Lounge Eighteen

This is one of the worst NYE events I have attended in awhile. The theme was Hollywood-"a red carpet event. " I paid for the party only portion of the night for myself and two of my friends. All in all, $120. When we got there, the bouncer was rude and a bit unfriendly, but we shrugged that aside and went inside. In the middle of winter (ok a mild winter) but there was no coat check, and then there was no space to sit. So we were standing on the crowded dance floor with our coats in hand.

All this aside, we decided to try and make the best of it, and we went to the bar to get drinks.no luck there either. I stood at the bar for several minutes, and so eventually gave up. I'm not sure what about the night was meant to be Hollywood glamor. I think they tried to fit too many people into a small place with no plan on how to accommodate it. We left fifteen minutes after, and spent NYE at another bar which ended up costing the same as a dinner/party ticket combo.

I wonder if we would have gotten better service if we had paid for the dinner and party. That seems to be the implication.but why not just make it that, instead of offering options when you can't deliver. I can't comment on the food, so please disregard any rating about that.

Came here for new years. Paid $40 and met with a venue that didn’t. Even plan for coat check. Pathetic place

If you're looking for a fun and enjoyable night out with friends that serves amazing food, top of the sheshia flavors, and drinks, this is the place for you. What an amazing atmosphere, vibe, and a dj in the house. This is the perfect place for you. I celebrated my birthday with friends and we had incredible and memorable times. ️

My friends and family do like it here, but were shocked and dismayed to find out this time that they added the tip to our bill (17%) without telling us. We therefore ended up double tipping unknowingly and by the time we all realized it was too late. We spent quite a bit of money so it ended up being a significant amount extra. Quite a sleazy way to get extra tips with subpar service on top.

Elise is a darling and we love her; she is always transparent, genuine and an amazing server. Not sure about who served us this time but we were very disappointed by how it was handled.

Amazing ambience! Complete party place. My only regret, I didn’t dress super fancy cause it is so instagrammable

Booked a reso on Saturday for a bar hopping mixed bachelor/bachelorette party and can hands down say it was the best experience the group has ever had in this type of establishment, from the drinks to the hookah 10/10!
Want to give a huge thanks to our waitress Cass for keeping the party going & brining everyone what they needed before hitting the next bar!
As well, we can’t thank the manager Joi enough for bringing out sparklers and Champaign as a gift for us, we were completely wowed!
If you’re looking for a fun time with a large group, don’t walk run here!

Came here with a group for drinks and shisha during their happy hour. We got to the patio area really early and were some of the only people. Service was fast and they have a good selection of flavours to choose from, also they have premium flavours that have multiple flavours in one. After a few hours the place really picked up and got lively music playing, people chatting, etc.great atmosphere and vibes. Walked past at about 9: 30-10: 00 and the lights inside really added to it.
I noticed there was a dress code on the door but it didn’t seem to be a problem, I was probably underdressed. Didn’t seem to mind I had slides sandals on, but maybe because it was empty when we got there.
Also they do scan your ID, so make sure you have it because you will not be able to go in without it.

Great for spending happy hour. I absolutely love the collection of wine, and it wouldn't have been this great without the spine-tingling dramatic stories by my favourite barista Roy. Roy's service adds flavours that can't be bought anywhere else

Came in here the other night for my first time with a couple friends, and had a fantastic time, especially since we had an amazing server, Claudia was very professional yet kind and funny, will be coming back and hoping to see her again

Went here with my cousin and our server was Shasha. She was incredibly accomodating and very kind to us. Will definitely be coming back for her service!

Our server Cindy was amazing! She gave us the best service at Lounge. My friends and I will definitely come back again and hopefully we get Cindy again for our table.

I absolutely love Lounge 18. We had great food and our server Jamie was the best she was on top of everything. We never had to wait for our drinks and she is very friendly and beautiful!

Where do I start? From the moment we sat in Cindy's section she was attentive and answered any of our questions. She was so personable and although it was a bit busy when we went she always did a little check to see if we needed more drinks or had any questions. 10/10 for service! Next time I go to Lounge I'll definitely be asking to sit in Cindy's section. Good service is so hard to come by now a days but honestly good on lounge for hiring such good employees who care about the customers experience. Best service by far!

Great spot for good food, music and shisha. Was a bit worried about the wait times for food and drinks due to some of the previous reviews complaining about this aspect but our server Kirk quickly turned that expectation around as he made sure that the food and drinks came in a timely manner. Big shout out to him as he made our experience here a memorable one. Anyone looking to come here make sure this guy is your server!

Love this place! They have great food and music always! Super friendly and attentive staff. Jamie was our server the last couple times I went and we literally wanted for nothing. I will always ask for her when I get bottle service

Amazing service by one of the servers. I believe her name was Shasha. She was quick, attentive, classy and so sweet. Will be coming back!

Absolutely amazing! The place is beautiful and staff are super friendly specially Roy and the food is delicious. I love that you get a lot of food as well for the price. It’s definitely not like other expensive restaurants and you only get a small amount of food. I am definitely going back.

I went to lounge last weekend and I have to mention our waitress sheena. She was super efficient and friendly!

Every single time I visit I always get the best server. Jamie Lee is so sweet and so attentive and always goes above and beyond to make sure my experience is the best.
