Great shop! J Long used to finance me equipment back in the day. I’ve bought a lot of gear from L&M.

Great selection of instruments and helpful staff. I enjoyed the collection of violin bows. The practice rooms were also great so that I could spend as much time as I wanted to test them out in private. Found something that is good value for money and good quality.

This is the best music store chain in Canada. Lots have come and gone and I've shopped everywhere. L&Ms staff, policies, prices and sales are incredible.

I have had the pleasure of dealing with this store and the awesome people inside for just over a year now. Most recently, John Heals walked me through some great options over the phone on a variety of podcast gear that I was looking to upgrade. Typically, you don't get such quality service over the phone with the majority of places you call with inquiries. But, John couldn't have been any more patient, kind, and knowledgeable, handling all of my scattered questions. I honestly won't go anywhere else but to this store when I need anything or have any questions about future purchases.
It was all smooth sailing.

Today, I went to this place & looking for some cleaning tools for my Alto Saxophone.the staff is very helpful, recommended one of the care kit & explain why should I buy that item.if you are a beginner or interest on learning musical instruments, this is the place you are looking for. (Staff wouldn't bit you & friendly)

Rein was very well put together, fast to accommodate my weird request for making an electric sound like an acoustic through headphones and play silently. Manufactured a brilliant salution through his knowledge. If you need something talk to this guy.

Nothing but great service there, my children take guitar and piano lessons and the teachers are fantastic we have Carlos and Esteban, thank you for being great teacher and sharing your love of music with my children. Highly recommend

I came in with the other most recent person to leave 1 star, your staff here is miserable and pretty much implied we couldn't afford to shop here? Hate to break it to your workers but most people selling product should do their best not to insult paying customers? I too hate having to beg someone to let me spend money. Won't be back. Not only do you not care in store, I see the one replying to reviews has chosen to ignore our reviews. Guess we made the right call deciding to give up on coming here. Like many other online content creators I guess I've seen the truth about how little you guys care. Kind of insulted. Especially given I know my friend also left a review. Which is not showing anymore? Paying to remove negative feedback?

I wanted to give a shout out to Ranjit! He was friendly, knowledgeable and helped me discover I’ve been the proud owner of an original 1962 Fender Jaguar for almost 40 years (and I didn’t know it). I will always go back to Ranjit and Long and McQuade!

I love this location! The staff is always friendly, especially Gavin in the rental department. He is so helpful and very thorough. He gives great advice on products and purchases! He really knows his stuff. He goes above and beyond the job and I am thankful for his help every time I go in there!

Excellent music store. Large selection of instruments, plenty of guitars and bass guitars.

Had a problem with my bass, they fixed/replaced under warranty. Dean is the man, he is exceptionally knowledgeable and provides top-tier customer service!
