Walked the full building and no one to ge found to help. Gal visiting the person covering the till just said “oh yeah” when I told her the issue.
Left and went to Home Depot where I was helped instantly.

The customer service in this store has gone down so much. We loved buying from this store but not anymore. Employees do not know where products are in the store. Employees start to help you and never come back. Many times you have to directly go and ask for help from a group of employees that are chatting. It always seems like a heartache for them to help. They also loudly complain about other customers out front where others can hear.

Good store for all your home renovations and gardening needs with a large selection of hardware, appliances renovation material and building materials to choose from. Friendly staff who are eager to help you find what you're looking for

The sales associates are useless and have no knowledge. They don’t know if they have the items you’re asking about, or where they might be located, they’ll just point to the opposite side of the store and say “they might be over there somewhere”. I just had an associate blank on the item I was asking about, walk me to the front of the store to ask someone else about it, only to have that person point me back to exactly the same department that I was just asking the original person in. Get these people some PK.

I will no longer be coming to Lowes Lethbridge. Every single time I come here, which is an almost monthly basis to purchase appliances, I have to wait over an hour before I can get loaded up and leave. I research my products ahead of time to make sure they're in stock, but I have to wait 20 minutes for someone to show up at the appliance desk, and another 40-50 minutes while they search for the appliance.
Most recently, I ordered a dishwasher. I was suppose to be called when it came in. And I wasn't. I came in two months later to see if it was there, and it was mass chaos and confusion to try and find this item even though it said 4 in stock. I waited an hour and a half today before they finally found it, and someone that knew how to wrap this whole situation up. 9/10 employees I see at Lowes are standing around aimlessly and with their hands in their pockets. There's no drive and no one asks if you need help with anything because you barely even see the employees on the floor. I've noticed this every time and it was just extra bad today. Someone i knew at Lowes was there today also and was waiting over an hour and a half for flooring that he had preordered.
Thankfully Home Depot is just across the street with friendlier, harder working employees and better selection.

Great alternative to the big orange box who's name I won't mention. Still not very good service and it seems like every time I go there for some simple tool or part or piece, I can't find it and no one helps. Its not great but it's something I guess.

Bought a Lg dishwasher this last Black Friday, it worked for only 14 days and Lowe’s will not exchange or take a return. Lowes told me to deal with the manufacture. I will never buy an appliance from Lowe’s again. Costco has no issues taking returns or exchanges.

Always great service! If you happen to walk by an employee they will always ask if you need a hand finding anything.

I like Lowe's. They generally have everything I need. We manage a few rental houses and constantly need to purchase appliances. I do find that I'm consistently waiting over 30 minutes each time to buy one. This is between waiting for a staff member to come to the appliance desk, search for the appliance in the back, and getting it to the front.
I've tried calling in advance to see if it would help them to have it ready in time, but then when I come in, no one has it ready or knows anything about it, even when I mentioned who I talked to on the phone by name.
I do find it a bit frustrating having to wait so long each time, I understand they're busy but wish the process was more streamlined to make it quicker. Maybe I need to try online pickup instead, but I prefer to look on the AS IS section first.

I went back in again today, knowing exactly which fridge I needed and knowing (according to the website) that there were two In stock at this specific store. That was the only item I needed.
I was in the store for 1 hour and 15 minutes before I could leave with the fridge. Extremely frustrating.

Ended up coming here after I recieved horrible service, or. Maybe more accurate, no service from RONA. Was greeted pleasantly and Promptly at Lowe's when I entered the door and walked out with my purchase. Your Loss RONA.

I do like this store. The front end is always short staffed. I bought my door elsewhere because I couldn't get any help in Millwork. I tried three times.

Returning a purchase using an ATB debit card was a time consuming event.they have to payback with cash as they're unable to do it with the debit machine.

Sometimes I go here to check out something at this store, also the staff are nice and friendly to and the store is very clean too.

So bought a shower door from lowes on line, pickup at Lethbridge store.arrive 10: 15 am. Get there to pick it up, parked in the “online” pickup spot, called the number on the sign… no one answers … several calls … no answer… so … go into customer service desk… Tim is standing there doing nothing, so Call again while in the store… Tim answers and I say the call is from me for online order pickup…he says can’t help, wait for Amanda… line up now 4 deep at the “customer service desk” … eventually talk to Amanda, she calls someone and advises they will bring it up front because it’s “big” and not out to the online pick up parking area… where we parked… 10: 41 am still no door, confusion seems to be abounding, Amanda apologizes and laughs about it … lots of staff milling about around customer service, … 10 50 they bring door out, I ask to confirm the order for accuracy, numbers match, great! Then they ask for I D and signatures, all good, no help taking door out to load…

My point to this review… clearly the “online order system doesn’t work if there is no one answering a phone and no one to help load out”” hadn’t shopped at lowes in long time because of other customer service issues in the past (pre covid)

Still brutal,

Expensive and won't let you buy something on time if you're poor don't seem to compete with home depot or the brick on appliances

We need to see more immigrants atleast even 5 people employed in Lethbridge store. Canada is a multicultural country! Anyways i have a theory for you guys. I will not shop where they will not hire me.

Went to Lowe’s tonight to pick up some stain walked around the whole store not 1 person to even ask for help. Went to customer service only to stand there for 10 minutes after paging someone. Time is money went across the street got helped right away and the stain was $10 gallon cheaper see ya Lowe’s

I was there yesterday and the service was absolutely abominable. I even offered to pay extra if someone would help me, And, yet there were Lowe people just standing around chatting.

I wandered around and seen at least seven employees, none of which asked to help. I ended up returning the things I bought. I was very disappointed that a new toilet I bought is leaking and Lowe's says once it's install you can't return it! That's terrible!

As a long time homeowner and landlord in Lethbridge I am very disappointed in Lowe’s service and communication. They acknowledge service has been more challenging during COVID but there is no excuse for their poor communication and service for a recent purchase of a Bosch dishwasher. 4 weeks+

I prefer this place to Home Depot because it's far less crowded and the customer service reps will take all the time they have to help you. It's almost as if you work together as a team to solve whatever issue you have. The store is always clean, well-kept, and fully stocked. The prices are fairly comparable as well. I do wish it had as large as an inventory and selection as Home Depot but they do have everything you need, just not as many options as the main competitor.

I like to pop in here and get what is needed for work, the yard, and anything you can think of related to home and home improvement. They have a great staff and a great selection of exactly what I seem to need.

Pretty ridiculous trying to get service in here, it's like a ghost town if you need assistance. Found a few things on the shelves that were obviously damaged, almost looked like what you would expect to see in their return/write off pile. But on the shelves and up for grabs at full price.

I made a special trip to pick up an item that was on sale. The website showed 3 in stock. I could not locate it and had an employee help me. It ended up being a half hour ordeal with 5 more employees all attempting to look for it. In the end they all disappeared without anyone informing me whether or not the item was in fact there. I had little children with me who were losing patience, so I left the store without remembering to request a rain check. When I got home I contacted Lowe’s through the website and was told they don’t do rain checks and my only option was to order online and pay for shipping.
