Have used Lopatka law twice for a complicated home sale. His advice and execution was top notch and affordable. I am grateful for both Philip and his legal assistant.

Additionally, I had to bring my two small children to the document signing and both were great with the kids (not required but it speaks to the above and beyond service).

Lopatka law is the way to go. I'm from a small town and was a first time home buyer so I was pretty nervous going into the lawyers office. They made me feel at home explained everything with great detail in a way that I could understand. Overall a very pleasant experience. Nicole at the front desk was very patient and kind. If I had to do it again I wouldn't change a thing. Highly recommended.

Went on 26/10/2022 at noon to ask about notarization of my graduate certificate, the secretory was so uncooperative from the moment I asked her, I told her can I book for that and she is like no we don’t have any booking, I even asked even on month later or any other month she is like no? Not sure what kind of bad customer service they have
Will not go back to them
