Lovenote Bride - Calgary

I am obsessed with this place. I originally found it online and had to go (even though I live on the east coast in the US). On a trip to calgary, I decided to make an appointment and I found the dress! The space was calm, beautiful, and so organized. They had so many quality dresses in a minimalist but elegant style. Natalie was super helpful. I got stuck deciding between two dresses and I never felt rushed or pressured. Truly just a great experience all around.

What a great boutique with lots of options! Nadine was amazing to work with. She was so patient and kind, never making me feel rushed or overwhelmed. She listened to exactly what I wanted and helped pull amazing dresses. While I didn’t end up finding my perfect dress here I would recommend to any bride looking for a stunning dress.

Had such an amazing experience here this weekend! Natalie was extremely thoughtful and really went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable and even recommended some dresses once she got to know my style! Clean, vibey and cozy, they have a carefully curated selection of dresses that doesn't overwhelm. Couldn't recommend this place more for wedding dress shopping:)

I highly recommend Lovenote to any brides or brides to be! Right from the start, Nadine made me feel welcomed and comfortable. Lovenote was the first place I went to try on wedding dresses, and the experience set the bar high. I’m so happy I was able to find my dress at Lovenote, and for Nadine’s patience and encouragement throughout the process. Amazing relaxed experience for dress shopping! Natalie was my consultant and she was so lovely throughout the experience. Although I didn't end up getting my dress from here I would definitely recommend checking it out for any brides to be.

Nadine is so helpful and friendly, recommending dresses and also getting you to think about what you like about certain dresses to be able to recommend others. Love notes collection is beautiful and the shop itself is presented so nicely. I would highly recommend!

They have a ton of different dress options to try. They were very supportive and made me feel fabulous while trying on all the dresses.
When I was uncertain, they were accommodating in helping to book an appointment the following day to come back and try the dresses again.
Overall, super helpful and lovely dresses. So nice that they are Canadian and can be customized as well.

I had a wonderful experience at Lovenote! Natalie was my stylist and she was so helpful and supportive. She provided great recommendations for styling each dress, and she helped me to envision the customizations that could be made for some of my favourite dresses. She really took the time to help me choose the perfect dress and never pressured me to make the decision quickly. The dresses were all gorgeous, it made my decision a difficult one! I especially love how Lovenote is Canadian and woman-owned and all their dresses are made in Canada. I can’t wait to go back to the store when my dress arrives this spring. I would absolutely recommend Lovenote to anyone!

I had the best experience wedding dress at Lovenote! A beautiful boutique and I found the perfect dress and so unique to anything you see elsewhere! The team in Calgary was such an amazing hype squad and made me feel amazing in everything I tried on. Their dresses are all made in Canada and well priced.

I had a wonderful experience at Lovenote bride and found my wedding dress during their sample sale. I found that all of their dresses were more modern and flattering than other store I went to and less traditional and stuffy. Madysen and Annie were excellent, not pushy, and very helpful in pointing out alteration points and what could be changed on the dress. There is a small parking lot west of the building which is very helpful as Inglewood can be difficult for parking.

Lovenote Calgary was like a breath of fresh air while I wedding dress shopping. My first experience shopping at another store was a little bit disappointing, but as soon as we walked into Lovenote I knew it was going to be different! The dresses are all so gorgeous. I will say it’s hard to narrow them down!

Madysen and Annie were both so great! Very knowledgeable and helpful. I was between two dresses and they were incredibly patient and let me waffle between them forever! They let me know the different options available to modify the dresses and also what they would recommend for accessories, alterations, etc. There was no pressure from either of them about making a decision quickly.

I can’t say enough about how great of an experience it was and how great the shop is!

Madison is amazing. She was just as excited as we were and gave us lots of information without being over whelming. She was dedicated to making sure we had a good experience whether we ended up with a dress or not.

I recently had a bridal appointment with Annie and had a great experience. I was really impressed with the huge selection available and was excited that they had sample dresses in multiple sizes, so there was little disappointment when it came to not being able to try certain dresses on. The space is gorgeous and is a treat to the eye in itself. Would recommend to any brides-to-be!

Incredible people, incredible place. Everyone who works here is so kind and wonderful and made me feel so comfortable and special. Their dresses are beautiful and I LOVE that they are local.
Even if you aren't sure what you want, if you are a bride I HIGHLY recommend coming here to get the true special bridal treatment. They think of everything, even pinning the dresses rather than clipping them so that you get the flawless finished look. I have brought so many brides here and everyone LOVES the vibe of positivity, kindness, and calmness.

Had the most amazing experience with Madysen. I tried a couple other bridal boutiques and Lovenote is unmatched for quality of gowns and service. Madysen was so patient and positive and had the best energy to make the experience special. I have already told several newly engaged friends they HAVE to go here and try dresses. While I’m in a bossy mood, I’ll tell you all to do the same. Everyone there is lovely, but Madysen has a special place in my heart. I won’t post photos because I haven’t had my wedding yet, but trust me. It’s something else.

The styles are unique and there is a vast selection of choices for every body type. I would recommend Love Note over every other bridal store in the city.

Lovenote is a beautiful store with the most gorgeous bridal gowns. But what puts it over the top is the relaxed atmosphere and amazing customer service. We worked with Maddie (not sure of the spelling) and she was amazing. She was calm, witty, a great listener and knew exactly when to pop in and also let us have some time to ourselves. I would encourage everyone looking for a wedding dress to make an appointment at Lovenote. It was a wonderful experience!

I shopped at lovenote bridal with a party of six to find bridesmaid dresses and loved the experience. I was extremely impressed with the size range as we had XS to XXL in our party and they offered every style in every size to try on. It was great being able to see everyone in their true size. The space was large, clean, and nicely decorated. The staff was very friendly and gave us all the time we needed to switch our dress/re-try on styles.

I had SUCH a wonderful experience at lovenote. Madysen was fantastic to work with, she totally understood what I was looking for and pulled dresses that matched perfectly and looked great. I love that you get the whole boutique to yourself, too, it's so much more comfortable without strangers around. Even though I didn't find my dress here, I would definitely recommend this store and plan to go back for bridesmaid dresses and to look for a veil and accessories too.

I would highly recommend! My friend chose one of their dresses for her wedding and we found the experience super friendly, welcoming, and supportive from start to finish - Marissa was a star. They have an amazing style of dresses and are located alongside a store that does bridesmaid dresses which was really convenient!

Gorgeous shop, exquisite dresses. Annie truly made my experience so fun and relaxed. After going to about 10 shops and feeling mediocre about everything, I was thrilled to find 3 options I adored at Lovenote, with a Laudae being the winner. If you’re looking for a modern wedding dress, something a little unique and definitely stunning, this store is a must. Not to mention, free parking, easy appointment bookings and prompt communication. Stellar business.

Loved my experience at this amazing, chic new bridal studio in Inglewood! I walked into the shop with 5 friends (one another bride), and Annie made time for us and got us trying on wedding dresses (even though we didn't have an appointment, and there were two of us trying on dresses!). She took us to this beautiful private room at the back and offered free drinks (? !?) and made the entire experience a blast. She was super knowledgeable about the styles, what fits would suit us and the inventory on hand. She wasn't pushy and was super accommodating when discussing budget, offering advice and telling us about sales coming up. The store in the back - Park and Fifth, is also a fantastic place to look for bridesmaid dresses. Would 10/10 recommend going to this shop and checking it out!

Absolutely amazing experience!

Annie was so amazing I can’t say enough. She was so easy to communicate through email with and set up the appointment.

I love that the website shows all the dresses so you can really do your research before coming.

I also had a bigger group (6) and it was easily accommodated to see all the dresses.

The dresses are beautiful and the options are endless because you can change the dress pretty easily (I liked 2 different dresses: one I liked the top and the other I liked the skirt) and Annie said there was so problem customizing it.

Tons of different styles to try on and most of the dresses had 2 different sizes so you could really get a good feel for it.

I recommend this for any bride!

I am happy with the fact this store had the same dresses in more then one size so you could get a more accurate feel as a bride with the fitting. It would be nice to see more styles though. Cute little store though close to downtown

I had a really enjoyable experience trying on dresses at Lovenote Bride. Annie was so helpful and attentive, but not at all pushy. It was clear that she really wanted me to be happy. She also gave advice on how to style the dress on the wedding day.
The dresses were beautiful and contemporary. It is a smaller boutique so it does not feel overwhelming especially if you are not sure what you want. I would highly recommend this to any bride!

Beautiful new bridal store in Calgary. Annie could not have been sweeter to help me with the Bridal Dress experience. The atmosphere is Modern and so very cozy. We loved having the private appointment to try on dresses. The appointment and experience was full of laughs and life long memories. Would suggest that any modern bride pop in to find their dress.

My first wedding dress appointment experience could not have gone better - and that was all thanks to Annie and the beautiful space that is Lovenote Bride. Annie made me feel so comfortable and at home and it was as if she was a close friend shopping with my Mom and I. I would recommend Lovenote to any Bride looking for a stunning dress- especially if they love the Truvelle and Laudae designs!

Listen: I’m not a bride, and I never will be one, but if ever was -this is the ONLY place I’d ever go to. Annie is so pleasant, friendly, and inviting into her space, which is so unique and beautiful.
Here’s some highlights for you to know if you’re checking the place out:

1. You can totally go by and look around.
2. Free parking on the right side of the building for customers -in Inglewood that’s amazing.
3. Bright, natural light floods that store.

I have nothing but amazing things to say about Love Note and Annie! The entire experience of trying on dresses and purchasing my dress was an absolute dream.

A bit hard to find the store at first (don’t be fooled by the Inglewood beauty sign on the awning, that store is long gone!) but once I stepped inside I fell in love with the cozy seating and minimalistic decor. The focus here is on the dresses, and they are seriously all gorgeous! Amazing curated selection of designers, with a showcase of local talent from Vancouver. One of my favourite parts of this store was actually the way they pinned you into the dresses when you were trying them on, it was so much easier to get an accurate feel for sizing compared to the standard clips that most bridal stores use.

Annie was an absolute dream to work with! She made the entire dress shopping experience seamless. From the initial try on, to the follow-up emails and appointments, to purchase; Annie was so attentive and supportive through it all! I left the store thinking I had just bought a dress from a friend, not a company.

The shop park & fifth, which shares the space with Lovenote bridal carries beautiful bridesmaid dresses, and makes it all a serious one stop shop! Especially when you consider the stunning accessories and veils that Lovenote also carries.

Can’t wait to watch the shop grow, and send all my friends there to try on dresses!
