Went in to buy a new oven, girl working in appliance department was very friendly, we showed her a picture of exact oven that was cheaper at another store, she price matched and beat it by 10% as per Lowes/Rona policy.

Profesional staff and respectful behavior with attention to your needs. Bought kitchen cabinets from Crawford and was glad that I did.

25 minutes to cut 2 keys which aren't even right. I keep trying to have faith in a positive experience here but am let down every time

I went in recently and got some krylon paint and primer spray paint. On the can it says “no runs, no drips, no errors” and all I had was drips and runs. And I know know to use spray paint, I’ve just always used rust oleum i was a bit disappointed but overall the colors were great.

I travelled across the city to track down a sink drain assembly that doesn't exist! Fortunately, the plumbing expert at THIS Lowe's took the time to explain that to me. Then he helped me find an assembly that would work for me. Lowe's is great, and the people I've sought out are usually great as well. I'm not a handy guy, so it would be easy for employees to condescend to me, but they don't. The website is helpful, but a knowledgeable employee is even more helpful.

All the staff here have been great, and they will all do whatever they can to help their customers; from searching high and low for something you saw online, to accommodating your returns, to helping you get your purchase out to and into your vehicle. Very pleased with all of my experiences at this location, and I will even go out of my way to come to this location when I need things as the staff are so great. The store is also always very clean, carts are always available in the lumber isles, and all the staff are ready to help!

I was in the Crossiron Lowe's Home Improvement store today. I encountered 2 of the staff member's that deserve high praise. Dale & Tracey in the gardening centre were very quick to help me. They were very friendly and extremely helpful as I am not a gardener. They more than helped me decide on plants. High praise to Dale & Tracey.

I like lowes for their garden, bbq and patio selection. This store is a little smaller than others but still lots of product. We were visiting to look for halloween items as lowes always has unique items. Staff always willing to help and it gives us options compared to home depot as the airdrie HD is quite small.

The store staff is very professional and helpful. I've been to this store multiple times with no knowledge about the project that i was doing and always found the help on the product and process.

Love this place everytime I go here it gives me great ideas for improving my house! I also really love the garden center if you need stones or bricks for your garden this spot has all kinds to choose from!

Just sorry that they don't use Air Miles anymore. But oh my gosh what wonderful helpful staff. Beyond call if duty!

I give one star. But I don't want even one start. Staff is rude worst customer service. I come second time at this location today.but dispointed I deal with Sunridge location there was knowledgeable staff. Excellent customer service.

Went to the garden center and the staff all stood around chatting and joking to themselves. Noone said hello or asked if I needed help. However the store is clean and tidy. Easy to use and quiet.

The staff rudely refused to put a plant on hold for me after being told I would be able to do so a month prior. The manager said they would call me back and never did. Terrible customer service, will go out of my way to go to other hardware stores.

Big selection, the first person I talked to was more interested in his phone. A younger man had better knowledge and was much more helpful.

Yesterday we were at your store looking for a patio swing, we found one we liked and stopped a young guy coming by to ask about it. He spent 10 to15 minutes checking stock/backorders and verifying the floor model was the last of the season. He offered us the floor model at a good discount, scared up tools and I helped him dismantle it. In the parking lot we had a question about the receipt and I went back in and waited while he very patiently dealt (at length) with a customer at the return desk. It was then I realized he was a supervisor/manager of some sort. You are lucky to have an employee of his caliber. (We love the swing.)

Worst delivery service ever.

Don’t get me wrong, the guys delivering the products are great.

Lowe’s (Cross Iron) doesn’t know how to communicate with drivers or ensure they can come at a reasonable time for the delivery. I specifically told them twice I cannot have a delivery in the morning. They told me they would solve it (twice).

I was then told, don’t worry they will call an hour before they come to your place.no call. They show up when it’s about time to leave and the only reason I allowed them to stay was because they double timed and got it done before I had to leave. I asked if they were instructed to show up later and they apologized and said they had no such instruction.

The delivery guys were great. Lowe’s delivery system approach is useless and everyone will give you the run around and make everyone feel like idiots in the process.

Were looking for a washer and dryer, person working in that area was not very knowledgeable, gave some basic info, but seemed not to know too much, prices were o.k, but ended up buying elsewhere.

The staff are absolutely amazing. They are pet friendly although on the door it is sign posted no pets allowed. Yesterday in the extreme heat a female member of staff went above and beyond to offer our puppy water outside on the grounds as I ended up leaving the store whilst my husband shopped.

Waited well over an hour to get help and left. Nowhere else had what we were looking for so phoned ahead the next day.

After some convincing and some run arounds, we had the product set aside for us (honestly didn't expect it to be out for us).

Took said product home and started setting it up to notice it was damaged pretty decently (we noticed the box had some damage when we loaded it into the truck but took our chances I guess). $700 for a damaged product that you've wasted a good two hours just trying to purchase sounds like a fun plan, doesn't it?

Employee made backroom deals for a plant, and before it was even put on display had sold them all to "special" customers.
The manager on duty of the plant section assured me that a plant that had just been received and was going to come out the following day. I then learned around 30 minutes later that one employee had went into the back and sold off ALL of the plants before they even reached the floor. After assuring us that if that was the case the employee would be fired, the manager then went back on it and said there is nothing she can do. Don't expect to get any plants here unless you complain like a bashee, or maybe bribe one of the employees? And don't worry they won't get fired if you do

Was shopping in the beautiful, well kept garden center about a week ago. The staff were above and beyond helpful and knowledgeable about planting and caring for Cedars. Even helped me load everything into the truck. Great store. Will be back!

Was in there for over 30 minutes looking around for something. While in there I saw about 15 or so employees standing around doing absolutely nothing. 3 were having a conversation. One was standing looking out into space, a few just walking around. Not one asked if I needed help, said HI, it was only the cashier I passed on my way out that said, "Have a nice day". Never did find what I was looking for. Won't be going back there again.

Curbside is a waste of time. The point of it is to be quick and time saving but we didn't receive an email and had to go into the store to pick up our item. As there was no way to verify that they even had our order even or when it would be ready.

Had advertised item in stock, no lineups no problems.

Update may 2021

And just like that it goes from good service and in stock items to a online order blame game out of stock first come first served. How can an order placed online while in stock be out of stock and cancelled with no warning? Back to 1 star and back of the line for anything i need to shop for.

Had a bad experience and won't ever try to buy anything from this company ever again. I actually lost money trying to buy something that I couldn't ever get.

I was really unsure what to give this place! I had the most incredible service which is why I gave it a 4, but If not for that I would have given it a 3. I purchased a few cans of paint and had the best customer service i've ever seen, she really knew her stuff. I didn't buy enough paint and came back the next day, with my receipt to get the same stuff. I was dealing with a new woman and she told me they were out of the base I had purchased the previous day, but gave me another base and said it wouldn't matter. I painted the whole wall and it doesn't look like a cohesive piece. You can clearly see where the two different cans were used. I'm afraid to purchase more paint and do more projects, plus it was a waste of money.

Bought a new dishwasher here. Giving 3 stars because the dishwasher is fantastic and we got an awesome deal. Cant give 5 stars as everything outside of that sucked. Delivery was strange- just some guy in his pickup truck? Our dishwasher got snowed on and needed time to dry off. The sales guy originally told us he would have to charge us for delivery, even though we were within the 50km delivery radius. They told us delivery would be between 12-2, and the dishwasher arrived at 3. I think they could stand to be a little more organized and professional over at this lowes.

Will not be shopping here again, husband went to this location to purchase flooring material this evening. Before he start shopping, he confirmed with the sale associate that deferral payment plan was an option (also there was a big sign in the stores, advertising said option). When it was time to pay, he was told the deferral payment plan is no longer available. He wasted over 1 hr of his time selecting the necessary products & then had to leave it all. All Asst Manager Jeff can do was to apologize & advised it was out if his hands as it's a headoffice's decision & he cannot override it. No accountability for the giant sign still hanging in their store. Will stick to Home Depot from now as Lowe's definitely NOT GOING TO BE OUR FIRST CHOICE IN HOME IMPROVEMENT. So much for their slogan!
