Lone Star Plumbing and Heating

Just had the best experience using Lone Star Plumbing! I called last week after a neighbour highly recommended them when I had told her I was having issues finding someone to help and stressing out due to hosting an event of over 30 people at our place the next weekend and our toilet not always flushing.

They booked us in a few days later with Grant showing up first thing in the morning (even a bit early!:) to see about making some adjustments to fix it. In the end, my husband and I decided we'd like to replace it with a toilet we'd have more confidence in and under Grant's instruction, I immediately got on the phone and with Jasmine's help I finally chose the toilet we wanted! She was SO patient, kind and personable helping me with my multiple phone calls, working through my choices together and sending me information on each of them with a couple of other brands as well, along with prices that included labour and installation.

A few hours later Jasmine called to let me know Grant was picking up the toilet and would be back in about an hour. YAY! SUCH A RELIEF!

Grant was also super amazing and so very knowledgeable in what he does. He was so kind and friendly and had the old toilet out and the new toilet in place in no time and it works AWESOME! We are SO unbelievably appreciative and happy with the work Grant did and that he was able to come back the same day. You can definitely tell when talking to him and watching him work he takes pride in what he does. We are so grateful they were recommended to us! We will definitely be using them again and also recommending them to everyone!

We recently have two services from this company. The first time to fix a leaking problem.it turns out not fixed. So they come for the second service, now the problem get fixed, but the leave another issue that should easily be done in the second service. So when I write email to ask for fixing the problem with warranty. They still wanted to charge me for another service fee. This recurrent pattern of unresolved issues that result in extra service fees is frustrating and disappointing!

If one doesn't chase or take care of every issue been solved, then, one easily needs another new service.

Highly recommend Lone Star Plumbing. We had an issue with an outdoor water bib and ran into an issue on the first service call but Ryan took care of us. The Lone Star team are responsive, customer focused, professional and stand by their work! Highly recommend! Thanks again Ryan!

Jason was awesome. He replaced a leaky furnace connection, replaced a leaky supply connection on the irrigation system, and restarted the pilot in our gas fireplace. And all with professionalism and a ready smile.

I contacted Lone Star to connect my new BBQ to the gas line. Their online reviews were excellent and my initial contact with Jasmine was very helpful. On the day of service, Jason called and arrived early. He was pleasant, efficient and professional. He had the job done quickly and answered all my questions clearly. We've gotten help from Lone Star several times and they are now our "go to" plumbers. Grant is very efficient, does good work and answers any questions.

I have used their services twice now and am very happy with the results. I hired them to replace a manifold for an in-floor radiant heating system, and to correct several significant issues present with the boiler, from poor installation and quality from Knight Plumbing and Heating a couple years earlier. Our tankless water heater suddenly stopped working and I contacted six different companies for quotes. Lone Star came in with the best pricing, was able to come out quickly, and did a great job. Ryan answered all my questions promptly and the crew (Ed and Kerry) were punctual and knowledgable. I wouldn't hesitate to use Lone Star again.

I was very happy with the work done and service provided! Grant came to fix my garburator and was able to fix it super quickly and cheaper than I expected. He also showed me a couple other things/tips while he was there (where/how to change the batteries on an automatic faucet, what to do if it stops working). Later that day, I noticed there was no power to my dishwasher. When I called to see if maybe it was related/unplugged or something, they sent someone else out, and this person (I forget his name!) ended up taking apart my dishwasher and fixing it despite thinking it likely wasn’t related to the work done previously. It was so nice of him, and the company to send someone when they did not think it was related to the work they completed. I’m very appreciative and would absolutely recommend these guys!
