The worst customer service ever. No one around to help with anything, or not their department. I dont know how this store is still open. Better off to go across the street to Home Depot. They actually have people there that know what they are doing. Brutal service!
Very disappointed, the appliance salesman brought out a stove with “slight box damage” The bottom had broken off, pulled cardboard off to reveal the stove vents in the back damaged! He still insisted that he sale the stove as new! Walked away totally disgusted! Fraudulent practise at this store!
Come here quite often, usually a good experience. Today I had every single floor employee ignore me or outright turn around and walk away with another customer who all happened to wearing their company shirts. Nice to know where your priorities for customer service are. I’d leave zero stars, but I have to give a minimum of one.
Went to this location in McKenzie Towne at around Noon on May 9th 2021 to purchase a Dyson V11 torque stick vacuum and had a very disturbing experience with the man in charge of that section at that time. I wanted to feel the weight of the different models because I’m just about 70 years old and he did not want to help me at all. For the first time in my life I felt discriminated against because I was white and he was East Indian. I told him I was going to talk to management and he said go ahead and didn’t seam to care at all. My wife and myself ended up going to Best Buy and there they had all the models that we could lift to see if they were to heavy for us. We live in McKenzie town and we have always went to this location but it will be the last time we set foot into this store ever again. We will also be sending this complaint to Dyson Canada because i believe they should know about the discrimination going on at this store.
Great store with a good set up. Only thing I was upset about was they had ZERO cedsr 2x4s. Kind of weird when right across the road they have no shortage whatsoever.
Helpful staff and they always have stuff in stock that the location closer to my house doesn't. This store has a really good display section for outdoor furniture as well.
My fav of all the home improvement stores. Mainly because of the knowledgeable associates that work in each department. When I have a plumbing problem I want to talk to a former contractor. Not a 16 yo kid lol. Keep up the good work with having knowledgeable staff in the departments guys
Trying to find help at this location is always a challenge. ALWAYS. I know most hardware stores have this reputation and this issue, but this location wins the prize for lack of knowledgeable staff or available staff for simple assistance. Even when the store is near empty, there always seems to be a lack of help.
I love Lowe’s. Was incredibly let down when they closed Shawnessy branch and I have to Drive across the south to get here but it’s worth it. Great selection, helpful and friendly staff. Always good here and prices are always Competitive.
Bought a new dishwasher no sale price. Took 30 mins to bring it out front for loading was told 15. Had to go back in and ask where they were with our item.
Worst service ever. If they went across the street to Home Depot, maybe they could learn a bit about customer service. 20 minutes in the window coverings aisle, with absolutely no acknowledgment. When I finally asked the lady working there if there was anyway she ask someone to help me, she said "no.there are only 2 of us working". Great. I left with nothing. I went across the street & had my blinds cut within 5 minutes & then bought the rest of my home renovation supplies. I will never shop at Lowe's again.
Horrible experience with the purchase of a dishwasher. I was told by the salesman that I would receive free delivery removal and install. It was delivered and left in my kitchen because the delivery guys don't uninstall. I wish this was clarified better when I purchased the dishwasher.
Tayyaba Kiran sale specialist in the kitchen department was extremely helpful and welcoming. She not helped us redesign our whole kitchen but gave us practical tips and useful Insight to make our dream kitchen come truth. She was so patient and so nice with us during the whole time as my newborn was crying. She even took extra time to help us at the end even though her shift was done. She also help us as we made some last minute changes in our kitchen design. She is not only a great designer for making the dream kitchen a reality but she is a very loving, kind and welcoming person. She is very passionate about her work ; and that is rare to see such people nowadays! I would give her over 10/10 and would come to see her again in future for any kitchen project! Customer service tip: don’t answer the phone if you’re too busy and if you do happen to answer the phone and get asked how you’re doing, don’t answer with “really, really busy” lady who answered in the blinds department Saturday around 2pm. It wasn’t Valerie because Valerie is awesome. Super friendly in person and on the phone.
The store has good staff but the new protection plan for the appliances is awful. I've been waiting for my appliance to be fixed for 6 months now. They came 3 times and the issue was not fixed. I am still waiting for the technician to come with hopefully the right part this time. I will not use their protection plan again
It was an ok place. I mean it's pretty much home depot. Only reason I give it a 4 star is they only allow service animals. I mean I took my dog in there anyways and no one said nothing. He of course got a couple OMG your dog is so cute. But I think they should just change there policy so that all dogs are welcome not just service animals.
Aside from Home Depot.this is my go to for my home and garden needs. Staff seem to be helpful and knowledgeable. Also competitive prices on many items.
Had been in contact with a manager about a pair of shoes they had wrecked because of spilt paint on the floor almost slipped also was promised reimbursement for the shoes phones call back and forth then they just ditched me no phone call nothing!
Purchased 4yr extended warranty on my stove.still attempting to get it fixed.its been over a month.still have yet to even book a service call because lowes screwed up all the paperwork for the extended warranty
The store itself is ok and the staff is friendly enough but whats really bad is that they list items online as in stock at this store and when you get there they don't have it. Its not just one or two things it happens with a lot of their inventory and all year round. Its so inconvenient, such a waste of time and what is the point of this? Other online companies have no problem showing inventory in store or out of stock. Really need to fix this especially now when we are shopping at home and going to be forever. Also noticed much higher prices quoted on the same items the competition has.
Order online, pick up in store. Easy? Four days to get the 'ready for pickup' email. Because of Covid they ask you to schedule your pickup. A 30 minute window. I arrive on time. First, they can't find record of the order. 10 minutes later they do. 20 minutes later they tell me they can't find the very large product. Why would Lowe's tell me its ready for pickup, have me schedule a pickup for a product they don't have? Zero Stars if I could.
