A staff (no need to mention her name) is a very disconnected communicator. Very frustrating to deal with her. Even my insurance company are finding it too confusing to understand her, and she does not attempt to understand the caller.
I will NEVER recommend this place, unless communicating with MANAGER directly, which I requested 3 times, yet she ignores me.
I will write a complaint letter.

Decided to stop by with my wife to take a look at the new electric line. It was 2pm on Monday, plenty of sales people around but none could bother to help us. Guess we'll go back up to Heritage in Edmonton.

Amazing service, made my first car experience a moment to remember forever. Henry was absolutely amazing and an great salesman, knew everything there was to know about the car I was interested in and was filled with information.

Took my new for me GLK 350 in for it's scheduled A1 service yesterday. As a first time MB owner I wasn't sure what to expect, but the previous owner meticulously maintained the car at Lone Star so I felt compelled to honor the service history.

Such a painless experience. I was greeted by Whitney who had already reviewed the previous service history & explained what an A1 service is. About 3 hours later I picked up my car and was advised my vehicle was indeed in excellent condition with no issues.

Thanks to the previous owner for maintaining my GLK properly at Lone Star and thank you Lone Star for properly maintaining my vehicle, even before it was mine.

Shop rate is cheaper than other dealerships I checked out. Even Nissan had a higher rate than Lonestar. I was happy with the parts pricing, shop rate, and the service I received. They explained what percentage of brakes I had left unlike other dealerships that just say “they’re almost done”. I’ll definitely be using Lonestar for all my future service and repair needs.

Let me tell you, this dealership Is an absolute nightmare! They misdiagnose cars and let you drive away in a total mess. It's like they don’t even care about your safety. It’s Unacceptable! Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of this place!

For a luxury vehicle dealership you would think of luxury service and care right? Wrong, if you want to feel safe and know that there is something wrong with your vehicle you would think they would do their best to diagnose what is wrong with your vehicle. Not at all, I wouldn’t recommend this place because they won’t do it for you and you’ll be driving on a bomb with wheels after saying that they found the problem only to have it breakdown on you again when you’re on your way back from from a 7 hour drive back from Calgary.

We had a great experience trading our car. Henry was extremely nice, available and helpful. Our new car works great and we received a very honest offer for our trade in vehicle. I would definitely recommend.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. My girlfriend purchased a vehicle two months ago from this dealership only to have it breakdown in the middle of our road trip to Vancouver. Don’t rely on them to purchase a safe vehicle or to get service done by them. They will take your money and not fix any issue.

As far as we are concerned, Lone Star Mercedes is the only dealership we trust with our vehicles. We have had a wonderful experience every time! Vehicles are never bullet proof and requires maintenance and repairs at times. The service department is amazing and works hard to make sure any issues are fixed properly without trying to up sell you. I believe a company is defined by how they handle tough issues, or unexpected repairs.you always walk away confident and grateful for their transparent and honest care.
