heard other people say they had a similar experience, not to sure why this place is still open.

Fast & lower price for a zipper replacement for my work jacket than many other's! Arrived a little after 11 on a Saturday, was told could have it back after 3 on Sunday! Don't know how long it takes to get it done personally, but next day service on outdoor work gear is much better than coming back a week or more later! Quietly tucked away in a corner as the Mall undergoes renovations, yet they were quicker than some of the bigger name's & didn't gouge on the cost! Friendly.
