Loulou's Breakfast & Pizzeria

We had a breakfast here before hitting Marmot Basin ski resort. Server was really nice and food was great. Huge portion too! Would visit again next time we go to Jasper.

The all meat skillet was the best I've had.two other people had skillets also and said they were really good. One order of pancakes were cold and seemed like McDonald's pre-mades.not sure but like that.waitress very nice and helpful

Wow, this place has some of the best pizza I've ever had! Great service, clean facilities, nice atmosphere! Super delicious food!

Garden fresh salads and portions that deliver. I had the Bulgolgi cheesesteak and could only finish half. The servers were polite and on time.

I literally asked one question on the phone they just said no and hung up on me didn't even get a chance to explain or anything.

A pretty standard pizza joint, food quality is on par with expectations of a casual pizza joint. Nothing mind blowing but also perfectly decent. Good for a quick meal when the kids are hangry.
Lemonade is a peculiar green hue but it's certainly a lemonade.
They have a nice clean house salad that is refreshing after heavy meals.

Only ever ordered takeout but everytime it has been delicious. The guy that delivers is super nice. Love the convenience of the app. As someone who moved from a big city I do miss skipthedishes.

Portions are very fair for what they're charging. Pizza is good, Chinese food is good, fried pickles are good and recently discovered the cheesesteak bulgogi is great.

Well I have to say, still a great atmosphere, but the food and the service is even worse than previous experiences. Their concept of fresh and tasty lacks.

The food was yummy, and the price was affordable. We will visit Loulou's again, for sure.

We went for breakfast, and the table was dirty. We sat for 30 mins waiting for coffee refills food was mediocre and came out cold. The waiter was eating while working, and it seemed like everything was to much. Save your money and go elsewhere.

The negative:
Our server, who I'm not sure the name is as she didn't say but she was wearing a crop top, was awful. As soon as we were sat, we had to wait 25 minutes for someone else to come and take our order. Throughout our wait, we watched customers getting up and serving themselves coffee, creamer, sugar, and even ketchup. The server with the crop top even sat a couple at a table that was already taken! The man sitting there had gotten up to get his own creamer so the table looked empty.

Once our food was made, it sat in the open for another 20 minutes. 3 different servers looked at it, and walked by to deal with other things. After this wait, a cook finally walked around and served it to us.
I ordered the eggs benny. Unfortunately it was very cold, the bread was soggy from the sause, and the potatoes were unseasoned and tasted like cardboard.

The positive:

The manager was nice enough to take the eggs benny off our bill.
The poutine breakfast skillet, which my partner ordered, tasted good and hot. The carmel latte I also ordered was amazing.

Leaving this negative review is not something I take lightly, but the service we received last summer compared to today is the complete opposit!

Loulou Breakfast and Pizzaria, the all-day breakfast experience might have been a tad misleading, as their breakfast menu is only available until 2pm. Nonetheless, the diverse options available made up for this minor inconvenience. We decided to try the three cheese pizza and the lasagna with meat, and we were pleasantly surprised. The pizza arrived piping hot, with a delightful combination of gooey cheeses and a perfectly crisp crust. The lasagna was rich and flavorful, with generous layers of meat and cheese intermingling harmoniously. Throughout our meal, the waitress was incredibly attentive, ensuring that we had everything we needed without being intrusive. The service truly elevated our dining experience. Although we missed out on the all-day breakfast, Loulou Breakfast and Pizzaria made up for it with their delectable food and exceptional service. It's a place worth considering for a satisfying and enjoyable meal.

Food waited on the counter for probably 20 minutes. We got cold food. No staff talked to us, took over 20 minutes to just order the food. Not a great experience

It was fairly slow when we stopped in, but the food was delicious. I had the bacon scramble, I believe, and it was so flavorful! It was the best breakfast we had in jasper. Our server was attentive and did a good job. We come here every time we come to Jasper.

Fastest service at a sit-down restaurant I've experienced since getting to Alberta. Quiet, friendly environment, nostalgic deco. Will have to stop in again and again and again. Good portions, too.

Delicious omelettes and traditional breakfast with roasted potatoes at a great price! Service was prompt and Gabriela was very nice and friendly. We’ll be back

As I dined here for the second time it was a drastically different experience from the first. Just 3 months prior when I dined here the service was quick, friendly and the food was amazing.

Today, also a Sunday as the first time there were several things wanting. After being seated we had to wait several minutes for our orders to be taken. When our drinks were brought out for the 3 of us, one of our party had a latte delivered and it was at least another 2 minutes until the others of us got our brewed coffee which was sitting on the counter a mere few meters away.
When our coffee was delivered the accompanying cream, sugars and stir sticks arrived in our server’s palms, not on a plate of any sort.
Our food took a very long to arrive and in the meantime we had finished our coffee and had our empty mugs sitting on the table for over 5 minutes before we flagged down a different employee to assist us.
When our food arrived it was only 2 plates ready out of our party of 3, the 3rd arriving a full 5 minutes later, with the accompanying meat being the wrong order.
My “real whipped cream” was definitely nothing of the sort and it made me wonder if they had run out of it as they had run out of fresh fruit when we had tried to place our orders.
The skillet was done well but the waffles came without a pat of butter. The French toast came without syrup. And our coffee cups sat empty yet again.
The server thanked us for our patience and also apologized for the wait.
I think I will have to try a third time here because the other reviews have been so glowing but the experience was not that rosy.
