They first gave me the wrong aisle, then when I got my product they wrote down the wrong product code so I had to go back and told them it was wrong, then someone who seemed to be training another just kept repeating "just take a picture, just take a picture, just take a picture" like I was stupid. When they wrote it down wrong to begin with.

Expert in plumbing would continuously interrupt me, telling me the moen part number I was giving him wasn't "a real number". When I "goog" the exact number (U362XS), it comes up AS MOEN'S SKU. I can understand an "associate"/expert struggling to help me, but I can not/shouldn't ever need to tolerate them telling me I am wrong, several times, while I am holding a screenshot of Moen's website in my hands, on my phone's screen, trying to show him. He wouldn't even bother to look, he just wanted to "teach" me something. Luck has it that amazon carries everything, and its cheaper. Edit: Grammar touch ups, and update on amazon final bill: $2500, plus tax. Sucks for Lowes.

Had our flatbed loaded and went around the corner to look at additional products, a staff member unloaded so they could use it instead
When I approached and asked why she took my loaded flatbed she told me I could walk across the store and get another one if I wanted one.

At the till she was laughing with the customer about how they took my cart and how I'd just have to get over it.

I'd highly recommend going to Home Depot over Lowe's due to the way this staff member belittles customers.

The go-to home enhancement retailer. Plants, flowers and hardware. You name it, they got it. Or close to it!

Placed an online order for pick up, no email for order status the next day. Called the store and the employee told it takes 2-3 days to process an order. What a great processing time!

I ordered a Kerdi shower system from this store, paid for it and was told I would be contacted when the product arrived in approx 5 business days. 8 business days later I called and inquired if my order had arrived. The staff member said it had arrived several days ago, when I asked why I hadn't been contacted they insisted I had. I told them I had recieved no phone call or voicemail but they insisted I had and that I was incorrect.

Not great customer service.

Was at Lowe's when they initially opened on Saturday morning. Friendly staff pointed me in the direction of exactly what I was looking for. Was in and out in under 5 minutes. Have usually found that they've been a good home improvement store on my other, rather infrequent visits. This experience was worthy of 5 stars.

This is a horrible store, and please do not go there particular the appliances sale centre is horrible customer service. The assistant manager Cooried (maybe the name is not correct) very rude and disrespectful. They are trying to sell broken and dented appliances. I spent 2 hours and was ready to load, and I found that it was dented on the side. Also, I asked them that I wanted to talk to the manager, he said that there was no manager at the duties. Again worst store ever

Went today. Tarps were in a different aisle than the employee said they would be. $43.99 for a heavy duty tarp

Whether you know what exactly you want to buy or just simply browsing, you can easily find it at Lowe’s. The store is well organized and easy to find. Although there was a time that I needed something but just didn’t know what it was called, the 2 store ladies that I asked was not a helpful. Had to leave the store disappointed ️

So well organized, clean and staff is knowledgeable and friendly!

Also they have a way with the way stores smell. It constantly smells like maple syrup. Not complaining! Although that does make me want to spend more time and money there

Get lost looking for tools. A fun place to visit for ant tool or equipment user. Convenient loading of lanscaping materials through side entrance with help of staff.

The store and staff are good - the limited staff they have. If your in any area and need help - good luck. And the worst part is - there is a large broken down 5 ton truck parked right in the entrance to the parking lot and it has been there for at least 5 years. Hard to drive in the parking lot if driving a pickup truck.

Love the building supplies but I went for a propane exchange and was given such a problem. First they said they wouldn't exchange my tank because it didn't have the exchange paper around it then they said the tank was expired, isn't that why we do an exchange? On the website, it's so vague that the manager decided to do the exchange. Petro Canada exchanges for a few dollars more with no attitude. Costco fills a tank for $12 so if your tank is still good, go there.

Very good customer service, especially Assistant store manager Mr. Gagan was very helpful and cooperative, I had a warranty issue on Kobalt product but he went beyond his limit to find a solution for the product which I was facing a problem.

As well as Mr. Jim in the flooring department was very helpful and he was assisting me in finding the right product.

Overall all of the staff in this location are very good in customer service, they never disappoint you.

BEWARE online orders from these jokers. Their website claimed to have 3 ovens in stock but that was not correct. They left a message that it would be “a month BUT MAYBE more”. I couldn’t get ahold of them. The only person to talk to was busy the 2 times I called but she never bothered to call back. I surprisingly got a cancellation email. Wow, thanks for the misleading notification & poor communication.

Won't buy from here if I can get it elsewhere. Bought 6 faucet for almost $1000, one was defective and leaking on installation but exchange policy limited to 3 months requires to deal with the manufacturer. My time is worth more than what I saved, not customer service in my books.

The store was neat and tidy, everyone was following guidelines.
The product was great and decently stocked. The reason it got a 4 was, after walking the entire store numerous times and running into many staff, not a single one of them addressed me, or even seemed friendly. One actually seemed to run away. I was mostly looked at as an inconvenience. There is no company culture at this location.

For an organization this size, floor training would have been provided and better can be expected. If management is reading this, feel free to reach out if you need sales training assistance.

I love this store. Very helpful staff. Marcus who helped me out with new windows thanks! And Brandon who help me choose the right flooring thanks! And not shy to help me load it all up. I would like to add that I applied for a strore card to purchase all new appliances. Lowe's turned me down with a credit rating of 8.0. I went to another store and was approved for over 20.000.

Paint Department staff is very friendly and professional and always willing to help. Rona and lowes are closest locations to my residence but I always prefer to go to lowes if I need paint or paint supplies because its easy to get assistance in this store.

Found someone for the department we needed - plumbing, they were pretty helpful. They didn’t have what we needed due to a current stock / brand changeover but did appreciate the help.

They have a good selection of parts and supplies but when I need help I was told sorry I can’t help you I’m busy and have something else to do, I understand he may have been helping someone else but I feel as though he could have came across differently.

Flooring quote came in 800 dollars more than all the other carpet places in town and I'm now out 60 bucks for his measurement which was late I had to call the store to remind them that my appointment was over a day late with no contact when explaining that the quote is higher than my other quotes it was a take it or leave it attitude I will never shop here anymore complete rip off for the flooring department at least

I went there to return something to the customer service they made it very easy to return an item.

Not busy at all, big parking lot, well stocked, an employee proactively asked me if I needed help and knew exactly where the product I needed was. So it was a good experience.

Lowe's was great. I found a nice ceiling fan that they were blowing out for dirt cheap. It was previously opened, so I re-opened it to see if everything was there, as is my practice, and found that the light bulbs were broken. They bent over backwards to see that I got replacement bulbs at no extra charge.

I have visited lowes many times I have bought my paint and supplies to do the job bought some power tools landscape material you name it they probably care it plus in the shopping area as you enter lowes there is a variety of different shops to keep all members of the family happy

Love going to this store! I swear all the staff are so easy to talk to and super friendly! I've been to the store a few time in the past few weeks and it's the same wonderful experience from all the employees. More power to them! ️

Prices seem about right but return policy very limited compared to Walmart. Buy what you can't get anywhere else from here

The product I was looking for was in the store but the employee helping me said that they have a bunch of new people stocking shelves and she didn't know where they put it, only that it was in the store.

Paul in plumbing is FANTASTIC. His knowledge was vast and ability to explain things in an easy to follow method was greatly appreciated.

Tim is full of expertise! Helped me tackle some issues that I was running into with my house projects

I went in for a new kitchen faucet. I was helped by Craig who gave me honest answers and excellent recommendations. Craig saved me a lot of money as I had planned on hiring a plumber, and Craig suggested that I would easily be able to install the faucet myself. I got the faucet installed myself in an hour. Thank you Craig!

Nice building supply store, lots of selection, well organized, well informed, helpful staff. They carry the items I was looking for. Nice, fast checkout.

Don't buy anything from Lowe's especially online and pick up in store. I ordered a piece for my bbq that costs $4.5 and they didn't let my father in law pick it up for me even though they made me call the Lowe's number and had me waiting for 35 minutes until they finally answered. Such a stupid policies, he wasn't picking a $400 bbq, it was only $4.5 and they made such a big deal. Employee wasn't helpful at all, very poor customer service. Definitely not buying anything from them again and I'll share my very bad experience with everyone I know so they do the same. Avoid this store and save yourself the headache.

This lowes is one of the better organized ones. While looking for PVC pipe fittings I ended up going to several other stores but this one was the most well stocked and organized with fittings in appropriate sections and all the sizes together. Staff can be hard to locate but the stock is all very well organized which is a nice change to the chaos I have found other places.

Mandi from the appliance section was really helpful to find out the fridge i was looking for. Its feels bit slow in service as compared to other of same kind. But i was taken care well. Has enough parking space. The reason for 4 star is fee days back when i was looking around planters section i was made to wait 30 minutes and no one attended me. Just wasted my time. Thank you

Extremely disappointed.

- Received super basic advice after a very long wait
- Couldn’t get the BBQ on the day because it was too hard to get off the shelves
- Was offered to have it built and to come back for pick 2 days later.
- Came back and waited over 45 minutes to learn that product was still not built and still in storage…

I am not convinced that people care or know what they are doing in this store.

Lowes is a good place to shop, especially when things are on sale. The staff at this location are fairly helpful and knowledgeable and the store itself is nicely laid out and organized. Our only issue is when we shop online with pickup at this location.items are often not ready when promised or they pick an item that has a damaged box.

Went to pick up stuff to make a clothesline. Everything I need was there. Staff are always very helpful.

Thats a store that we should keep active, open

I was really impressed with the staff knowledge. We asked 3 separate people similar questions and they all were able to point us in the general direction, till we found an employee that was familiar with the specific item in question. The store was very clean and organized.

Horrible store to shop at. Customer service is so bad there. If you buy a snowblower make sure you check it out several times when you bring it home. We bought one there had to return it after a few days because it wouldn’t work. Got a new one in late March. Didn’t get to try it until this year and wouldn’t work again. Bought it back again and they wouldn’t cover warranty. We had to take it to Brothers Two in Calgary to get it repaired and they told us it was put together wrong by someone at Sunridge Lowe’s where we bought it. This happened twice. Lowe’s wouldn’t take it back and wouldn’t do anything for us. They did pay the $120 to Brothers Two for the repair whiz you would expect because it was their employee that put the thing together wrong in the first place.
No support for loyal customers. Will never shop there again.
I hear some of the stores are closing down and I hope this store is one of them

I bought a bag of Salt Ice melter 20kg online, came here to pick up, ready to go 10kg bag, well lucky I checked first.

Super friendly and helpful staff, good prices and good products. Wish they would have the in-store location's of items listed on their website like home Depot does
