Loomis Express

Loomis can be a bit of a headache to deal with, but the main lady that answers the phone at the Red Deer depot is pleasant and helped me chase down a package for me a couple times now. She gets 5/5!

However the 1-800 number is always horrrrribleeee customer service. They are always so extremely rude and obviously hate what they are doing for a living. They get -62627/5.

They should change their name to 'hold and pick up service'. They will "try" to deliver your item twice and never contact you or anything, then leave a note saying you're "not home" (even though you are.) Then they will leave and hold your package for you to pick up in a depot miles away from your house, so convenient!

Ordered from Walmart and unfortunately, they shipped using Loomis. As usual, it ended up at the depot on the north end of Red Deer held for pickup because 'They don't ship to Range Roads. ' I could've picked it up at Walmart with less driving so it's now further away (45 mins one way so close to 2 hrs total by the time you have to go in etc.). I called both Walmart and Loomis when I saw the label was printed as Loomis to try to get it switched or cancelled but was told by both that I'd have to just wait and that it should show up on my doorstep. Why do they accept these shipments when they don't deliver to the address? Purolator, UPS, Fed-Ex, Intelicom all come to our door.

Worst! Very RUDE staff especially that rude girl on the front! Worst worst worst customer service!

they need more training on how to handle customers! This is why I prefer other couriers.they dont even deserve a 1-star here.to that girl all I can say is quit your job, you dont belong to this industry.

The lady who runs the customer service desk in Red Deer is highly professional and does an excellent job of helping people. She deserves 10 stars.

The worst company I ever dealt with. They can't answer the phone and when I got someone on the phone she wasn't helpful and finally she hung up on me. Loomis can't deliver because I'm on Range Rd, but I live 1 mile from town, where FedEx, Purolator, UPS have been able to deliver. They are asking me to pick up my package in Red Deer. There is no words to describe this company. Don't use this company it is worthless. I would give no stars at all if I could.

Worst delivery Company ever! I still can't get a hold of anyone, they keep moving my package, haven't revived a single phone call, no responses to emails! I'm outraged. Spent $200 on an item and it's nowhere to be found. Absolute joke of a company.

Rather than delivering the package to our door, like a real courier service (Fed Ex, UPS, and Purolator) does, we received a phone call from a "Private Caller" number requesting us to drive into Red Deer to pick up a parcel. This is substandard "service"! Will be contacting the shipper to express concern that the courier service chosen did not deliver the package! Very disappointing.
