I have been waiting for my parc to be delivered since Nov 10 and it still isnt here. They threw it in a pick up area. They are paid to deliver it.

Honestly, I didn’t have an issue with this company, other than their delivery drivers not trying as hard to get the package delivered once they access into my apartment building, but my item came fairly quick and undamaged. I would be more willing to trust these guys again for delivering my items, I don’t know if it was just the one time luck with the company considering all the bad reviews but even the phone customer service was very easy and quick when I wanted to switch my delivery to a pick up instead.

Was sent two very important packages — the sender made a mistake regarding the delivery address, and the first delivery attempt failed. The next day, it took me five minutes to contact the customer service support via chat and modify the information. Two hours later, both packages arrived home safely.

Loomis Express employees were prompt to correct a mistake that wasn’t theirs to begin with, and provided high-quality service.

Was supposed to pick up a package from my home. Didn't even give me time to get down the stairs before they were already gone from the door. Ran out side to hail the truck down and they didnt even look over at me. Window down, 20 feet away as I am yelling. Zero stars.

Horrible service. The delivery driver left a slip saying they will try to deliver again the next day. Waited around for the delivery as they sound would be coming to find out it was never even loaded on a truck, and that I had to pick it up. If you see loomis as the carrier be prepared for headaches and god awful service. Never will go near this company or anyone who uses them to ship again.

Went to pick up package this am as it was confirmed on their website it was here and they sent it back and didn’t update their system which required a sent back scan. Waste of gas and time. Very inefficient!

Why dont they just call me and tell me to drive 45 min one way to their terminal?

They never used the door bell - we work from home.

The Door tag asked for a signature, which I gave them on it, and then they stuck another right next to it with "DELIVERY FAILED" due to no signature.

Pathetic customer service. Rude af. Unorganized and poorly managed company. 1 customer rep says package will be delivered before this time, when I didn't receive package at that time and talked to another cs rep. She says we don't give ETA.
Loomis needs to figure out if they can or can't provide ETAs.
Never gonna order anything from any company who's gonna use loomis for delivery.

Please be advised to avoid using this courier service at all costs, whether you are a personal or commercial customer. In my recent experience, this company has proven to be a scam. I ordered a product and they used this courier to deliver it, but the package did not move at all in Ontario. When I called to follow up about a week later, the package suddenly showed up in Alberta, as per their tracking record.

Afterwards, I was informed that there were '2 attempts to deliver' to my location, but they were unsuccessful even though there were people at home waiting for the package. No one had knocked on the door or called for the delivery. When I contacted the company, they told me that their delivery agent did not have a phone to call me and that I had to reschedule for a '3rd delivery'.

Upon calling their customer service, I was informed that I had to pay $10 for the 3rd delivery because the first 2 attempts were unsuccessful. This was ridiculous as they had not contacted me for any instructions or issues regarding the delivery. As someone who frequently shops online, I have never had any issues with other courier services, only with Loomis. It seems they just want to charge extra money!

I advise everyone to avoid using this courier service and to double-check the courier being used for their online orders to avoid wasting time and money.

The very worst Delivery company. They do not ring your bell or use the buzzer and just document that you are not home. This happened to me thrice and I even paid extra for the third attempt delivery and still did not get my package.

Agree! The worst delivery service I've ever dealt with. They are very hard to get ahold of and brutal to deal with. They don't know how to communicate and offer no solutions when you have a package that's not been delivered.

WORST company ever. I ordered from walmart and they are using them as a shipping company. Customer services was t-e-r-r-i-b-l-e. No tracking information. If you receive a tracking number from Loomis might as well ask for a refund right away

Expecting a parcel 4 days ago, driver didn’t attempt to deliver because of weather! Spoiler alert, It’s winter in Calgary for the next 5 months. Hoping it arrives before then. 4 attempts recorded on the tracker but no delivery. Very dissatisfied.

Worse delivery company ever! With right address they sent my package back to sender… they told didn’t locate big 10 floors building in the middle of the city… never had problems with other companies

Smoothies were suppose to be delivered Wednesday, it got “delivered Thursday at 11pm. To A Different Address! Customer service sent a picture of it in the front lobby, but it was not my lobby. I had to drive around to all the condo buildings in my area to find it. And then had to wait for someone to go into the condo to get it. The dry ice and smoothies are all thawed. He had my buzzer code… and decided to just leave it at a random building

Why? Honestly, this has to be a joke right? Tracking information is ridiculous, no time of delivery given and if you miss the drop, the only pickup location is up North? Why pay extra for this? Never ever again will I use them for anything. Oh, and don't bother with the online chat unless you have a ton of time to kill. 0/5

Packages always show up with damages; very hard to get answers to when shipments will arrive and they always take much longer to show up than expected. Current package has been sitting in a warehouse waiting to be repacked due to damages for nearly a week before it can continue on towards the destination city. Very poor quality of service.

Terrible customer service. Extremely condescending and rude. Spoke with “customer service” and they were less than helpful. Would give 0 stars if I could. Do yourself a favour and use any other company for deliveries.

Horrible service! They 'apparently' made 2 attempts to deliver to my house. The first attempt the guy was so fast we couldn't get to the door quick enough. He was already driving off down the street. The second attempt we were told the package was undeliverable because our house looked abandoned? What? ! My address was correct. I even went so far as to give extra directions. Across from gas station. White house. Green door. Trees. So then I had to call around to see where my package was. I have to now drive an hour and a half to go pick up my package at their warehouse. I am really not happy with Loomis!

I needed my package badly the day it was supposed to be delivered, it took no longer than 25 seconds to get to the door and Houdini was already long gone. I’m not sure what the policy on waiting for someone to answer the door is, however my inability to teleport really makes loomis delivery’s difficult to accept. I paid an additional $40 for expedited shipping… I would pay $80 next time to have anyone but loomis ship it.

Had such a hard time trying to find an expensive box of plants in the last 24 hrs. Thought I would try the depot. The staff there (sorry I didn't get names) a gentleman and 2 wonderful ladies working at 1pm may 5th made my day. They found my box and made my day. Thank you so very much after the run a round and stories from canpar it was so nice to meet helpful honest staff.

I ordered a freezer from walmart, loomis tried to leave it in the lobby if my apartment building. I told them they couldnt leave it there. This was after confirming with both walmart and loomis that it would be delivered to my apartment door.
I reordered again after being assured that it would not be shipped with loomis again.it was and again they refused to deliver the freezer beyond the lobby. The excuse was covid, however during first delivery we were under no restrictions. Second attempt just mask mandate.
They had no business taking an order they wouldnt deliver and getting paid for it, twice. If I lived in a house would they have left it on my lawn?
That is a breach of contract and they took the order in bad faith because they knew they would not complete the order.

Was left a notice that they couldn't enter my building and required my cell phone number for re-attempt the next day. I entered this information onto the site online, and subsequently received a snarky phone call telling me that the drivers can't call people. There was no re-attempt the next day, no door-knocker left telling me where to pick up the package, and the tracking function on the website doesn't work (seems to only be able to track by "waybill number"). So I have no idea where my package is or when I'm supposed to get it. The website does not allow you to find where to pick up your package without creating an account.that seems to be entirely for businesses that are sending packages. I have never been so appalled by a delivery service and would not recommend this service to anyone.

They charge ten dollars to redeliver your package even if they typed your phone number down incorrectly and the notification of attempted delivery was blown off the window (mailbox at house wasn't used). Had to be escalated to a manager each time to try to reroute the package. Customer service tries to pass the buck to the team leads and meanwhile they talk to you with sarcasm. Tried to call again to reroute the package and they tried to pass the buck to the team lead again (who originally never noted my account by the way- his name was Aman).

Should have read the reviews before shipping with Loomis. My one day delivery is now at 5 days and counting. NEVER EVER will I use Loomis again! It has been the most frustrating event to try to resolve. Customer service is the worst. I will be using a carrier pigeon next time - faster and more reliable. Potentially going to lose my client over this and feel completely helpless with Loomis.

No customer service. No company should agree to deliver a package to an address they state they won't deliver to. Classic breach of contract. Let someone else deliver the parcel like UPS who provide brilliant service. I will never use them again.

I have lost several mails when using Loomis Express and I'm now frustrated with myself for committing the same mistake more than once of picking Loomis Express for delivery. You have more chance of the mail getting to the destination using snail mail put on a mail box. The worst mailing company ever

By far the absolute worst delivery service that could ever exist. Word of advice, if you want a vacuum from Walmart don't order online. Driver claimed to have buzzed in every day since last Wednesday. A week later, and two complaints to the company and they've done absolutely nothing. Not to mention both myself and my girlfriend have been home during the typical delivery times yet not a single time have they buzzed in or even try to deliver the package; and if you don't think this can get any worse, the customer service employees need to re-evaluate their career choice as none of them have any sense of sympathy, nor kindness. The whole time I was on the phone I receive nothing but rudeness and felt as though I was being talked down to even though this is completely their fault. If you made it this far, just don't waste your time. You'll regret it and end up having to spend more time and money getting the package yourself.

This company is the absolute worst I’ve experienced. First, they only try to deliver twice. Good luck trying to reschedule it online. I asked the driver over the intercom to deliver on Monday as I was off and he said yes but then I had to pick up my package in practically Balzac - yes, this current address is out of date so don’t go here. Good luck if you see that whatever you ordered is coming with this company. I would cancel next time.

Loomis doesn't deliver to post offices (wish Walmart told me when I bought). I gave them my home address Thursday but Friday night they called and left a message saying they couldn't deliver to a post office. They didn't return my call until Monday morning when I expected them to deliver. I had to pick up because my package was at the depot. The guy I talked to said they were severely understaffed not that it was an excuse.

Reference tracking number is all i was provided i checked literally everyday every hour and nothing i contact loomis they say that visions never shipped the package yet even tho visions gave me a '' Your package has been shipped email'' a week earlier. Literally after hanging up with loomis i left to the store to come back home to find a Loomis express Door knocker card for a delivery attempt 10 minutes after ive left. Now im screwed gotta wait til after boxing day to give parents their christmas present. After calling back to explain They told me i have to confirm the tracking number with visions. Which is complete BS because after the delivery attempt The reference Number seems To SHOW EVERYTHING NOW. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE STRAP YOUR PACKAGE TO A PIGEON AND HOPE FOR THE BEST

I’ll stick with Purolater. They had the wrong address- instead of the driver calling to get the proper one - which was just around the corner from where they were (and which Purolater would have done), they marked as “invalid address”. Called customer service to correct address to be told I’ll have to wait until another day after clearing my day for this delivery and that the issue isn’t their problem.

Bldg is horrible should have been gutted years ago. Surprised it's still standing. To many support poles in warehouse hard getting around. Dock plates are horrible.

Called numerous times to get ignored after being on hold for 10+ minutes, my order of 1 hard drive has taken over a week and a half now. The delivery driver left 2 notices and said he attempted delivery by slapping them on the front of the building but had he even tried to get in i would have gotten a phone call. The 3d time he actually tried to get in and unfortunately my phone had an update and was off. I have called support after the fact too and she tells me she will call me back after management has emailed her in 1-2 hours. I get no call back. So i called in and she said the same thing even after confirming with her that this was after the companies hours and that she was 100% sure she would call me. She took my information again, i have waited. No answer. Im now on hold again after being transferred to a deadline for 30 minutes. Assuming the lady has left.give me my item!

I ordered products through Purdy's. I took the day off work to accept the delivery. The delivery driver did not even try to attempt delivery, the Buzzer number was provided to him by the shipper. I was offered that the driver would try the next day to come when I was home. The next day (today), the driver showed up at 2pm, rang the Buzzer and I spoke to him as the Buzzer is connected to my cell phone. The delivery driver read the instructions to me from the lady I spoke to last night. I then hung up the phone and called Loomis again, I was told that the driver would come at 5: 30pm. At 5: 25pm I called again to Loomis and was told that the driver was on his way and running late, if he had not arrived in 20 to 30 mins to call back. I waited 30 mins, called back, spent 15 mins on the phone, transferred to a supervisor who lacked any kind of customer service skills, granted I was fuming with this ridiculousness. I had an event to attend at 6pm. The supervisor, didn't acknowledge the lie of the previous person, he then offered that they are going to try and maybe deliver my order on Saturday. He said he would call back to confirm. So far, no call. Never use this company.

Update: I did not receive a call back from the supervisor or management as I was told I would. The driver himself called at 10: 45am on Saturday to say he could be at my home in 30 mins. To which I answered, as I said to the supervisor last night, I would be leaving my home at 10am and I would not be back until 5pm. He was uncomfortable. I offered, if you are willing to allow my neighbor to accept the delivery for me, he could bring it. He agreed. I do not recommend Loomis Express. What an awful experience and terribly managed company.

This place is hands down THE WORST delivery service I’ve ever dealt with. Driver didn’t even show up for 3 days and kept saying I wasn’t home. Well the door was open and I was home all day! Worst place ever.

Easy to work with when picking up but I would really appreciate a pickup location being opened in the south part of Calgary. It's a real pain having to drive north everytime I can't accept a shipment since I'm at work.

Worst courier there is. 50% of the time they refuse to deliver to my house because they claim it is not in there delivery area. The rest of the time they deliver no questions asked. When I mention this they get very defensive and say it's not their choice etc. They drive right past my house to deliver to a business instead so I have to go get it despite paying them to deliver to my house.

Asked for my package to be delivered at a pick up point downtown as I live there and have no car at the moment. They sent a delivery notification saying they left the package at their main centre, 15sr N. E, opening time on the notification: Monday to Friday until 7pm, Saturday 8am to noon. I think "boy it sucks, but at least I can go on Saturday morning. " I get there an the actual opening times are Monday to Friday, closing at 6pm. You are ridiculous! Worst service ever.

On the day of second delivery attempt, I got up early and waited and didn't even take shower so I don't miss the delivery. After a while of waiting and wondering, to my surpise, I find a slip. They didn't bother to ring the doorbell. Wth. Now I have to travel more than an hour back and forth to pick up.
