We were trying to rent an insulation blower and buy insulation.the guy at the pro desk, Matt, gave us paperwork but didn't seem to know what to do and then took off and we never saw him again. Arlene came over to help out and even though it wasn't in her department, she made sure we got what we needed and saw it through! She was really helpful and if it hadn't been for her, we might still be there! Thanks again, Arlene!

I have been buying stuff for my new house and I am a person who looks for prices … Lowes so far has impressed me over Home Depot and other local retailers. I have found better prices with them and the service is the best!

I would strongly advise on spending your money there. I was in there this morning shopping for garden supplies and planter boxes. Well all there products are in the wrong spot so when I went to pay it was ludicrous. I said to the girl that’s not what the labels say. I walk the manager down and he’s like no there not all I can do for you is knock 50 off. I told him they maybe should do a better job at placing their products. Also there was a poor old lady wondering on the garden centre looking for help the entire time and no one came to help her. I would strongly suggest not shopping at the St. Albert location

We are extremely pleased with the service we received at Lowe's in St. Albert when shopping for a fridge and dishwasher recently. Salesperson Justice, in Appliances, went out of her way to help us make a decision-and later to figure out details related to delivery. Despite our many questions, she was consistently patient, knowledgeable, and professional. We also noted during this experience that the staff at Lowe's works well as a team. Jade, also in Appliances, was willing to help us out on a couple of occasions, as did an assistant manager and the store manager.

Average Lowe’s, staff are nice and very helpful! Store is somewhat confusing to navigate and the placement of things feels random. There are better hardware stores, but this one is pretty good.

We were not long in the store before a worker came to ask if we needed help so that's a big bonus and then the cashier was super polite and coordinated. She was friendly and I enjoyed your quick chat. Once again Lowe's win again compared to my experiences at any other place ahem HD lol

Used Lowe’s St Albert for a lot of my deck and there were some items that I had extra of and they took them back without any hesitation.

I purchased a shed from the garden area. A big thank you to the young lady who helped me through this and for help, with her partner, in getting it loaded into the SUV with a cheerful smile. A friendly smile means a lot.
I'll be back to see you because of it.

We purchased appliances last summer and had an absolutely ridiculous experience even getting replies from management. Disgusting.

Got 3 sets of colour match paint two were pretty good but one was way off. I don't know how it was so far off. Service was good though.

Paid for washing machine Saturday and scheduled to have delivered west of St. Albert 30 min or less for Tuesday. Received call Monday morning from delivery dept.they don’t send trucks out west on Tuesdays, only Mondays therefore our order missed the truck they sent that morning and it’ll be another week to have washing machine delivered. Disorganized scheduling. Staff was friendly enough even with the miss-communication. We cancelled our order and ordered through another box store. Customer service was excellent at Lowes when we asked to cancel.

We have shopped here many times and found the store well stocked and an excellent selection. Very friendly and helpful staff. Really appreciated the young man who went out of his way to help me find whatever ice melt was left, after the horrible freezing rain a few weeks ago.

Instead of helping us load our truck, the guys just sat there on a forklift waiting and staring. I found that rude, and poor customer relations. We got more help from another customer than we got from the employees. The biggest joke was we thought we'd by a cordless skill saw, however it doesn't come with a battery so $200.00 for the saw and another $200.00 for batteries.wow!
So very disappointing

Just don't buy your plants here, they say that they come with a one year warranty but when you go to the store they claim that they can't exchange them if you don't have the receipt, even if the plants have the lowe's sticker and bar code on them.

What a clean and organized store! One of the floor staff, I believe name was Marietta was absolutely amazing and helpful. I will come back anytime I need something due to her customer service! Thanks again!

Terrible. Would not honor the price online, claimed it was a glitch. No notification online was provided explaining this. Manager was extremely rude and unwilling to have a conversation regarding this price. Most other businesses would have honored that price. Support your small lumber yards and skip Lowe's next time

Found it hard to find an employee to assist us in the evening, but once we did, she was great to deal with. Knowledgeable. Upbeat. Will go back

We went to purchase a Weber BBQ and had the pleasure of dealing with Marietta. She was so friendly and helpful. We then had Sharon at the till and she was super friendly as well. Definitely recommend Lowe's

I love Lowe's. Its a good building center where I find what I'm looking for 99% of the time. I'm sad they did away with airmiles to "keep competitive" but to no surprise none of their prices came down, so now there is nothing that drives me there. The prices are pretty close to home Depot and HD is closer, so we will see.

So order online for puck up and order is not ready for a 4+days. I get that it's covid but if you say on your site it will be available by this day then you as a business better make sure it is or you will lose my future business and you did.

Hand sanitizers are filled. Shopping carts are sanitized. In store shopping allowed. Number of shoppers are limited according to Covid-19 restrictions.

The ladies at customer service are very rude.
The manager, John, is amazing. If it weren't for him, I'd stop buying stuff at Lowes.

The staff here is so helpful! Every visit, I am greeted by at least two associates and asked if I need any help. When I do need help, they are knowledgeable and friendly. I am always impressed whenever I visit this location. Good job!

Would be a decent store if they had any employees that had any background in customer service. The self checkouts were closed and they had no tills open yet there were 6 employees in the customer service area socializing with each other.

A nice store with a huge selection of items. I really enjoyed going into the store. I'm like a kid in a candy store. There is a need or a want. I wanted everything. The staff was very helpful as well as courteous. I really enjoy this place.

One of the item I was looking for was defective. According to their system, that’s had stocks in the store, but couldn’t locate them. The staff that was helping me knew I was in a hurry. He went above and beyond, even though it wasn’t the stores fault.

Really, REALLY dissatisfied. Went to buy a wheelbarrow, showed in stock. 4 different people deferred me to 4 different places. And then, told they are stocked outside. I pay, I go outside and. Guess what. NO STOCK. Cannot find it. Had to be refunded my money. Called a second LOWE'S in Edmonton, that showed stock online. They can't find it either.
Went to Canadian Tire and bought what I needed.

Very rude to try ask help for product information when trying to ask what kind of light fixtures purchased when a shade was needed to meet an electrical regulation. Had to beg the person on the phone to do to the shelf to get a manufacture then was hung up on

Very poor service here. Especially on the tills and costumer service. The attitude in this store is also very poor by most employees which is a direct reflection of the local Management. Judging by the low rating, I’m not the only one. Lowe’s head office should take a look into this store and improve the atmosphere. The Home Depot down the road is way better. I would try them instead.
